When opening most subfolders the browser locks up with IPhone, IPad and windows. I’ve tried Edge, Safari and Chrome browsers. I’ve cleared the cash, logged in, in Incognito mode with Chrome on IPhone. Last attempted to login with a never used Chrome browser on IPad.   personal info removed by mod-  KR

This is happening with the History, Clone and Eraser tools…

Whenever I open an existing pdf document, by default Acrobat always includes the right-hand side "tools pane", which takes up about 1/3rd of the window pane.  To minimise it, I have to always go to >>View,>>Show/Hide,>>Tools Pane>> then toggle/click.  Or on my laptop shift+Fn Key+F4.How can I change this to not include the Tools Pane in full and just have it in its minimised form, like icons on the right-hand side, which is how it shows when I manually hide it.

Good morning,I received your notification stating “Account blocked: Suspicious activity.” I immediately submitted a review request (ADB-46933681-W2C7), but received no response. I sent an email, but received no reply. The day before the suspension, I noticed some purchases of my videos, so I thought it might be related to those purchases. Perhaps someone bought those videos with a stolen credit card or something similar. But I’m wondering why my account was suspended? I didn’t do anything wrong. And this is causing me serious financial damage.I was also waiting for a payment I requested two weeks ago that still hasn’t arrived.I’ve read that in cases like this, it can take months before the account is reactivated.I’m frustrated that no one is responding, and the mere thought of having to wait months is devastating. It’s not even possible to call someone or chat directly with the Contributors team. It makes no sense.I didn’t renew a subscription plan for an Adobe product, and two payments w

I am trying to delete pages in Acrobat Pro. Everything looks normal, I can go to "Organize Pages" and select the thumbnail of the page I want to delete. Pop-up says "Are you sure you want to delete the page from the document?" Click ok and nothing happens. There are no error messages, it just doesn't delete the page. I have also tried the trash icon at the top of the page and right clicking on the page to select "Delete Page" and get the same result. I have tried multiple different documents. I have also tried saving a copy to my desktop instead of opening from the server. There are no security issues, all "Document Restrictions Summary" items are set to "Allowed". Also, I am able to insert pages and edit the document, just won't delete pages.

My workplace heavily relies on a plug-in that only works with a 32-bit installation of Acrobat DC.   We have a new workstation that runs 64-bit, and the installation is defaulting to the 64-bit version instead of giving an option on whether to install 32-bit or 64-bit. I can't find any options for this, or any information on this elsewhere.   How can I choose 32-bit when installing Acrobat DC in 2022?

I'm simply lost... I'd like to make a color scheme for my kids bedroom, but I can't find the functionality in Adobe Express..  Please forgive me the random use of tags.. I'm not sure which one actually fits..

I am hoping someone might have suggestions or be able to assist.  I was given this file that has been outlined and I am not able to identify the fonts because I don't have them on my computer.  Because they are outlined, the font finders aren't able to recognize.   I have tried importing to photoshop and using the find font but again I can't because the fonts aren't on my computer.  Anyone have any suggestions or know what these fonts might be?  Much appreciated!

Every file get kind of 30% opacity but opacity, type of layer and fill has normal 100% values, even when you export the file in jpg looks all right, but while you are working it looks so bad, I´ll share you some screenshots. Does anybody knos how to fix it?

Mac Indesign 21.4.1 Undo/Redo does not work. Plus stability issues. Never had stability and lagging issues with Indesign until last couple updates. Very frustrating and complicates my workflow. Need to force quite often as well. Bad update. I am thinking about reinstalling earlier versions.

When filling in the PDF form fields (of the PDF fillable form that I created), the text duplicates into every other field in the PDF, regardless of which box you type into. Help?

Hello, Im looking to make a script to facilitate a mockup I'm doing, and usually i resize boxes automatically to fit the text or description, but for this one i need it to be one line only and make the overtext appears as "...”.I’ve tried looking for a solution but haven't found any so i came here. I tried tabulation but it just goes to the next line if the text reach the 3 dots, and ive tried looking at all the paragraph parameters too but i can’t find anything helpful (or i missed it).Maybe with a grep replacement ?Thanks in advice for anyone answering !

When I use the Lasso Tool in Photoshop version 27.3.1 the selection appears to the right of where my Lasso Tool is pointed. In the included picture I started to at the top left of the dog leash and dragged down on the left, then over to the other side of the leash where it attaches to the dog collar, then up along the right side and finally across the top to the left side of the leash. You can see the selection show where I started, but completes on the far right of the leash. My Performance option “Use Graphics Processor” is checked. Note: I’ve unchecked this option and the problem is still the same. History States set to 50Cache Levels: 6Cache Tile Size 1028KAdvanced Graphic Processor Settings:Use OpenCL checkedAnti alias Guides and Paths: Checked30 Bit Display: UncheckedGPU compositing; Checked  My computer specs: CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 7900GPU: NVidia RTX 5060 ti 16 GB RAM: CORSAIR Vengeance DDR5 RAM 96GB (2x48GB) 6400MHz CL32 Intel XMP iCUE

Has anyone here tried the new AI Assisted Editor in Photoshop 27.10?I’ve been exploring the new AI workflow, and it seems like a really convenient option for quick edits. I’m especially interested in how other designers are using it for everyday creative work. The natural-language editing approach looks like it could save quite a bit of time. Would love to hear what everyone is trying with it so far.

Hi all,When designing a Behance profile banner with the required dimensions of 3200 x 410 pixels and then uploading it, the image appears too large and not fully visible, even though the image resizing indicator is set to the minimum. What is the solution to this problem?Thank you very much.

Hi friends, suddenly several of the eraser brushes stopped working for me. Some are still fine, but several of them just don’t work at all — and this only happens on pixel layers. For example, the issue occurs with the basic Eraser brush, as well as with “Opacity of Circular Defined” and “Opacity of Circular Diffuse”. I’ve checked the settings, closed Fresco, deleted it from the iPad, reinstalled it — I’ve tried everything. Does anyone have any idea what might be going on? Thanks a lot.

I can't get my Media Encoder to update. The updates keeping failing.  I’ve restarting everything. Any thoughts? Apple MacBook Pro Apple M1 16 GB. Thanks.

Gleiches Problem in beiden Browsern.

Hi, I’m trying to purchase Lightroom Premium using my ₹170 Google Play balance earned through Google Opinion Rewards. However, during checkout, Lightroom is automatically selecting a different Google account that has ₹0 balance. My Google Play account with the ₹170 balance is already active on my phone, but I’m unable to select it during the Lightroom purchase. Could you please help me use the correct Google account/Google Play balance for this purchase?

Every time I try to login to creative cloud it redirects me and says i need to sign back in. Ive tried downloading the creative cloud app from the web and the Microsoft store but the same thing always happens - I put in all the correct info and as I’m about to sign in i get an error message saying ive been signed out. Ive tried repairing the app, ive reinstalled it many times, ive tried different WIFI's ive looked into the local credentials for the app, ive looked into the process that occur in task manager when i try to sign in, ive checked services.MSc, ive even used adobes own creative cloud cleaner tool multiple times and none of it works. After I couldn’t figure it out i called adobe support and they tried all the same things and after an hour they couldn’t figure it out either. They told me they’d “escalate the issue” and id have to wait AT MAXIMUM a day and its now been almost a week. Now when i try to call them again i am immediately disconnected from the call after i answer all

Hi Adobe Community,I am running into a critical storage issue with Creative Cloud Libraries and could use some advice on best practices or potential workarounds. I need to upload assets to ~100GB brand library, but the Creative Cloud app immediately starts sync and caches all assets to my primary drive, completely filling my disk space.  Can I manage/upload large libraries strictly in the cloud without forcing a local download? Besides OS symlinks, how are teams managing 100GB+ libraries on limited local storage? Thanks!

Hello,Adobe released the APSB26-141 Security Update today:https://helpx.adobe.com/security/products/acrobat/apsb26-141.htmlThe update states that it covers Adobe Acrobat and Acrobat Reader, however the reader catalog does not contain version 26.002.21900. The Acrobat one does but not the reader:https://armmf.adobe.com/arm-manifests/win/SCUP/AcrobatCatalog-DC.cabhttps://armmf.adobe.com/arm-manifests/win/SCUP/ReaderCatalog-DC.cabIn fact the Reader Catalog is still signed with a timestamp of ‎Sunday, ‎August ‎9, ‎2026 10:49:17 PM. Does anyone know if there was some kind of issue with the Reader update that made Adobe pull it? Thanks,
