Solved

EDIT: Well sometimes you have to post, after many hours of frustration, only to find the answer a few seconds later, right? I couldn't figure out how to delete the post, but I've just dicovered this is a symptom of VIEW > ENABLE/DISABLE NEW ACROBAT. I really don't like 'New Acrobat' and it's requirement to have an extra click just to show you the available tools. Still, we're not all the same are we! ...On my laptop the comments tool bar looks like this, which is great and shows all the tools in one go to be clicked without subselecting: On my imac I have this:I can't for the life of me find how to change the toolbars from a vertical floating window to the top of the app.

Keep getting the following:Unable to process the page because the paper capture recognition service experienced an error (10001).What does this mean and how can it be fixed?

I understand that Lightroom Classic runs through an Intel emulator on Microsoft Surface 7 laptops since they use an ARM processor.  Apparantly Lightroom hasn't been updated to use ARM. However Photoshop can use the ARM processor.  But now, when I make initial edits in Lightroom and want to jump to Photoshop from there it doesn't directly connect. Is there some way to have Lightroom "find" Photoshop that I'm not aware of?

I'm sick of it and I don't know how to fix it, I've not used Adobe for long time not once this year and randomly my account gets billed no idea how you even got my card details as ones on the account don't match, and now they saying I have to pay $131 to cancel the subscription when you guys renewed my account, that's illegal. I'm ready to get lawyers involved.

Hello All, We have recently migrated to Shared Device Licensing and pushed out various CC programs via JAMF MDM successfully. The problem we're running into is students logging and out. Our current procedure for MacOS is as follows:  Beginning of class instruction:Student login to lab device, Open Creative Cloud Application, login to CC Application using Federated ID Credentials, Open desired Adobe CC service. End of class instruction: Save work instance, Sign out of all Adobe CC services (including the CC Application), Log out of lab device.---First class session to do this had no issues. The second class session in the lab had issues with logging in. This manifested in CC Application automatically logging students in to previously logged in students who deviated from the previously stated process. For example, 2nd session student tries to open Illustrator before opening CC Application, login window auto login to 1st session student. Opening CC Application

(See picture below) How can I adjust the view of the comp view in AE? There is so much space at the top and so little in the bottom, where the red arrows are, I want the comp to somehow be moved up higher and be even in space top and bottom so I can see clearly. Whenever I zoom, it zooms in unevely and I can only see part of the comp if I zoom over 33%. It was fine before but I don't know what I did to change it...

I'm new. I get a lot of rejections when I try to upload images generated by a neural network. They are rejected with the postscript "quality problems". Can you tell me pls, what's wrong with them?

Hello, the image I uploaded was rejected with the following reason: Unfortunately, we found that it doesn't meet our needs so we can't accept it into our collection. This is not the first image I've had rejected, but this image is exactly what made me curious.

The option to save caption style is not available. No option to save once I have set the captions to appear how I want them. MacOS 14.6Premiere Pro 25.1

Hello, I'm trying to create my Adobe Stock contributor account from Venezuela, but I'm getting the following error when validating my phone number: “An error occurred while performing this action. Please try again later.” I've tried different browsers, connections, and number formats, but the error persists. My number includes the international access code (+58). Is there a current issue with validation from Venezuela, or is there a workaround you can provide?

I've encountered an issue with the quality of an AI-generated image, and as a newcomer, I'm unsure why it didn't meet the expected standards. Could you assist me in understanding this?

As much as I love new updates I have had to revert back to the previous version due to a function that has changed. Purely because I am quite meticulous on structure and alignment. So it's not a breaking feature I might just be full of it.With the new update the Arrange artboards function now works differentely. Previously once you have set the Layout>Columns>Spacing and hit enter the pages would align centre to the canvas. Now with the new update once I hit enter it wants me to to place the selected artboards where I want them. Am I missing something as to how to centre this from here on or is this no longer vailable.

For example, I want to zoom in with the lower left corner as the base point so that the left and bottom sides remain fixed.   var sel = app.documents[0].selection;Perhaps I need to set the automatic adjustment option for my sel[j] frame. How do I add it?

there is a box "illustrative editorial content" when I upload fotos, but it is greyed out and not clickable.

Why has Adobe discarded these photos due to poor quality???

I'm using Adobe Acrobat Pro on Windows 11. When I highlight multiple PDF files in File Explorer, then right-click and choose "Combine files in Acrobat…", the application opens but does not include all the files I selected. Some of the highlighted files are skipped entirely and don’t appear in the combine list.I've already tried rebooting to rule out any temporary issues, but the problem persists. All the files are accessible and open fine individually in Acrobat, so there doesn’t appear to be any file corruption.Has anyone else experienced this issue? Any suggestions on what might be causing it or how to fix it?

Hello,I have noticed a rather odd bug while testing OCIO workflows in PS 26.8.1. I was able to confirm this by using an EXR that required color management and a baked-in look version in TIFF. When viewing the files on my Eizo CG2700X and using the Eizo produced ICC profile (Built through color navigator 7) the OCIO EXR version had a contrast shift to the TIFF. Not really gamma shift but a more a contrast shift. And it's apparent on the whole UI. Now when I move the PS window tto another screen the issue dissapears. Also, I have noticed that at times the whole ui and iage would flicker when moving the mouse. ICC profile can be downladed here: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1kaUetRVyxSIMEtsE8w4_DQvUFswysUHj?usp=sharing Would be great to get some feedback from the devs on this.  Thanks!

Hi we are importing HTML files in RoboHelp 2022. The imported files are showing in the tool , and on generation also showing in web browser, but not being displayed in Output folder.
