Hello,  I'm new to Photoshop so any advice appreciated My dad scanned in about ~1800 pages of photos from my grandmother's albums I’d like to separate for uploading to google photos. Unfortunately he didnt scan them in at super high resolution but it took him a week to do and isn't something I'll be able to redo. The majority look like this with 4-6 photos per page with this textured background. Some of the albums are black background and some are white but nearly all are textured like this. Have tried the Automate > Crop and Straighten feature but I think the background of the photos breaks it and it doesn’t work.. It also doesnt work when I remove the textured background. Interestingly, the object selection tool is able to outline all of these just fine. Using the object selection tool, I'm looking for a way to: a) merge selections (note in the top left it incorrectly made a few selections that should all be apart of the same selction, and  b) save all thes

Setting up master logo set for client... Have built CMYK & RGB versions in illustrator. When importing the RGB .ai file to Photoshop - colour looks drastically more intense, even though it is the exact same RGB breakdown + colour management settings are the same - Adobe very kindly points out that they default to the same colour management across the programs for consistency.I'm completely stumped and not sure what the workaround is (other than visually trying to match in Photoshop but have the wrong actual breakdown - which is surely a recipe for future inconsistency) - would appreciate any help please and thank you.screen grabs attached

I have been having issues with my subject masking lately.  It will not detect the outline of the person or any of the individual features; such as the hair, eyes, etc.  When a subject is selected, it only shows a box around where the person is in the photo...not the person itself.  I have an older version of Lightroom Classic on my laptop & have not had the issue with the older version; leading me to assume it is a bug with the newest update.  Additional Information: Version: 12.3 on Windows10

I just upgraded to Acrobat Pro DC on Win7. I am converting MS Visio 2016 files to PDF but it has started adding annoying yellow Sticky Note comment chat bubbles next to every text box. Any ideas on how to convert .VSD to PDF without creating these yellow comment icons?

Some time ago, when viewing an image at 100%, photoshop would display the image the size it was, but after an update a few years ago, it has been showing images about half the size they actually are.  I've ignored it and worked around it, but I'm adding images to a website and I need to size them by eye and I'm tired of sizing an image 3 times, because i have to check how big it actualy is in preview and then guess again at a different size.   I must have a setting wrong somehwhere?    Can anyone help?  Here is a picture of a simple image in photoshop at 100% and the same file opened in preview right next to it, you can see the file in preview is much larger than photoshop is showing it.   Thanks for any help!whitney

The crop tool is missing in Camera Raw 15.1.1 (Mac).     Does anyone know how to fix this?  Thanks

Apologies if this is a dumb question. Maybe this is default behavior? I'm new to macOS (this week). I don't remember this happening on PC, but it could have and i just never noticed it. ISSUE:When Lightroom is open, i see the activity light on my external drive flash about every 4 seconds. I'm not doing anything in Lightroom at the time. This continues to happen unitl I quit Lightroom. My Originals cache is on an external drive. Some preliminary investigation shows that Lightroom is accessing the drive and writing temporary files called  .lrtester.tmp into the cache Originals folder. Is this expected? Thank you. Some partial output from the fs_usage command (my external drive is named Media_Main) sudo fs_usage -w | grep "Volumes/Media_Main"10:31:34.445864  stat64                                 /Volumes/Media_Main/Adobe/Cache/Lightroom CC/[deleted for privacy]/origina

I see a lot of threads about this.Well, the other day I actually had a tech from Adobe on the line, and after much wailing and gnashing of teeth, he admitted, "It's a Photoshop issue".Apparently they are looking into it, just not quick enough. It is unfortunate because it seriously affects our ability to work effectively in Photoshop as you don't get the mostly accurate visual sizing. We can only hope... Come on Adobe, FIX IT!!!

How do I add a stroke to these boxes?   I was able to make two rectangles with shape layers-->pre-comping them-->Track matte with my designed foreground layer.  I was also able to make the mattes by merging the shape layers, but in both instances I was not able to create a white stroke around the boxes (the strokes I added became transparent).    Thank you

I keep having this issue where some of the page spreads have a huge vertical space between them, and I'm not sure how to get rid of it?? I've tried setting the vertical pasteboard options to zero, but this only resets the ones that are currently spaced correctly already.

how can I make sure that every image that is generated does not show the text.? because it becomes strange writing.

Hi everyone.I am not against Adobe Stock but I feel it,s big cheating Stock website. I make so many accounts and when every i reach on withdraw point they block my account and then send reason(Your account has a validation status issue. You should Contact us.).Even sending them so many emails and the most disgusting service is Customer service like agent to agent.I wasted more than 3 years. And I feel the most disgusting website for Adobe Contributor.I don't know who else feels like me or not.Suggestion: Am I right or wrong?

Hello everyone! I decided to try a new genre for myself - png isolates. But the percentage of passing moderation in terms of quality seemed not very high. Please tell me what could be wrong with these pictures?

Hey,I have an Adobe pro DC and I want To make tables accessible as per the standard. As an example, I have made table below. I want to make it read as title says, i.g. Header1 -> Data 1, Header 2 -> Data 2, Header 3 -> Data 3, and again Header 1 -> Data 4, Header 2 ->Data 5...To make Headers read again after each row. I think its more easy to understand tables. Can you please help me to find some guidance or help how to do it? Thank you!Header1header 2Header 3Data 1Data 2Data 3Data 4Data 5Data 6

Our TOCs pull headings from the document that are in all caps, but we don't want the TOC entries to be in all caps. I've seen examples of grep styles that can apply a character style to make letters capitalized, but I don't think I've seen the opposite. Is it possible?

I am fairly new at this and came across a new issue: I am using multicam sequence with 3 videos files of an interview I did with someone. Mine is shot at 1920x1080 and a 2-shot of both I downloaded (using Riverside) at also 1920x1080. The 3rd video of the subject i am interviewing was downloaded at 1280x720 which is what their settings were. When I import all 3 to Premiere, the 1280x720 video has a black border. When I try to scale it, it enlarges all 3 videos. The work around is importing the 1280x720 video separately, scaling it to 1920x1080 when I export it. Is there a simpler way to fix the size issues when I import all 3 into Premiere? Thank you.

Hi, it is noch possible to write new actions.

Hi guys, **see image below for what I am trying to achieve"Im looking to have a rounded rectangle follow text which is on a path So essentially I want the text to have a background. Is there a way to achieve this?

Premier Pro 25.1.02023 Mac Studio with an Apple M2Max Chip and 64GB Memory running Sequoia 15.5 I've been using Premier Pro since 2019 learning basics in college and from there I am self-taught. I use Premier almost daily in my full-time position for simple video edits and have encountered an issue with color that came along with the 2025 update. I've been "limping" through the last 6 months trying different solutions I could find in these forums (at least what I could understand) and nothing seems to fix the issue. They seem to look okay once exported, but this issue has drastically slowed my editing process down as I am using a 3rd party app to edit color in the video then importing it in (this has been the best workaround for my needs and knowledge base).  Today, I pulled an iphone video in and was flabbergasted, see the image below to see a side by side (left is in my video player and right is in Premier). I'm hoping this is total user error and there's an easy

Sorry for the hard language, Just to show my frustation ! You dumbasss idiot, how the hell i know which file i have open if you don' show file names ? Why are you picking the tab names from document content ? How the hell i know which document is that before I read the content and title. What if i have two versions for the same document, even if I name it as "abc.pdf" and "xyz.pdf" you are showing the tabe names exactly same because both has same title inside, how will I differentiate once open ? You expect me to remeber  the tab position when i have 20-30 pdf's open ? Who is that stupid fellow agreed to this feature, non sense.

Hi,I tried adding a font from Adobe Fonts, but it is not syncing.I’ve attached a screenshot for reference. I’ve restarted my system and apps multiple times, but the issue persists. Can someone assist me with this?I can find the font under the "Find More" section in the Illustrator fonts menu, and it appears when I hover over it. However, it is not installed or added to my system.Thank you!

If I open multiple PDF documents in the order I would like to combine them in, and then choose combine files, the tool combines the files in reverse order.I know an obvious solution to this is open them in reverse order before combining, but wondering if there is a permanent solution for this?Using Adobe Acrobat Standard DC
