I found a certified adobe instructor that is asking $150 for an hour of live instruction, she's going to help me edit my novel which is currently in pdf form.  She can upload my pdf into her computer and show me how to edit and export on my computer over ZoomThe reason I need to do this is my original formatter has gone missing, and I need to learn how to use Indesign for the specific task of editing it.   If this is too much or not ideal, where can I find live instruciton for something like this?

At 3 seconds in, this project fails exporting with an error message. I tried restarting AE, computer, png sequence also stops working. I do not know how to fix this. Please let me know. Thank you.

Any solution to Adobe Acrobat Reader crashing on iPhone and iPad?! App crashed while in use and won't open anymore. Still crashing despite successful updates on both iPhone and iPad. Urgently need solutions to have access to exam study material on both devices.

Hi Adobe Team and Mixamo users,After doing some digging, I think I’ve found part of the reason why Mixamo is currently broken — and it’s a surprisingly simple but critical issue. On Mixamo’s interface, when you click the “Account” button, it tries to send you to:👉 https://accounts.adobe.com (with an “s”)But Adobe’s actual user login system is now:✅ https://account.adobe.com (no “s”)The plural version seems to be deprecated or non-functional — which could explain why:Login tokens are failingUploads/downloads aren’t authorizedSession handshakes aren’t completingIn other words, Mixamo is referencing a login path that no longer exists. It’s possible this URL hasn’t been updated since Adobe’s acquisition in 2015 — and now that certificates or API tokens have expired, this mislink has finally caused everything to break.Mixamo still displays animations and previews (meaning the front end works), but every feature tied to user authentication appears broken.💡 Can someone at

Photoshop version 26.8, Windows 11Laptop has an Intel Iris Xe gpu and a 13th gen Intel core i7-1355U For over a year now (ver. 24.x), standard image sizes, like 1920x1080, have had abysmal performance. The response from a simple draw with the brush tool clearly lags behind, and zooming resembles a slide show, rather than a smooth transition.Previously, this type of lag only occurred with large image sizes, like 50,000x20,000.Various performance settings, reinstallations, and updates have not fixed this issue.Attached is a blank preset with one new layer. Scrubby zoom and pan is a slide show.

I'm having an issue where when I attempt to open the Adobe Reader app on my IPHONE or IPAD, the app crashes and closes.  The IOS is up todate; I've tried deleting the app and redownloading from the app store; hard reboots; the usual.  Is there a known outage or something preventing the applications from opening? Any help / insight would be appreciated.

I had the issue with the adobe app kicking me out all the time. An apple tech recommended deleting and reinstall-installing the app. Now, it will open but I have lost all my local files.... 😳😳please tell me I can get them back somehow??? I've tried everything I can think of. 😢

When the number of paths is extremely high, the view preview and operations become very slow and errors occur. Could you add a feature to improve rendering speed by reducing the preview quality? I really need this feature. Thank you

Hello! I am switching from an old computer to a new one. The new one has the following system information: - RAM 16GB, - graphics card 4GB, - Processor 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7 - 11800H@ 2.30 GHz, - Windows 11 Home, 24H2 (updated). I can use Photoshop normally on the old computer, but on the new one, after successfully installing Photoshop, the following information is displayed: "Some of the application components are missing from the Application directory. Please reinstall the application." I have uninstalled and reinstalled Photoshop several times - I have done this in different ways, but the program still does not work. Please help. Thank you.Sonja

Hello everyone, is it a way to delete the Registration Marks in the script menu and keep only the Crop Marks ?

Hi I lost all my local files when I uninstalled and reinstalled the adobe reader because of the app crashes. Please help me how I can recover my files? I checked the cloud it's no there. I had important documents in the folder. Now I have none.

Dear Adobe Acrobat Support Team, I am writing to request urgent assistance regarding a serious issue I encountered after uninstalling and reinstalling the Adobe Acrobat app on my iPhone. Before uninstalling, I had multiple important PDF files stored locally within the app (“Local only” files, not backed up to Document Cloud or iCloud). Unfortunately, after reinstalling the app, all of these files are now gone. I did not receive any prompt or warning indicating that uninstalling the app would result in permanent loss of these files. These documents are very important to me, and I would like to know if there is any possible way to recover them — either through a local device backup, app cache, or any other method Adobe may have in place. Please let me know if there is anything I can do, or if your team needs any additional information to investigate further. These files are extremely important, and I would deeply appreciate any support or guidance you can provide.&nbs

Hello, tried to open doc, acrobat opened and closed before doc appeared. Tried 3x, restarted iPhone 16, then deleted app and reinstalled. All my folders/doc are gone. In the pass docs would refill once logged in to acrobat.. Apple support said not a phone issue. pls help since there is no cs # to call for adobe support.

How can I turn off all the popups. New feature, cloud, AI features, bla bla bla. They all look like pop-up ads and I need ad-blocker. Some tooltips I know how to turn off.

When I send a document for signing, the standard email text says something like "Please review and complete this document."  It seems somewhat cold and impersonal.  I therefore have to type in a friendlier email.  How can I configure my account so that the standard outgoing email says something likeWe are excited to have you as a customer.  Could you kindly review and electronically sign our service agreement.  Please start by clicking on the link below.  Many thanks,PatI can't for the life of me figure out how to do this or whether it is even possible. Thanks!

Hi please can you help with the second to last action before I approve the proof of my uploaded Amazon KDP book. I want to move the photo you can see on p126 below to p128 but for the first time of me using InDesign I can’t select the photo and/or caption to move it. It isn’t anchored. The layer isn’t locked. I have tried the direct selection tool and the black selection tool but all I can select is the whole text frame. I closed and restarted Indesign. If I click the photo’s page number in the links panel, it allows me to delete the photo itself but not the caption or the frame surrounding it, (ie. the frame I created using stroke). I can’t ungroup the photo and caption. As mentioned, I can’t release anchor as there isn’t one. It isn’t on as master page. I’ve tried other google solutions but nothing works. I’m sure it’s a simple fix. Please first see the screenshot below showing the threads then a links panel screenshot.     Layer screenshot

The Acrobat app keeps crashing on both my iPhone and iPad. I’ve tried restarting the devices, but the issue still persists. Is this a problem on your end or mine? I need to edit files as soon as possible, and this has never happened before.

Been using the Adobe Acrobat app Version 25.05.05 (20250609.204730) on mi IPhone 18.5 for a long time. Today I tried to open the app and it closes immediately after a segons or two. Tried resetting my phone a couple times, deleting the last document downloaded just in case. I even deleted and re installed the app losing some documents I didn't save on the cloud. The app keeps closing after I open it, it won't even let me sign in.

I can not open Adobe Acrobat Reader app since yesterday. My iPad is iPad Pro IOS version 17.7.8. I tried to turn off and restart my iPad, offload the app and reinstall the app. It doesn't work. It is rather frustrating as a lot of important documents stored in the app became unaccesible. And I dare not to delete the app as all the data would be gone. Please help.

Dear users! I am struggling with this app for almost a month, and the help topics are hard to understand for a non-IT person.I am using Apple IPad Pro M4 and Adobe Acrobat app shuts down on its own the moment I try to use it. I have tried re-installing it, it didn't help.I read about cleaner app steps but couldn't find the right file to use on Mac.  Please help, appreciate it!

I have a few pages in my PDF output with large tables that ideally would be in landscape, while the rest of the content, including the covers and toc page would remain in portrait. Is this achievable? I have searched high and low in the settings and can't see to find a place where I'd assign a topic to a page in a template.

Hey everyone, I'm a little desperate as I use adobe acrobat as my library with all my academic texts and books. I have collected articles and books with comments and highlighted  sentences for years. yesterday the app was crashing on any device. I did the backup on the apple cloud but it seems now that many many texts are missing and that most of them have no comments or marks at all. is there any way to go back to my adobe status and archive of 2 days ago or something like that? thanks for helping me  Edoardo
