Solved

I was working with the technical assistant group at Adobe Sign but they don’t seem to understand the issue. The firm had a trial Adobe Sign Account. The firm decided to go with another vendor. Every time I receive a link to view a contract by a vendor and log in with my email , Adobe states that I need to create a valid account. Last year I was able to do a chat and I asked Adobe Sign technical group to delete the trail. Evidently Adobe Sign technicians don't know to do this. They want me to sign up for the services. Does anyone have any suggestions since I cannot even see on the help page access to Chat or a phone number to call anymore. thank you, Teresa

Hello everyone. I am planning to create various printable designs using Illustrator and sell them on an online site. I don't know if consumers will print these designs with their home printers or somewhere else. Also, consumers may be in very different places like USA, Europe. In this case, which profile should I create the design in (currently Coated FOGRA39) and should I select "high quality print" or "press quality" when exporting the design as a pdf? Or should I create another setting that is specially created as "include all profiles" or something else? I am confused. Should I check "embed icc profile" when exporting this design as a jpeg again? On the other hand, is it unnecessary to send the design directly as a pdf along with the jpeg? I think it can be printed in the desired size this way, and yet, I am planning to send separate sizes in a single pdf, is this unnecessary? In terms of jpeg/pdf, I see that some designers put the jpegs in the pdf, if I understand correctly. W

I'm new to Boris AE. When I open it, the track option buttons (trans, scale etc) are unresponsive. From the effect controls panel, if I choose 'create track data', I have no available layers to choose from. I've ensured I've selected the layer I want to track. I've tried:-different projects and comps, and with different footage-using it on mov, mp4 and precomps layers-clearing caches (both boris AE and AE itself) I've ensured that the comp's timecode is 0:00, and that the footage matches the comp. Software and OS are both up to date. I'm on a Mac Studio with M4 Max chip, running Sequoia 15.5 AE is version 25.2.2 (Build 2).  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I’m writing to express some growing frustration with the AI-driven video features in your platform. As someone who pays a significant monthly fee for access to these tools, it's incredibly disappointing when the AI repeatedly fails to follow clear instructions.Whether it's misinterpreting prompts, adding unwanted elements, or simply ignoring constraints I’ve laid out, the result is a lot of wasted time and effort—especially when the tool is marketed as intuitive and intelligent. For the price I'm paying, I expect the technology to be responsive and accurate, not something that requires constant workarounds to get a usable result. I hope you’re actively working to improve this, because right now it’s hard to justify the cost.Looking forward to improvements soon.

Hello, just today I've noticed my Adobe Photoshop (2021) can no longer save as PDF. Even in very small files, like a flat 3" business card, the PDF option is left off the list. Why is this? Thank you!

I have a Logic App that monitors incoming emails.  Some have multiple PDF attachments that I want to merge and save to Dropbox.  I have it working with the Encodian API but I want to switch it over to the Adobe API.I then use the array as input for the Encodian API.  When I try this with the Adobe API, I get an error, "bad value for parameter 'files'; invalid type".  Doing some reasearch I read somewhere that I should change the fileName line to  "$content-type": "application/pdf" This still returns the same error.  Even though the files were already PDF's I thought maybe they still needed to be converted to Base64 so I tried that. The Append array action generates this result:  [ { "$content-type":"application/pdf", "fileContent":"SlZCRVJ..." }, { "$content-type":"application/pdf", "fileContent":"SlZCRVJ..." } ] The error again is: "bad value for parameter 'files'; invalid type".  the full

I’ve seen on the internet that you can automatically sync talking, body movements, and voice to your puppet (without using a camera). I’m new to Character Animator and I can’t figure out how to do that.

Hi Adobeans,I am looking for a way to assign a custom shortcut to, specifically, the Horizontal Align Center and Vertical Align Center commands in Illustrator CC 2015. I am a production artist and am constantly centering items in my page when I'm working with pre-created art, so this would be hugely helpful, instead of having to move my mouse up to the Align commands in the top of my toolbar and clicking both of those.I managed to assign custom keystrokes to the correlating command in InDesign (Align to Page/Margins, etc.), but cannot seem to find a place to type in custom keystrokes for this in Illustrator. Is it just not a command you can assign shortcuts to? Or is there some workaround? Thanks in advance!

i am trying to use adobe acrobat pro (latest version) to create one pdf. But the pdf needs to be as small as possible. so i am trying to get the font which takes least amount of space when used. which font usage is suggested ? (i am currently using courier new)

Hi, I'm trying to cancel my Adobe plan, which is set up under my university email. When I attempt to cancel, it says the account is managed under an Enterprise plan and that I need to contact an administrator. However, when I reached out to my school, they confirmed that they do not provide Adobe coverage and that my email is not tied to their enterprise account. I also don’t have access to the admin console to manage or cancel the subscription myself. To make things more confusing, there’s no billing information visible on my account, so I’m not even sure if I’m subscribed under an annual plan or monthly. I want to avoid being charged, but I have no clear way to manage or cancel the subscription. Has anyone experienced this or know how I can get this escalated to Adobe support?  Thank you!

I have recently upgraded to Elements 2025,  and had it install Camera Raw from the Help menu.  It's installed versio 17.0.  According to the recent table for my Nikon Z5ii raw files I need version 17.3   I have downloaded that separately and installed, but in Elements it's still showing as 17.0 and I cannot open the files.  Any idea what I'm doing wrong?

Hallo , kann es sein das man die alten 8bf filter nicht mehr in dem neuen Photoshop 2025( Windows) nutzen kann?  Dann müsste ich eine alte Version holen oder?

While I set up a new document, checking off Artboards takes away my option to choose CMYK Color Mode. Why?

Cdt.

When I type a keyword on Adobe Fonts to search for fonts, only the first page is visible, strating from the second page I get a blank white page with no fonts to preview.

So far, no matter what app (Photoshop and Illustrator) I use.  Save As function does not work at all.  It's suppose to allow you to have a file with a different name and it's doing absolutely nothing.  Why would you mess with this as it's a basic function across ALL applications in Windows and Mac, so why would you screw this up?

I created a 3D image and saved a copy so I can make a new version that is slightly different from the original one. I select File<New<Place to begin creating the variant version (see image). How do i then make the image editable starting from the same 3D design configurations as the original? I seem to have to start setting the 3D preferences all over again. is their a better approach to accomplishing this then the way i have outlined above?

Hi All, I am trying to delete some old and unused user-defined swatches. I see in other answers to go to " Macintosh HD >> Users >> (YOURUSERNAME) >> Library >> Application Support >> Adobe >> Adobe Illustrator [version number] >> en_US (or other language designation) > Swatches"But when I navigate to my Adobe folder...I don't see Adobe Illustrator in there anywhere (see screenshot). Anyone have any ideas where it could be or am I missing something obvious? I also searched for "Swatches" on my entire HD and none of the folders that came up contain my user-defined swatches (though I did find all of the default swatch libraries).

Hello everyone,I'd be very happy to get an answer for this: I am unable to release my complex compound path!I've created a divided donut, with many shapes by Alt+clicking on Pathfinder 'Minus front' and now I'm unable to break it down again to singe paths. The Object/Compound path/Release option is greyed out and I also can not Ungroup it (on the third, inner level there's a group of objects).I'd need the shapes back to create shape box for text fields which you can  not make out of compound paths.Thank you for the answers in advance!
