Solved

We have one computer at our workplace which is being stubborn about fonts but only in certain files. For example we have a text object using the font "Horsham-Bold" (A TTF font). On most of our computers we can edit this text easily, but on one particular computer when we try typing to add more letters to this text, the new letters appear using the font "Adelle-Heavy" (an OTF font) which is a font used elsewhere in the file. We can correct this by reselecting the new text and changing it back to Horsham-Bold, but pressing enter to create a new line reverts it back to Adelle-Heavy.Another odd thing is that the only computer having this problem is also the computer that created the file in the first place. I've looked at some similar discussions on this site, but those cases all seem to involve Postscript 1 fonts, which it doesn't look like we use, and they report the font changing to Myriad Pro rather than changing to another font used elsewhere in the file. Though in another insta

Olá,gostaria de saber se existe algum recurso no Adobe Premiere onde eu traga e consiga editar em tempo real para o Adobe Premiere utilizando o After Effects ?

Hi everyone, I run an online costume shop called [removed], and Photoshop has been a game-changer for us when it comes to editing product images—especially for our seasonal collections like Halloween and themed parties. I’d love to hear from others in e-commerce or design: What are your go-to techniques for enhancing outfit images? Do you prefer using adjustment layers, camera raw filter, or blending modes for making colors pop? Any advice on keeping skin tones natural while enhancing costume vibrancy? One thing that really helped us was learning how to batch edit with smart objects—it saved hours when updating our men’s and women’s costume line photos. Looking forward to your insights and any tips you've picked up from working with costume, fashion, or product photography. Always happy to share what’s worked for us too! Thanks in advance!

Como desabilitar nas preferencias a abertura automática dos marcadores?

Sorry to be saying this, but I turned 70 this year and am unhappy with where applications like Adobe seem to be going.  I needed a new version for my Windows 10 system as Microsoft's Edge program fails to open some of my Adobe files.  Downloaded the 'Adobe dc reader' and it does its job.  But I was puzzled by the two applications that were bundled with it, apparently a scanner and a partially crippled McAfee virus scanner.  I did not ask for these or see anything about them in the download offer on the Adobe site.  To add insult to injury at boot the next morning the McAfee program installed a second on-line virus scanner on its own.  I have since uninstalled both, but would rather not have to go through this when I am attempting just to download the Adobe Reader.  I fear this behavior of infecting my computer with unsolicited software which McAfee then wants me to pay for and the resent Facebook abuse of user privacy fall into the general area of sof

Upgraded an iMac 21.5-inch Late 2013 Intel Core i5 from MacOS 10.14.6 Mojave to 10.15.7 Catalina, then attempted to undate Adobe Acrobat under my Adobe Creative Cloud panel only to get an update failure at about 46% progress.  Tried multiple times, and on a clean user login, to no avail. The used the unistall feature to remove the existing Acrobat version to try a clean install, but same results on the install, and now I have no Acrobat at all. Have searched the posts, but very few Macintosh posts and none that are recent.

I'm creating my first document. When I set it up I didn't understand what "Primary Text Frame" was so I didn't select it. Now I realize that I really want to use it but the option is greyed out. Is there a way to turn this on for an existing document?

hey everyone- gosh I'm feeling SO frustrated. I've just spent an hour watching the tutorial, I've followed the exact same steps except I used semi custom puppets (they're still automatically made by adobe, not me). I want both my puppets visable in the same scene, but one is stuck in the background - like behind the actual background. You can see it on the right above my arrow cursor. Literally all I have done is drag and drop the puppets and I'm already stuck! Please help

My shape builder tool is not working for some reason. It shows a little anti circle next to the cursor when i try to use the tool. It does not allow me change any options on the tool as well. I tried reseting my settings back to default, restarted the program and tried to make an object on a fresh project but it still did not work. The Shape builder tool is the only tool affected. Can somebody please tell me how to fix this?

In Premiere Pro, I can render videos with my RX 580 GPU without any problems. When I go to After Effects, it is impossible to render with the GPU.Would the Adobe package have good compatibility with AMD GPUs?I can't afford to invest in an RTX at the moment.Would it be possible to work with Motion and Video with an RX 7600?

We're running Premiere Pro on 75 fairly new PCs and storing/ accessing/ playing media off a shared college network drive. I don't have the spec to hand (but can retrieve after the weekend if nec.) Some students' projects play clips with audio out of sync by 20-40 frames (video late). The source clips are h264 .MTS files. I would appreciate some tips for a workaround. E.g. short term: transcoding (to what?)/ moving to local drives (eg PC HD)/ changing network settings. Or long term: invest in department-only RAID. Is anyone else having this? Apologies for vagueness. I can fill in exact specs if required.

When exporting arboards using File > Export > Artboards To Files...There's a radio button to choose between two options:Include Overlapping AreasArtboard Content Only Does anyone maybe know what each of these options do? I've tested numerous artboards with overlapping content, without overlapping content, etc. Both options seem to produce the same results.

RH2020.8.34 I imported one FM document because I want to use the styles from FM in my RH project. Instead of recreating the FM styles in RH, is there a simple way to get the styles I want from the Agency_Services.css into the cswcbase.css? Thanks.

Hi, Prior to setting up Parallels I installed AE on Mac Ventura. All is well. I installed AE on Windows 10. All is well. Those are my two devices. Then I set up Parallels on Mac (same Mac mentioned above) and am running Windows 10 via Parallels. When I try to run AE on Windows via Parallels I get this message: "You've reached your device activation limit. Sign out of one of the devices." It lists devices as This device - not activated Desktop-RLXXXX - last launched 2 hours ago iMac - last launched hour ago I guess Windows when running via Parallels on Mac presents itself as yet another device/license? Any workaround? Any way for AE when running Windows on Parallels to use same license as AE when normally running on Windows (that is, when booted separately to Windows)?

I am looking for a function to avoir empty lines at the top of a new page - for long documents. As a writer, I want sometimes no space between paragraphs. Sometimes I want one extra space. Sometimes two...  I want to pause the reading, or signal some distancing between the two texts. A bit like in poetry. Probably this is also due to my rythmic habit from being a filmmaker. You want to insert silences. To force the reader to pause. What I would like is being able - whatever the spacing I chose after a paragraph - to avoid empty lines at the top of next page. Turning the page is enough of a distance, enough of a pause. Is there a function for this ? A way to adjust the workflow for this ?Thanks for your help.

Image > Adjustments > Equalize (At the bottom of the menu)Was just wondering what this command actually does when you apply it to an image. I can see it's changing the light and/or colour but technically what is going on? Thanks in advance!- CT

I am trying to change the overall temperature of a photo from cool to warmer. I do not see any temperature controls under "Enhace>Adjust Color" . Is there a simple slider control hidden somewhere for making an entire photo warmer or cooler? this seems basic yet i can't find it anywhere. thanks!

I am trying to update my portfolio website, but I can't seem to upload any pictures? I can only do so though the lightroom gallery or by dragging and dropping them onto the page. I need the 'upload image' function to import pictures for my logo and background images so it's quite annoying.I don't know if this is a setting or something to do with my computer? I didn't have this issue on my windows laptop, but now I have a new macbook pro M1, maybe that's something to know?Thank you!

Hi Adobe Stock Community,I have a quick question regarding editing content details after an image has been approved and is live on Adobe Stock. Is it possible to edit the title, keywords, or category of an image after it’s been approved? If so, will these changes affect the image's visibility or search ranking in any way?I want to ensure that I’m optimizing my portfolio for better discoverability, but I’m also cautious about making changes that could unintentionally reduce exposure or reset its position in search results.Would really appreciate any insights or experiences anyone can share! Thanks in advance,Ashraful Alom

Hi - is it possible to adjust individual slide durations to better suit the audio when making a slideshow?LR's "set to music" tab does an OK job but not perfect. Thanks

Hi! My problem seems a bit complicated, and i'm not sure there even is a solution for what i'm trying to do, but i thought i'd give it a shot and ask.I'm currently working on an animation showing the route deviation of a tram line for the duration of a construction site. I have mapped the route in illustrator and exported layers to use in after effects. The tramline i want to show is on its own layer and i am using a mask on that layer to "uncover" the line bit by bit. So far i have just been unmasking one station of the route at a time, setting one keyframe per second. This screenshot shows the tram line i am uncovering and the mask-outline in red:and here is a screenshot of my keyframes: Like i said i've just placed them one second apart so far, because it's easiest that way, so i could focus on animating the mask path.  Of course now, because the distances between the stations on the map are vairable, this means the speed of the line uncovering looks faster or slow

Hello, I have 2 questions regarding parameters. For the sake of simplicity i will use a circle area idea as a toy example. let's say i have a parameter "radius" and a paramter "area". if the user changes the radius, i can detect that in PF_Cmd_USER_CHANGED_PARAM , compute and set the area value. questions: 1/ where is the best place to detect that change in case radius was driven keyframes (aka timeline change) ? in PF_Cmd_UPDATE_PARAMS_UI call? 2/is there a way to retrieve the raw param value before it is downscaled by in_data->downsample_x (and _y) ? 3/in my circle area example, is there a way to use "area" keyframes (with whip tool for example) but preventing the user from editing it ?...namely, i wanna expose "area" param as a read only param but that can  vary in time (keyframes will be added programmatically). thank you,
