Solved

Hey guys so i wanted to use the deep glow 2 effect, couldnt find it. I t was missing. So i downloaded it from aescripts, copied the plug in and pasted into after effects- support files - plug ins why is it not working? How else am I suppose to add plug ins?It was the free version because I am not willing to pay for something that I am suppose to have in after effects from the begining.  I had the german language version before but I deleted it and installed the english version. I dont know it that has anything to do with it.  I thank everyone for reading.

Recently updated to this version. If I highlight any text and go to the font dropdown palette, when I hit the slider to move down the font list, the palette closes and I can't select another font. If I don't select any text I can choose any font I want - but then I have to retype in order to use my new font. Not a prefs issue - I checked. Ugh - I have a long document ot edit and if I have to go through this for every font change, it's going to be a very long day....

My dear tiling and pattern geeks,   I recently read a paper by Miki Imura: "A new non-periodic tiling based on modulo arithmetic*, (arXiv:2506.07638) and fell in love with this tiling.   I couldn't help myself and I've written code to draw these directly in Illustrator. If you're interested, you can download from my github repo: Modulo Krinkle Tiling for Adobe Illustrator.   I'd love to see what you use it for. Feel free to post images here. - Mark

Hey! Started editing for someone and they've sent me their Favorites.xml file so I could use a specific preset they've made on the audio. However, when I copy-paste their file into my Audition's folder and replace with the old one, opening Audition will replace the .xml file immediately with the default Favorites.xml. I can't find anything about this problem on Google so I thought I'd ask for help here, I've tried with both Audition 2021 and 2022 with no luck (currently waiting for their response on which version they use so I can try on it too if it's different) and reinstalling the software didn't work either. In case it's necessary, here's my system info:- Ryzen 7 3700x- 16GB RAM DDR4 3200MHz- RTX 2080Ti- Windows 10 Pro 64-bit Any ideas on how to make this work?Thank you!

Hello. I just updated to Rh 2022.6.34. I am receiving this error message when I try to import a .docx file.Where can I find the application log? Importing worked 2 weeks ago an older version of Rh. I don't have the version documented though.

Hey folks, Novice to InDesign (using it on Mac), used it a few times but just for fun. Working on a long(ish) book, about 120 pages and wanted to ask what is the best way for me to set up new chapters? Should I be using page breaks? I think it is bad practice to use a load of returns to get to a new page right? Or am I supposed to be setting it up in Paragraph Styles for the last para of each chapter or something? Not sure what to do and am starting out in the book so just want to get things right in the early setup. I've set up para and charatcer styles for the main text so it seems ok there, just wondering about how to deal with new chapters. Should I be using the Book Panel? I understand that that would make each chapter a separate file or something? Appeciate any help. Thank you.

Hello Team,Has anybody created a gradient and saved it to Adobe Creative Library and tried to use it in Adobe Photoshop? I keep getting this error - Photoshop could not complete your request because of a program error. I tried contacting support and they told me that maybe I should roll back Photoshop and try again? or wait for an update? Any Ideas?? Thank You,Phillip

Good morning, all. I have code that has been in place for at least 6 or 7 years that generates Excel files.  Depending upon the app, the Excel file is either A) made available to the user via download, or B) emailed to a pre-determined email address, possibly CC'ing others, as well.  It has had no issues for all this time, and no changes to the code have been made. Recently, while creating a new section of a public-facing website, I copied and modified Excel generating code from one of these older sections, expecting it to work.  I've been having all kinds of issues, from files not being saved to the server, to simple strings added to a cell coming up as garbage.  Exceptions are being thrown.  So, I decided to check one of the earlier pages on the public site that creates Excel files, and lo and behold it's throwing an exception when it comes to creating the Excel file.  I have no idea how long this has been breaking, no one ever reported anythin

My computer is a desktop with an Intel i9 13900k, 64GB DDR5, GTX 1080 8GB. So fairly modern, except for the GPU. I don't want to upgrade the GPU because I have no use for a more modern GPU, I don't play games on this machine.   I recently upgraded to an OLED, 4K, HDR Monitor: ASUS ROG Swift OLED PG32UCDM. Monitor is connected to my GPU via DisplayPort 1.4. And after upgrading the monitor I had to enable HDR on Windows, otherwise the colors would not look accurate:   -------- Now comes the Lightroom settings:   As we can see, Lightroom is correctly detecting my GPU and is going to use it, but the problem is that if I have GPU acceleration enabled Lightroom gets completely laggy and unusable. I can't do anything on it.   I have tried disabling Windows HDR, and that fixes the issue, but then I get awful colors on the monitor. I have tried disabling GPU acceleration and that improves it a bit, but then it uses the CPU for everything and is also not great (but still mu

I was charged $91.99 annual subscription for Adobe acrobat without notification...! The instruction is so complex a d hard to follow. I immediately contacted Adobe online customer service, and the staff said I needed to contact Google Play store, then I contact Google Play store, their staff helped me finally cancel this subscription, but advised me to contact Adobe for refind. When I came back to Adobe again, three staffs couldn't help me with anything but gave me wrong information said they don't have authority to cancel or refund and asked me to go back to Google store again, and even sent me the wrong link to Apple store( excuse me my phone is Android system and already told them it's Google store). Got very frustrated and had to go back to Google play store, their staff is very supportive and went through the agreement and sent me the emails also report this as I have sent refund request to the developer email showing on the website and google play store but without any response f

I know how to export multiple artboards as separate PDFs. However, when I open each separate PDF in Illustrator, each contains all of the other artboards, and I haven't found a combination of settings to avoid this, nor have I found anything in the forums (yet), meaning I have to manually delete all the extra artboards. This also happens when I save the AI file as a multi-page PDF and then extract the pages in Acrobat as separate files. Does anyone have any advice? Thanks!

Grazie

It doesn't seem right for me to write it this way.The result in if is always false. if(table.rows[-1].cells.everyItem().appliedCellStyle.name!=="ABC"){ . . . }

I was on Photoshop free trial and after it ended, I am trying to Renew and even trying to Upgrade my plan to include more apps. Everytime I try to make a purchase for either Photoshop or upgrade to a plan for other apps, I get a message that says "You already own Photoshop"... "This purchase is unsupported"...I mean yes, I do, isn't that the point of Renewing? Next option I tried was to Cancel my Free Trial, even thought I'm on day 0..but everytime I try to Cancel I get a "Unable to load data" error pop up. Why is such a simple step to upgrade my plan becoming so frustrating?

When I right click a clip in the timeline the 'properties' option is missing. I tried it in the clips in the project panel, it's not there too. I attached screenshots of it. Maybe my eyes  are deceiving me. If you see it in the screenshots please tell me and apoligies for this post. Thank you.

Hi, I am trying to have my file printed! Do I move it to project in order to sent to the cart? Or What am I doing wrong. I can not find any buttons to send to cart for print. I went to the resize, selected what I needed hit print and nothing happened. Please Help

When placing PDF's into a document and printing them, InDesign seems to randomly cause some items to be removed from the layout. It seems to be mostly Canva PDF's that are affected. Screenshot 1 - my client's Canva PDF is dropped into our printer (Fiery Command Workstation). Everything is correct in the preview.Screenshot 2 - I need the document 2-up on a sheet so I lay that out with InDesign and print to the Fiery. Now there is a bunch of text missing in the tan colored box. I can even make a PDF of this 2-up layout and it removes the items from the PDF. This problem started with InDesign 2023. I still have 2022 installed for this very purpose because these files print fine from 2022. I've been burnt by this problem several times now and keep hoping a new version will fix it. 2023, 2024 and 2025 do not fix it.

I have an editable document that I need to upload to a website. When I upload the document and click on it through the website part of it is no longer editbale (Bottom left ). I've attached the editable document as well as the scrrenshot of the portion of the document that is not longer editable.  Any guidance is helpful! Thank you

Hello to everyone!Cannot find a solution myself.I need to draw two lines with a PEN TOOL to appear at the very beginning of the Sequence. I need a title to appear later. However, all these graphic elements appear on the same layer with no possibility to modify the timing. I'm sure I did something wrong, but I cannot figure out what in particular. Will be very grateful for any ideas! Thanks!

LRC has become slow to open since yesterday, and freezes when I try to open the print module. Any ideas?

Hey! I'm at a loss with the issue I'm having and I maybe this is the right place to look for help.So I've been using CS6 Production Premium for a long time and recently I started getting the 30 days countdown that I must deactivate another computer or provide another valid serial number. I'm not able to deactivate because the product does not appear on the "products activation page". I also don't have access to any old computers I might have used CS6 on.I've looked endlessly for a way to reach out to adobe and get help to reset my activations, but apparently I can only talk with the Adobe Virtual Assistant which told me this:"Since we don't provide chat support for discontinued products, versions, or free apps, you may find help at adobe.com/go/eos". This don't help me at all!The chat then pointed me here as I clicked "More contact options".Is there anyway possible I can get contact with Adobe and get help to open up CS6 softwares again? I'm terrified that I'm about to lose access

Hello,I'm experiencing an issue with the gradient tool in Adobe Photoshop (beta), Photoshop 26.8.1.After opening a file and applying adjustments (levels, layers, etc.), when I assign a mask and try to use the gradient tool — nothing happens. It simply doesn’t respond or display. The only workaround is to close and reopen the file, after which the gradient works normally again. This bug interrupts my workflow significantly, and I would appreciate your assistance in resolving it.
