I went out and bought some fonts on my own a few years ago-actually paid for them-but when I try to use them in the latest version of Illustrator, any carriage return will switch back to the default, Myriad Pro. This is pretty infuriating. How can I stop it for good?

Im creating a form with two radio buttons: CRadio and FRadio both with yes or no option and five text fields: TF1, TF2, TF3, TF4, TF5 to be visible unless both CRadio and FRadio are "No". Ive tried to add an action on Mouse Up in CRadio and FRadio but it if you select Yes on either group it wont display the text fields againthis.getField("TF1").display = display.hidden;this.getField("TF2").display = display.hidden;this.getField("TF3").display = display.hidden;this.getField("TF4").display = display.hidden;this.getField("TF5").display = display.hidden;

For some reason when im using Dip to Black, like i have done many times before, at the end of a clip or the start (not as a transition between clips) it goes from black ( the time line with no video playing) to transparent before fading into the video as the screen shots below demonstrate.This has never happened before and I don't believe ive changed any preferences either. It would be greatly appreciated if anyone could trouble shoot this. As a temporary fix ive used a black colour matt with a cross fade between clips but id much rather the dip to black effect to work normally.Many Thanks,Harvey

I created a video in Premiere Rush and used music ("Our Colors) which was available in the app. After some searching I found the following: The Rush soundtracks are completely free and royalty-free. Premiere offers royalty-free music but you need to license it. Okay, so HOW?  How do I license the track I used in Premiere Rush?  There is a handy dandy video tutorial for how to do this in Premiere PRO but nothing like this for Premiere Rush. I've been chatting with Adobe help for the last 30 minutes and the person keeps referring me to stock.adobe.com where I search and can't find the "Our Colors" audio to license. If anyone knows and can assist, I would be forever grateful.  Thank you!

Dear all Adobe Developer, Adobe Developer Support I am reaching out to express my interest in developing a plugin for Adobe Premiere Pro focused on creating graphic titles. However, I’ve encountered a challenge: there appears to be no specific API or functions provided in the Premiere Pro SDK that directly support the creation or manipulation of graphic titles. Could you please clarify if there are any existing APIs, SDK tools, or workarounds that would enable developers to build plugins for generating or customizing graphic titles within Premiere Pro? If such resources are not currently available, I’d like to suggest adding this functionality to the SDK, as it would greatly benefit developers looking to enhance title creation workflows. Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your guidance or any relevant documentation you can provide. Best regards

I have opened up Adobe Dimensions to try it out and have both tried to go through the tutorial and try things out myself. But no matter what action I do the center area where the module should be displaying stays a blank grey no matter what models I drag in, what I change the materials to or how I change the camera view. I have even tried to render a single model with just the default material and the rendering has stayed in trying to calculate/estimate. How do I go about fixing this? I am running other Adobe apps on my computer (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere etc) and these run fine so surely rendering a simple 3D cylinder isn't enough to bring my machine to its knees, there must be a setting I can change to make it display correctly. Look forward to some advice, thank you.

Hi. I have Onedrive, like most pcs, and Lightroom stores the catalog files under photos. This automatically gets Onedrive to sync. It's causing me major headaches. Onedrive is asking me to confirm deleting thousands of files--which appear to be previews. At this point I'd like to move lightroom out of onedrive. Can I just copy the files on another internal drive and redirect lightroom to that catalog? Under pictures I have a Lightroom folder and a Lightroom Catalog folder. I think the former is the more current. Does lightroom only create the one folder usually? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The following JavaScript works great to autocheck and auto fill when checking CB04. If I make a mistake and check CB04 and need to uncheck it, I need the script to undo the other boxes/fields that were mistakingly filled. Export Value: YesMouse Up - Run a JavaScriptvar c04 = this.getField("CB04");var c06 = this.getField("CB06");var f03 = this.getField("FE03");  // Example: JOEvar f04 = this.getField("FE04");  // Example: WORKMANvar f10 = this.getField("FE10");var f12 = this.getField("FE12");var f13 = this.getField("FE13"); if(c04.isBoxChecked(0,true)){c06.checkThisBox(0,true);f10.value = f03.value + " " +f04.value; f12.value = "JOHN WORKSALOT";f13.value = "GEORGE DOESNT";}

I selected to have an album available offline. Where is it stored? I can't find it anywhere. I wasn't given an option to choose a location. Thanks & Blessings! Tim

For the past 24 hours, Acrobat is requiring a sign-in, and after credentials are entered, it requests again, in an endless loop. I've followed all the help screens, including checking that Microsoft Credential Manager is running, adding an exception to antivirus for Creative Cloud. I'm stuck! (I've been a user for years and seen occasional requests for a sign in; this came on suddenly.)

We're running the combined Acrobat and Reader 64-bit version. After a recent update, users are getting prompted to login. They are able to close the prompt and proceed, but with the registry entry we have active (below) the prompt shouldn't be appearing. Is there another one we need to add on top of this? HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Policies\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\FeatureLockDown:"bIsSCReducedModeEnforcedEx"=dword:0000001

Adobe has been charging my bank account $29.99 a month for services that I have not been receiving since February. I have contacted both Apple and Adobe customer service but neither one claims to have an active subscription on record. In addition, neither will take responsibility for the continuing charges which are automatically deducted from my account every month. So, not only have they essentially stolen $120.00 from me, but I have no way to cancel the automatic payments from my account, likely resulting in continued charges for a subscription that no one can locate. I am beside myself with frustration and anger with absolutely no support from either company.

I have a script I've been using for over a decade that just broke when I upgraded to Illustrator 2025.  I'm exporting the artboards to Photoshop files using exportFile() and this now throws an "Error 1200: Internal Error".  I rely this script nearly every day at work, so I had to roll illustrator back.  This is a very generic error, so no idea if this issue can be fixed.

HiWhen I try to export my premiere video it goes like this. Also, a few days ago when this hasn't happened yet, I opened the video I export in quicktime player  and it says "This file contains some media which isn’t compatible with QuickTime Player."I've cleared the cache of my chrome but it won't help. I searched online it seems no one had similar issues. Can anyone help me? It's urgent!Thank you.
