Solved

Hi. When I view my image in Photoshop, it looks ok. But when I import it into AE it looks totally different. What can I change in AE to fix this?P.S. I didn't change any of the settings in AE before this problem happened.

If I subscribe to Adobe Acrobat Premium on my Android device using my Adobe account, will the subscription also be valid on my iPad when signed in with the same account?

I have purchased photoshop elements and premier elements 2018 on disk. I install both. At the end of installation of each a pop up box opens. It says installation complete and also says some items could not be installed successfully. Why does this happen? The box refers to the error report but when I click this it is empty.

Hello-I designed an invoice in InDesign, and made several interactive text fields. Exported as interactive pdf. Most sections need to be right aligned text. When opened in acrobat, all text fields are left aligned, and the align option is greyed out. Not seeing any options for alignment in prepare form text field properties, and in prepare form the align tool is greyed out. No updates needed, 20.013.20074. Thank you

What do you call this plus sign and where is it coming from? How can I remove it from Adobe Illustrator? Minor Problem. Which I don't understand. Please help me understand. So at the center of one of my Artboards, there is this plus sign even if I'm not selecting anything, this is still showing. How can I remove it? Thank you in advance.

I have a Microsoft Surface Pro 11 with a fast ARM processor, but Photoshop will not open a photo using the edit in command from LR Classic. Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

I have a plugin that uses external binaries.  I have binaries for Windows, Mac ARM, and Mac AMD that I provide with my plugin.  When I run LrTasks.execute, I need to determine which one to use.  I have searched all over the SDK, but have not been able to find anyway to determine which one to run.  Any suggestions for introspection? Paul

I've got a new computer (Windows 10) and am reinstalling my CS6 Standard I purchased from an authorized dealer in 2013. I have been using this since 2013, and installed in on my last computer with no problems. I also successfully registered it at purchase.I have the serial number but this time it says it has been revoked. I have the receipt with the serial number in hand.

I've switched to Substance from Dimension and noticed that after creating 3D text, the side, Face, bevel and back are linked to the same color. Add a different color to one and it colors all sides and I can't figure out how to separate them. In dimension I didn't have this problem.

Since I have upgraded to Classic 14.4 I have noticed the ketwords are not uploaded to LR-Cloud Sync. I have tested with several files and purged smart previews / save metadata to files etc  (All the advice given on  google search).  Has anybody else seen this issue, and hopefully have a workaround / Fix. Classic V14.4 on Windows 10

There is an absolute large majority of us use Android products and would like to know when are WE going to have these apps in the playstore. It's frustrating to know that we pay for this and cannot get it on ALL PLATFORMS available. Please address our concerns push this up the chain and let us know when you are rolling this out.

I remember using and loving this special Touch UI mode on my old convertible laptop but one day the icon was gone. I thought this was a firmware bug with my laptop but the button is also missing on my brand new Surface Pro 11. Is there a hotkey to open it or some settings file i have to edit to get the button back?

I have several images in my document. My document width is 80mm. I have lots of images to be placed. I have created an object style which resizes the image frame to 80mm and fit the content proportionally.Issue is that there is no option in object style to resize it proportionally height wise. Is there any script which takes the dimensions of the image and then size is widthwise to 80mm and changes its height proportionally ? Thanks

Use script,How to get the current layout column spacing width?and the column spacing width of the text box?

Hi there, When I export a sequence using a CEP panel with the command: app.project.sequences[index].exportAsMediaDirect(outputPath, presetPath, workAreaType) the output file does not contain the metadata corresponding to the project path (among other details). https://ppro-scripting.docsforadobe.dev/sequence/sequence/?h=exportasmediadirect#sequenceexportasmediadirect   However, when exporting using the same preset (.epr) via Premiere's built-in export tool, this metadata does appear.   I have attached a screenshot comparing the metadata outputs: On the left, the export was done via script. On the right, it was done using Premiere's built-in export tool. As seen on line 97, the project path appears in the Premiere export but is missing in the script-based export.     What could be causing this? Any idea? I've attached a screenshot containing all the generated metadata. Thanks in advance! Joan

Running the latest version but Transcribe Sequence is greyed out when i try to transcribe in order to create closed captions. What gives?

Lately when I hover over a text block, the text block handles will not show up until I hover off the text block. Is this a new feature? If so, how do I turn this off?

Hi, does anyone know how to fix this error code related to failure of audio playback, the video doesn’t even play. Some context: I did install a new hard drive since my old one is full. I already deleted the media cache files as suggested in other posts. I set the location for the media cache database and file to the new hard drive and also the project as well…and it still won’t playback so I don’t know what’s wrong. I also tried uninstalling Adobe on the old hard drive and installing it on the new hard drive. But still won't work. Please help! See attached video.

Adobe gives the following instructions but for me, step 4 is missing. That is, File > Save As does not offer PDF as one of the options.  Everything works fine up til step 4.  I also looked under File>Export as and this also does not offer PDF as an option. I attached screenshots of both.  Exporting a JPG with Hyperlinks as an Interactive PDF in Adobe AcrobatTo export a JPG with hyperlinks as an interactive PDF in Adobe Acrobat, follow these steps:Open your JPG file in Adobe Acrobat.Add hyperlinks to your JPG if you haven't done so already by going to Tools > Edit PDF > Link > Add or Edit. Drag a rectangle around the area you want to link, choose the link appearance, and set the destination (URL, file, or page view).Once your hyperlinks are set, go to File > Save As.In the Save As dialog, choose Adobe PDF from the format options.Click Settings to ensure that the interactive elements are included in the export.

Hi - i had my AI open on two screens at the office yesterday with AI on my external monitor. Before i unplugged, I moved AI back over so it would be back on my screen when I got home. Everything is fine, but I'm trying to edit a pattern swatch and the edit palette is stuck off screen. I've quit AI multiple times with no luck, changed my swatch workspace, and it's still stuck. Anyone?????

I have a resume in indesign that was perfectly editable last I used it. I open this time and it's not. I am not look for a big explenation on Open Type or anything like that. I just want to know can I fix this or do I have to start from scratch? I can't even copy and paste. Only enough it's only on the first page. Second page is fine.

My baseline grid doesn't show up no matter what I do. I've checked and unchecked the Grids in back box, readjusted the View Threshold, reopened inDesign and googled for about 2 hours now. The only solution I can find is to readjust my view threshold, wich I already did like a million times. Can you please help me?
