Hi, I had new 2nd shooter working with me yesterday, his CR3 files don’t show in my Lr Classic. I downloaded normal version of LR and all fine. I worked with CR3 files before and didn’t have this issue. Photos show fine in Photomechanic too. When i open a photo via photo viewer, it says “Locked” though i checked all settings and files are not locked, or read-only. I am lost of what else i can do ?

Copying one setting from a settings category now causes all settings within that category which were not copied to reset to default value upon pasting.  For instance, if I have a handful of images with various configurations set under “Light”, and I choose to copy only the “Contrast” setting from that category and paste it to the other images, it will copy the contrast setting successfully but zero out all other settings under the “Light” category.  This is new behavior, as I have been able to copy and paste contrast additively without it resetting all the other sliders under “Light” up until now. Also, the behaviour is inconsistent - sometimes it does what I want (pastes contrast setting and leaves the rest of the settings under “Light” alone), and sometimes it wipes all other settings and only retains the updated contrast setting. Lightroom version: 9.5.1 x64 [ 20260815-1945-84a45bf ] (Aug 15 2026)NGL Version: 1.43.0.5WF Version: 8.5 20b9f90VF Version: 1.0.164HIL Version: 40501CAI Ve

On my laptop I use Lightroom & Lightroom Classic. I am told that Lightroom Classic can be used on 2 devices. How do I get it on my phone. I downloaded the free Lightroom from the App Store. Is that different to the version I pay for.

Holy shit, Gemini has been dumb in trying to work this out -There has to be a simple way to create a new project from all files, timeline, markers, etc. from a section of another project. This is becoming my Waterloo and I am nigh for Elba. How the heck do you take a project from 45:00:45 to 59:20:24 and say I want everything within this section to be a new project without having to manually select/delete surrounding sections? This must be an easy play that I am too dumb to figure out. If not, then Adobe, this seems to be a complete and utter failing on your part. There must be tons of people who are creating new projects with the information of a previous project. It seems that this would be one of the more necessary features for anyone working in video podcasts/tv/etc. Inform. A frustrated Rob

I’m working on a small creative project in Adobe After Effects and I want to create a cute pink cat character with simple animations. I’m still learning After Effects and would like to know the easiest way to animate things like blinking eyes, moving ears, and a small bouncing motion.I’ve also been looking at different APK Kucing Pink designs for inspiration, especially for the pink cat character and overall visual style.Would you recommend creating the character directly in After Effects, or designing it in another app first and then importing it? Also, which After Effects tools or effects would be best for this type of simple character animation? Hyperlink removed by Mod.

Dear Adobe Support Team, I am writing to request a full refund for a recent subscription renewal charged to my card. I have not used this account or any associated services since completing my studies in 2024. Additionally, I no longer have access to the original email address tied to the account where renewal notifications were sent. Because this request falls within Adobe’s 14-day cancellation and refund window, I would appreciate your assistance in processing a full refund and cancelling the subscription immediately.

My PC is not compatible with the latest Photoshop, I’ve managed to uninstall it but Creative Cloud does not show older versions for download.Would it be possible to get a download link? I’m not going to be able to get a new PC just yet and I need to process some focus stacks.

Does anyone have any information on this error code? I'm trying to figure out whats going on so I can upload my video but have found nothing on it.

All of a sudden, when I scroll down in a PDF, the reader skips pages. Single page skips 3, single page continuous, skips 2, two continuous skips 10… This happens both using the mouse and the bar. What on earth is going on? Everything was fine a few days ago.

See attached screenshot.

I updated my Mac mini to Tahoe 26.6.2 and now I cannot load Illustrator. It keeps saying that I should do it again. Which I’ve done but it never works

I was charged before the free trail was up. How do I get a refund?

I’ve just downloaded this vector image, and it has an insane amount of anchor points for what is a fairly simple design. Surely this must be a traced image and shouldn’t have passed the contributor checks?  For reference it’s image 1972616912 from seller MdRezaul

Hello Adobe Staff,My contributor account (Adobe screen name: NorritiStudio) was deactivated by an automated security flag right after I submitted a duplicate payout request to my verified Payoneer account. It was a simple system lag, and I have previously received successful payouts to this exact same account (the last one was on August 7, 2026).I have already submitted the official legal appeal form via Adobe Trust Center on August 31st, but I haven't received any updates or emails since then.Could an Adobe Staff member please look into this and kindly escalate my pending case ADB-46857260-X7P9 to the Trust & Safety team? I am losing my daily income due to an automated glitch.Thank you so much for your assistance.

One of your former clients, NOBSMARKETPLACE, purchased images from you to use in their articles.  The client has now gone under and I am being harrassed by an image licensing bandit.  Can you help>?

Whenever I try to use generative fill, I can’t enter any prompts.

Hello,I recently got my associates degree in graphic arts and my step-dad installed his copy of CS3 on my laptop. I was able to enter the serial number fine and was prompted for activation. I called the number provided on the activation prompt and there was an automated message saying there is no over-the-phone support for CS3. I communicated with somebody via chat support and they said:MohammadKhurshid Alam: We only support latest product which is CS 6MohammadKhurshid Alam: We want to inform you that this issue is only supported on Forums.adobe.com as we have a team of Expertise who are trained and have knowledge about this product.MohammadKhurshid Alam: yes you will get the resolution as in forums our adobe experts are available so they will  give you resolution at earliest.I have my serial number and was provided an activation code in the prompt. Is there any way for me to get the authorization code or is the product too outdated?

I am a user of Adobe Express from Tamil Nadu, India, and I create content for my professional Astrology channel.I highly appreciate the "Animate from Audio" feature. However, in the current character list, there are no characters suited for traditional spiritual or astrology-based programs, which have a massive audience worldwide. Please consider adding 2 or 3 general Astrology / Traditional Indian avatars to your standard character library. This would be incredibly helpful for creators who produce astrology and cultural content daily.Thank you for listening to creator feedback.Warm regards, Ramesh

I’m having trouble getting hold of previous versions of photoshop (my pc is incompatible with the one I had) I managed to uninstall photoshop, but creative cloud doesn’t show other versions, when I click on “other versions” it just shows the latest .It has also stopped showing my bundled apps (I have the photography bundle).

I am a long-time contributor creating original photos and videos, shot and produced entirely by myself — no AI-generated content. Recently, my account was suddenly deactivated right after I made my first payout request. This is extremely concerning because:I had been uploading and selling content without issues for months. My portfolio contains only my own authentic work.I received no clear explanation for the ban. After the ban, I contacted Adobe Stock Support immediately, providing all necessary details. It has now been nearly a month with no reply or resolution. This raises serious questions:How can contributors trust Adobe if accounts can be banned right after payout requests? Is this a system error, or is there another reason why payouts are blocked without explanation?Contributors put time, skill, and resources into producing high-quality content. Sudden bans without transparency not only damage trust, but also leave creators unpaid for their work.I’m posting here to request urgent at
