Hi,I have a question. In 2017 we purchased a license for a graphic on Fotolia.pl, which was taken over by Adobe. The account has long since ceased to exist, but recently we received a reminder that we are using a photo without the permission. Is it possible to recover data from the Fotolia.pl account? Without it, we cannot prove that we are using the graphic legally. Thank you in advance for your help and information.

Hi, on my adobe portfolio website, where I sync photos from albums in Lightroom CC, the photo grid shows the images uncropped in 3:2, however when I click the images to go full screen they crop to 4:3 for landscape images, whereas portrait stay 3:2. Help?! Thanks

Hi, I have a adobe 3D license that gives me acces to the entire 3D suite.Whenever I try to use both painter and designer simultaneously on 1 device, whichever app I opened up last will throw me a 205 error and force me to quit that session.I have asked a lot of my artist friends if they come accross the same issue and they don't...Obviously I need both open to be able to cross reference work accross those 2 appsThank you 🙂

Good day, I am a student at the Technical University of Zvolen, and I was informed that if I log in to Adobe using my school email, I should be able to obtain a free license for Adobe products for educational purposes for one year. I was also told that I would need to follow the same process annually to renew it as a student for free. I would use it primarily for creating images for assignments and similar tasks. Therefore, I would like to ask if you could advise me on how to access this free license. Thank you for your response,Kyseľ My mail <email address removed>

Can someone help me? I have a one-page PDF and I want to add multiple clickable links to it — for example, links to my website, Facebook, or other social media. The goal is to embed these links directly into the PDF so they stay active when I upload the PDF to a flipbook platform like Issuu.Which Adobe program should I use for this, and how exactly can I do it? I would really appreciate clear instructions.

Hi Experts,We recently upgraded our ColdFusion 2023 environment from Update 10 to Update 12. After the upgrade, we encountered an issue in one of our applications that handles PDF uploads and validation.Previously, we used the IsPDFObject(mytempPDFObj) function to validate uploaded PDF files, and it worked as expected. However, after the upgrade, this function consistently returns NO, even though the uploaded files are valid PDFs and were working fine before the update. We confirmed that:The uploaded files have the correct .pdf extension.The same files were successfully validated before the upgrade.mytempPDFObj is being populated correctly but appears to be a struct always, not a PDF object.Has anyone else experienced this issue after Update 12? Is there a change in how ColdFusion handles PDF objects or MIME validation in this update?Any insights or workarounds would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi i had a account LR on my Samsung S23 how do i get it back on my Samsung S25 ultraRe Peter Zemlany

I'm a fashion/product photographer. A client sent me an outerwear coat to shoot on a mannequin and no shirt for underneath. I thought, "No problem. I can probably generate the neck part of the top with Generative AI." That's a big NO. Every time I try to generate the fill, I receive an error message that wants to send me to the Adobe Use/Guidelines page. My original input was "Women's black ribbed turtleneck shirt". After a few different variations, I wondered if the AI thought I was being "racist" for using the word "black".  No matter what I wrote, an error was always returned sending me to the Guideline page. (None of the guidelines seemed valid for what I asked.) Pity there isn't a way to create what I want with a plug-in for some other AI.

I want to write a script that changes the line style of certain checkboxes (i.e. "solid", "dashed") and also potentially change the border color to "none" in order to remove the border. More specifically I have a bunch of checkboxes with names ending in a number. When a textbox is updated with a number I want all checkboxes up to that number to change to lineStyle Solid.

Hello, I was working on a project in Photshop and suddenly some layers developed a permanent artifact. They go away If I paint over it but does anybody know what causes this and how to prevent it? Is it a software or hardware issue? Thank you!

Hello community,This is probably a trivial question, but I can't find the answer: I deleted some archive hard drives that continue to appear in the Lightroom Classic catalog volume series. I want to delete these now-useless drives, but I can't find a way to do it. Does anyone have a solution? Thanks in advance.

ive got a document with automated weight fields. So when the net weight gets filled at the bottom it adds it to the top two net weights as shown by the arrows. what i am trying to do is code so that if the pallete tickbox is ticked it only fills in the left hand net weight with the net weight.  if the box is instead ticked it only fills out the net weight in the right hand net weight. as currently it fills in box left and right hand net weights.  hopefully this makes sense. if not feel free to ask me any questions id be happy to answer them.

How do I check how many Firefly credits I have available? It would be nice if there was a realtime display in the app rather than having a nasty shock when you suddenly run out.

Hi everyone,I'm using InDesign 2025 and trying to embed audio in an interactive PDF. I’ve followed the standard steps:Added MP3 files to the Media panel, following Adobe’s guidelines.Created a button, set the action to "Sound", and linked it to the appropriate MP3 file.Exported the document as an Adobe PDF (Interactive) with "Include all forms and media" checked. The result:The button appears as expected in the PDF (the cursor changes to a hand on hover), but nothing happens when I click it—the audio doesn't play. There’s no error message, just no response.Has anyone run into this issue or have tips on how to troubleshoot it?https://acrobat.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:EU:556d3070-641a-4a89-949c-75ab46b9837f Thanks in advance!

I had a few hundred brushes on my Photoshop. But today when I opened photoshop, all the brushes were gone, except for the default ones and the ones from the last set that I imported in. When I last imported that set of brushes, I clearly remember the rest of the brushes still being there as I was using some new and old ones together, so I don't think I clicked "reset brushes". Also, I can't change the hardness of the brushes, except for the default ones. I already started re-importing some of the lost brushes, but it'll take too long to do all of them so I would really appreciate it if you could help me with this problem

My 3D transformation controls have disappeared, even after updating the app and using the show controls command.I think I disabled them by accident.I'm trying to find info on this but the official Help page just says this. https://helpx.adobe.com/after-effects/using/work-in-3D-space.html   However, when I follow these steps, I still do not see the transformation controls (3d transformation gizmo) when I select an object/camera. Searching this issue in this forum only brings up the answer of using Ctrl + Shift + H to show layer controls, which is already enabled and still not showing the gizmo. The help article also mentions these various gizmo states:But toggling between all of these does nothing. The gizmo is still nowhere to be found. So the only way right now I'm able to adjust 3D layers right now is numerically which is extremely frustrating as you can imagine. Has anyone else run into this, and how did you re-enable these little guys? The answer is pro

Suddenly, my animations are not selling, the positions are not showing anymore, but the files that used to sell regularly - these are the first to come up when you search, why are they not selling? It's been around $300 in the last four weeks, only one sale so far in the running week 😥 If it was normal, it would have been $20-30 by now.
