I'm on InDesign 20.5 mac Sequoia 15.5. I'm having difficult time with the QR Code generator. When I create this, I'm entering a URL that points to a PDF file. However, when I scan this code, it points to a different PDF file. I can't make heads or tails of this. Below is the link I'm putting into the QR Code generator: https://s3.amazonaws.com/s3.pilates.com/Instructions/19027%20Bravo%20Reformer_CE_CompleteManual%20web%204-29-25%20Eng.pdf If you click on this, it loads a PDF. In the right side of the footer there is a date 2025-07. If you scan the code below, it's supposed to load the same file with the same date. However, scanning this loads a different PDF with the date 2025-05. The only thing I can think of is when scanning, it's getting redirected to this other file. Any thoughts on this?

Last week I uploaded 7 Psd files at about 300 mb each without issue. When I attempted to upload a second batch from the finder a week later, the process spun for an hour and then dissapeared without copying to the cloud. I tried doing one a time. Same thing. Just spent an hour with an Adobe tech who finally advised me to open the file in Photoshop and save from there. OK. In that case, Adobe should really fix or remove the "Upload" feature in CC file uploads. Besides that, the upload process is often just plain wonky. FYI: I've only used 12% of my storage.

I'm not sure if I have the correct forum or not. I am writing a KDP book on How to use Premiere Rush. It is intended for beginners to intermediate users of the software application. The chapters are sequential and guide the user through the process of video editing.  For example, a chapter on creating your first project, includes detailed written instructions along with screenshots to visually guide the user through each step. The screenshots will come from several different sources: my desktop screen, a screenshot taken from Adobe Premiere Rush's online user guide, sites that provide images to download and other related screenshots available online. In addition, I want to know if I can include links to Adobe's Premiere Rush User's Guide and any other helpful resources available online for users.  Please let me know if I have approval to use Premiere Rush screenshot images and include helpful Adobe product links within this book. If you have any questions, please le

how come some artbaords got the same number? is it a bug or i messed something?

Installed Rush on my iPhone 16 pro, and it seems great in many ways. However, it won't import many images made with my camera on my iPhone 16 pro. Says media not compatible. Other abobe apps seem capable of importing all photos. Is there a setting, or is this a bug, or a feature not yet available?

. I am a paid user with an **annual premium membership** of Premiere Rush.Today, while editing a project on my phone, I lost **all my data suddenly**. The entire project has disappeared, and I can no longer access it.I **must recover this project today**, or I will **lose my job**. Please help me recover my lost data as soon as possible. Here are my details:- Adobe ID (email): oanhtomeo@gmail.com- Device: [e.g., iPhone 12- App: Premiere Rush (Mobile)- Project name: workshop 12345, hoàn thiện.- Time of issue: [e.g., August 2, around 10 AM GMT+7]I am begging for urgent support. Please treat this as a **priority case**.

I have a Galaxy F7 Flip and Rush won't work.  When I load video taken from  GoPro, the video shows up messed up and won't export.  So, I took video using the phone, and it previews well in Rush but can't export.   I do this for a living and when at events I can create quick videos.   Is this something they plan to fix?

Every time I add a video into Premiere Rush it cuts off 5-10 seconds at the end. I have made sure that the file on my computer has the entire video.

Hi,I cannot seem to move the Tool Bar to left. I cannot find the location to disable or enable the new Acrobat DC. Pictures below of the File, edit and View tabs.Thank you,Simon

Why can't I resize the Signature Block option like I can the Signature option in Adobe E-Sign?  The Signature Block covers up required information on court forms, which is a problem.  I like the fact that the Signature Block provides the Name, Date, and Email address of the signer but given the size of the box, it is mostly useless to me.  I note that if I send a document to a client to sign outside of our company, their signature will automatically include the date and time they signed.  I want this function for all signatures.

I installed OS Sonoma on my Imac earlier this week, and, aside from the annoying CapsLock Indicator that I had to disable, everything seems to be working fine, except that whenever I print a pdf, and I print a lot of pdfs in my job, Distiller opens up first.  The documents print, but I've never seen this happen before.  Is this just the new normal, or is there a setting I can change to prevent it?

Hello, I am receiving an error message on startup each time I try to open Adobe Photoshop 2025. It says "Adobe Photoshop 2025 quit unexpectedly. This report will be sent automatically to Apple." I've tried restarting the computer a couple times and can't get it to open at all. I attached the report details below that I got when I hit show details as well as a screenshot. Please help! I am not able to see the version of Photoshop I have other than that it is 2025. I'm on mac and I'm experiencing a weird green tint to my images when working with the merge-to-hdr function. I haven't changed anything in my screen's profile, or anything else, besides updating to latest build of the OS( Sequoia). See attached screenshots. After looking at another post with a simliar issue, I did check the histogram, which does seem to be oddly green in the highlights. Any ideas why this is suddenly happening?

As a livestreaming artist, I would love to be able to use Rush to take my multi-hour livestreams and speed them up into a 3 minute timelapse for social media uploads. I'm not even looking for highlights simply because its about the process rather than "clip-worthy quotes." The current speed adjustments on Rush compared to other apps is way too limited. I'm sure other artists and "activity" streamers could benefit.

I was editing a project 2 days ago when the APR suddenly said it hadn't been able to save my work for a while and then shut down/crashed.I reloaded APR and the thumbnails for my projects were gone. The projects themselves appear to be safe, but I can't access or edit them becasue it's just a blank screen with nothing to preview.I have uninstalled/reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud several times over the last 48 hours and nothing has changed. I deleted multiple personal files (after backing them up elsewhere) to clear up several GB of storage space. I have attempted to run as administrator and in compatability mode and yet APR is still not opening properly or letting me access my files or create new ones.Does anyone have a suggestion?

I'm using Premier rush on three different devices and have been for several years. I recently tried to open it on my computer, my iPad and my iPhone 16 and all three say that my media is not supported it was filmed directly on my iPhone 16. Am I doing something wrong?

I'm using Rush on an iPad.  The app version is 2.10(1).  From within a project, if I tap "Share" near the upper-left of the screen, the "Ready To Share" screen opens up, and I can export the video to my camera roll.  Great.  My friend is also using this same version on his iPad, but when he taps on "Share," the app brings him to the "Upgrade to Premium" screen.  He cannot export his project to his camera roll.  I have not upgraded my account to premium.  (I know this because I still have the option to upgrade on the Settings screen if I choose to.) Any suggestions for my friend?
