Solved

Yesterday, I uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Acrobat on my Windows 10 PC. I could only open it as an Administrator, and I repeated these steps twice. I thought it might have been related to Malwarebytes Premium, but I no longer have that on my PC. Today, I uninstalled and reinstalled it again, and now it won't even open as Admin. Malwarebytes Premium is no longer on my system. Does anyone have any idea why this keeps happening?

I have been having this issue (which has been going on for years now) where my Wacom tablet/pen stops working when I use AE. The issue does not happen right away, sometimes it happens within minutes after I launch and use AE and sometimes it may take up to hours. What happens is the mouse/cursor does not move when I am hovering over the tablet. The only way for it to move is when the pen is putting pressure on the tablet and I drag, in which case also makes it click AND drag at the same time. This ONLY happens with After Effects and it's ONLY the Wacom that stops working, when I switch to a mouse it works fine. The only way to fix this issue is to restart the computer which is only a temporary fix. Please help! Wacom and Adobe "specialists" were not able to resolve this issue for me.

How can I export a PDF out of InDesign that is 95% the scale of the original? The current file is built as a multipage spread document.

Hello forum!   This is my first post here, so please be patient if my question seems out of date. I've been using Adobe's CS5 since 2010 (yikes!) and have never had an issue using it until about a week ago. All other programs (Illustrator, InDesign) work fine and with out any problems, but suddenly I started to have issues with the Photoshop program where is would moderately work (about 3 minutes or so), then crash, to now opening and then crashing immediately. I'm on a MacBook Air (Mid 2012 • Processor GHz Intel Core i72 • Graphics Intel HD Graphics 4000 1536 MB) running on macOS Mojave. Obviously, I just recently upgraded to macOS Mojave, but have been using CS5 for about 2 weeks before I started having issues, so I don't readily know if the OS is causing conflicts with the application. Additionally, I tried uninstalling the entire suite, then reinstalling, but it didn't fix anything with the Photoshop portion of CS5.   Any advice to problem ASAP (I've got deadlines!) would

I am am working on a custom size video. The elements are supposed to float in the middle, and do not bleed to the edge. I just want to add width to the sequence WITHOUT resizing any of the cuts on the timeline, like adjusting the page size in InDesign or increasing the pasteboard in Photoshop. Is there a way to do this in the same file? Or a workaround by copy-pasting to a new file? I attempted making a new file and pasting the finished edit but it still stretches all the clips. Thanks in advance!

Hola! Gracias!Diego

When opening up my PDF, and pressing Edit, the text is shown as pictures instead of text. Mostly, every word becomes a seperate picture. This means that I can't edit the text. Any suggestions on how I can fix this problem?

Hi,I run a UK VAT registered company but can't see any way of entering my VAT registration number so that I can purchase without paying the Irish VAT. Does anyone know how to do this and why doesn't Adobe make it simple?

Contacted support and eventually contactd "Abdul" who gave instructions of how to rotate the image. However when I try to open the video file I get the file using the organiser function and can play the file, however NO editor option is available to edit the file and rotate and save the image. The "Loading adobe Premiere elements editor workspace" image appears but eventually closes without any options appearing. The option available to edit the image in the menu aso does the same thing. If the support person Adbdul is available could you give me any other options. My operating system is Windows 11 and I can rotate the image using "media player" and using the video settings to rotate the image but there is no save function.  I have little experience using this software and any assistance would be appreciated.

Hi everyone!Fairly new here, I just want to talk about how is everyone's workflow, strategies and how do they come up with the idea and reason to make such content to stand out. Just tell me your thought process and what makes you think that piece of work will succeed. For me I been researching a lot on how to make better content and not useless images that nobody will use (I only use AI). My current "Content Making Strategies" are:1- SEARCH: Simply search Adobe Stock, look what market gaps there are for example if an image or term has around UNDER 10,000 results I try to submit a few images in that section. I need opinions on this, how many results are "TOO MUCH" or "DON'T BOTHER SUBMITTING ANYMORE" do you all consider to be a lot?2- USE CASE: But yourself in the buyer's shoes, just like that one popular video of "sell me this pen" if said buyer doesn't need that pen or has no use case for it, it wont sell. I try to think of how will this piece of content I made be used for example a Y

Hi everyone,Me and my teamates have lost access to beta versions in CC. I would like to access to Photoshop Beta.  The only beta version available is Illustrator.  I'm running on Win 11 with ACC 6.70.0278 thanks for the help !

I have two PDF files (testfile.pdf and styles.pdf, stored in the same folder on my local drive), with links from one file to the other.- PDF link using file name only: this works: Acrobat opens the PDF- link using page number: Acrobat says "could not open styles.pdf#page=3"- link using destination: Acrobat says "could not open styles.pdf#ID_403" When I open the URL in a browser, these links do work:file:///C:/testfolder/styles.pdf#page=3 opens the PDF at the correct page,file:///C:/testfolder/styles.pdf#ID_304 opens the PDF at the correct named destination. This confirms the destinations exist and are accessible via these URLs. So what could cause these links to not work in Acrobat? This is with the current version of Acrobat from Creative Cloud.

As an American who lives in Japan, I used the Japanese version of InDesign and other Adobe software for many years, but now that I subscribe to CC I enjoy the luxury of being able to install either language version as desired. There are a few Japan-specific features not in the English version, most notably vertical writing. But as long as I don't need those features, it's easier to navigate the interface in English. But today a large print job had printer marks showing on the edges of many of the pages, and the printshop people and I discovered that the PDF export functionality in the English version of InDesign does not have the same types of printer marks. In the Japanese version, there are three choices of "Type" in the Marks section of the Marks and Bleeds tab. See this screenshot, where I'm showing the selection dropdown open, and translated the choices below. ("Center mark" is apparently "registration mark" in English.)But if you look at the English version, you'll see that there i

Updated AE to V16.0 and now see After Effects Error: The source compression type is not supported ( 86 :: 1 ) when opening projects with links to videos in our CC Library. Also see another error message which ends 4K UHD movie cannot be imported (from CC Library) - this '.mov' file is damaged or unsupported.Any ideas welcome

Hello. I'm learning Photoshop in a practical at university where I have to create a grassy environment. The brief says "Choose the Brush Tool, and have the shape Grass. Paint a line just below the horizon. Increase the Brush Size a bit, then draw another line of grass below the previous one. Continue down the image, increasing Brush Size as you go." However neither I nor my lecturer have been able to find the Grass option. I have the latest CC 2018. Can anyone help?Kind RegardsEmma

how can i increase the brightness of my pdf file's background?

Hello everyone,is it possible to sell pictures generated by Bing's Image Creator on Adobe Stock? I found contradictory informations. Which generators are suitable?Thank you very much for your help.J.

A pdf/ai can have multiple pages, and when placing it, the user specifies the target page (if not specified, it defaults to 1).   So, is there a way to determine the page of a pdf/ai file that has already been placed as a PlacedItem within a document?   I know there is no direct property to express this. In other words, I am looking for either a workaround method like embedding it first and then examining the PageItem structure, or an unexpected method that elegantly solves this problem.   Similar posts Get and set artboard of placed item
