Solved

Thanks to @R Neil Haugen  I've just discovered the wonders of auto tonemapping for my Panasonic Log files, and now curious if there's a work-around for Nikon z-log (EOSHD product, D850, yeah, files are 8b 420 but still hopeful because highlights are tricky.)

Hi all,I'm new to Adobe Stock (I have been on other sites for a while) and 'm struggling a bit with how many of my images are not being accepted. Some of the 'similar images' ones I can accept (it's annoying, but whatever) but I have a couple that I don't really understand for IP refusal - a picture of some buns, and a picture of some used books in a shop. Can anyone explain to me what the rules for IP refusal are and why they would apply here? Is it the small shop logo on the picture of the pastries, and the text on the books? Thanks!

I've created a fillable PDF from a form. It has two signature fields. When someone tries to fill out the signature, the form does nothing. According to the client, when they attempt to fill in the signature it "is telling us to download an unsupported program to make a signature. After doing this, when trying to sign it goes automatically to save and then nothing happens". I can fill the form -including signature - without issue, but I have the full Acrobat program, not just the Reader, so I'm not sure if that makes a difference.  I've checked the security settings. I'm not sure what else to look at. Thanks. Any help would be appreciated.

Last year on June 30, 2020, I prepaid for the Creative Cloud All Apps annual plan at the student rate as I have been enrolled at Lehman College / CUNY here in New York City for that entire time. However, what I did not realize at the time I prepaid that annual plan was that my school, Lehman College, offered that same plan, Creative Cloud All Apps, to students for FREE. I am wondering, is it possible to be refunded the amount I paid at the student rate for the Creative Cloud All Apps Annual plan since the school was already providing it for free? Please advise, thanks.

Hi! I create fillable forms for business owners and I post PDF previews of those forms online. I add a comment box to the PDF preview with information and I use the link tool to add a link to the part of the comment that leads back to the webpage where the form can be purchased. I then add a link to that particular webpage that links to that PDF preview. This way, people at the webpage can click on the link to look at the PDF preview, and anyone who comes across the PDF preview while not at my website has a link right there on the PDF preview to bring them directly to the webpage to purchase it. The way the link should work: When I open this PDF preview in my "desktop app" (Windows 10, Adobe Acrobat Standard), I can click on the link I added and it takes me to my website, which is exactly what I want it to do. The problem: When the PDF preview opens in the browser rather than within the desktop app, the link seems to be not active or not easily f

Hi all, Since yesterday I can't export my videos. I do see the export optio, but the shortcut is grey. When I try to export using the tabs in the upper left corner, I get a preloader and nothing happens. I tried everything I could find, no succes... Does anyone else know this problem?

I've exported a clip of 15 minutes in 1920x1080, H.264, with the preset "Match Source, Adaptive High Bitrate" (which turned out to be about 16 MBit/s). It turned out about a size of 1,8 GB. So I thought, let's try to make the file size smaller, and chose HEVC (H.265), also a bitrate of 16 MBit/s, with VBR. The clip turned out amost the same size, only a bit larger... With CBR with settings on "good", it's also the same size...  So I'm not sure what to do – I thought that H.265 would render into smaller file sizes... What did I do wrong?Any hints would be appreciated! Thanks a lot.

Hello,I've tried to generate a video from frames twice, and the process stops almost at the end. 1000 points wasted 😞

Hi! I had the basic subscription, and have paid up consistently for years. I took a break from photography for a while, and during that time I guess my storage ran out and a decent number of really important photos were deleted. I've upgraded my storage today, but can't recover the photos through the basic troubleshooting steps I found online. Fairly desperate to see whether there's any way I can get them back.

Hi,  I have a Bible book in which the word "LORD" has to be formatted very strangely throughout the text. Everywhere the word "LORD" is in capital letters. (1) I have to make the last 3 letters smaller than the first one (2).I try Title case but then all letter are with same size. Is there any way to make this with GREP and how? Thank you

Hello, everyone.I want to put a notepad "name.txt" in the same directory as the scripts. The style names used in all my scripts will read the ones set in "name.txt".This way I can change them uniformly at any time.Is there a way to do this? For example, the content of my notepad looks like this, one style name per line.In parentheses ( ) are the style names:paraStname(mypar)charStname(title1)tabStname(mytab)footerStname(footer)objStaname(mypic) Thank you very much.

Earlier it used to open Photoshop automatically, but now it has switched to Illustrator since the last update. I did not find any options to change the software. My object has a .psd file as UV layer, or Base surface layer, and it happens if i click on the small pencil icon to edit it. How to switch it back to Ps ? Help pls.

Hi experts, I have an issue with the font size in a pdf file that was generated by .cfm files. With the same .cfm files and .css ( baaically the codes are identical), the font size  in the generated report pdf file looks different in UAT and production.  I am thinking that it could be that .css is not production environment. It works in lower environment because I changed the font size in .css, it reflects in the generated pdf file.Is it possible that the Admin Control has some settings to control that?in a.css file: td.L1 {font-size : 8pt;In .cfm file:<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/a.css"> Thanks very much,Jc

Dashboard always shows DOWNLOADS and EARNINGS, regardless of the selected Time Frame - i.e. Lifetime, This Week, This month, or This year. However, today I noticed for the first time that an additional bit of information (category?) appears when Time Frame is set to either Lifetime or This week. What information does POSITION provide?

I use E-Sign a lot, and overall, it is a tremendous product, and I'm very happy with it.  There is something I would love to add to e-signing, though. I send a lot of documents to be signed. My job is to follow up with folks to get them to follow through on the signing. To do this, I often set the "Reminder" to daily. My understanding is that the person who is supposed to sign the documents can disable this reminder, which does make sense to me, so they don't get spammed if they decide they don't want to sign. Two features I would love to have, though Notifications if someone disables the reminders. This would help me prioritize folks who are still interested vs those who are notA weekly or monthly report that could be viewed to determine how many documents are still "in progress". Having this information would be useful. It would be good to save some kind of statistics to see how long documents I send usually take to get signed.
