how do i get rid of that annoying message asking if I want to collaborate?

When there are many columns, dragging them can be a bit troublesome.I want to automatically generate column lines.

I have two text fields - Text1 and Text2.  In Text1, the user will type the name of a vendor followed by a dash followed by a description.  For example, the user might type XYX Corp - widgets.  The text in Text1 should then copy into Text2, but the text should be truncated in Text2 to only show the text before the dash.  In other words, Text2 would only contain XYZ, Corp.  Thanks.

My project manager needs to be able to check if PDF file specs are correct. How can the bleed specs be checked in a PDF using Acrobat Reader?

In Acrobat XI, how do I get text to align top left in a form field?  When I create a new text field, the text centers inside the field.  Thanks for any help.

I am looking for an Acrobat feature akin to the keyboard macro feature in Word; type the assigned combination and a pre-arranged word or phrase is entered into the document.  I would like to use this feature to add text to comments that have been added to a series of Acrobat documents.   Adobe says that the "text macros" feature exists in Acrobat but I'll be damned if I can find it, and if it exists, does it work?   Anyone else out there think that Adobe instructions suck?   [Title of the post edited by Adobe employee and moderator]

I've just bought and installed Acrobat but when I try to Add my signature using the Fill & Sign > Sign Yourself > Add Signature option, Acrobat screen just goes black (see attached) and I can't click on anything.Initially I thought I had to end the task using Task Manager. After many more attempts with other documents, after checking for updates, after a restart, after running a repair, I discovered that Esc works to get me back to the document. But I still can't use this option to add my signature.I get the same result if I select Fill & Sign > Sign Yourself  >  Add Initials.Brand new install Acrobat Pro DC, v2021.007.20099 64bit.

Hi. When delivering training, I frequently use the screen sharing feature within AC to play videos with sound. However, since the most recent update to AC, sound will no longer share when screen sharing. Has anyone else had the same issue? Any idea how to resolve? I am using the AC desktop app. Ticking all the relevant boxes as I've always done to be able to do it. Help!

I have a friend who owns a small printshop. She uses an old Mac Pro and CS6. Now the hardrive in the Mac died. It's easy to replace the drive but is there really no way to activate the CS6 package?

Hello, So a couple days ago I was able to download CC onto my laptop. When trying to download Photoshop, it told me that it would run better on an update software version of my Macbook. I then updated my Macbook to the newest version, but after opening creative cloud, it kept prompting me to log in but the 'Log In' button would not redirect.  I then tried to delete every file and uninstall CC and install it again, but since then I've received this error. I have tried to reconnect to other Wi-fi, my firewall is off, and despite this message, my browser will say I'm signed in.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hello everyone,Several images I uploaded to Adobe Stock have been rejected, the reason is that I didn't tag them as being generated by AI. The problem is that all these images are 3D renders that I created myself, without using any AI tools. These are original works in wich I have invested a lot of time and effort. What do you do in these cases? Is there any way to appeal the decision or to clarify that they are 3D renders and no AI creations? Any advice or experience you can share would a great help. Thank you very much!

My colleague got the following mail back:She is a member and used to send the mails with no problems. She thinks it is because of the size of the document but that is not what the error message said. What could be the problem here?

Hi there I love photoshop and often use camera raw filter, my only problem with it is that is automatically flattens into the image and you cant change settings after or c/p settings to other images.I think the camera raw filter plugin should be able to be a smart filter or similar. This would be useful so that users can edit camera raw settings afterwards, undo the edit after more changes have been made, and potentially copy and paste settings to other images. Thanks for reading my suggestion 🙂
