Hi, I just joined as a contributor in January 2025 and currently have 541 assets in my portfolio, but only 3 downloads so far. Is this normal? Do I need to reach a certain number of assets before customers start discovering my portfolio?

I am trying to export a Mogrt with media replacement, which doesn't work with Dynamic Link. That's cool. I'm not using the C4D renderer, Cineware, or C4D files. I'm not even using 3D space at all. But I still get the error message -  "This Motion Graphics template requires Dynamic Link, which does not support Media Replacement controls. Please remove the Media Replacement controls or ensure that Dynamic Link is not required. The Following filetypes, renderers or effects are only supported via Dynamic Link: CINEMA 4D" How do I ensure that Dynamic Link is not required?

Any solutions to InDesign slow performance? It takes 5 seconds to type one character.I have tried the current version and other versions back to 19.5.3 and no difference.I read all the articles and did the things on the lists. (uninstalls, reboots, reset preferences, etc.)I've spent 2 days on this and am getting nowhere.  I've used InDesign since CS2.Company-managed computer is 9 years old, but I think it meets specs: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit, Dell,  Xeon processor wth AVX2 support , 32GB RAM, NVIDIA Quadro M4000.Computer passes all self-diagnistics and no memory-hog programs are running. Task Manager looks normal. All files are on the local SSD drive. Just basic conventional 2 to 4 page docs. This started after installing 20.2. Went back to 19.5.3 and it was fine for a week. Now sluggishness happens all the time, even when reinstalling various versions. Not blaming InDesign since it works fine on my newer home laptop.  I think it's either my old

I'm working on a technical piece in InDesign. The paragraph and character styles have been newly set up and I'm copying and pasting slabs of text from an older document. While making changes or typing in new wording, whenever I type a lower case 'i' the 'i' disappears and the font after that i changes to italic. How can I switch off this feature?

It's not scientific, you can't set the units of the stroke by right clicking on the ruler?I'm going to go ahead and start a suggestion if that's really not possible.

When I go to a library in the creative cloud app and click the three dots and select "Get Link" it pops up a box and offers up a link to copy. I've found that for some reason no matter which library I try to share from, it's sending me and others to the main "files" page and doesn't show any libraries. It seems like if I do this from the browser by viewing the libraries, going to three dots next to the one I want and click "copy link", it works fine, but not from the creative cloud app. I am the owner of most of the libraries. They are not public, but have been shared in the first manor in the past, but none of those links work anymore.Anyone experience this? Any fixes?

Hello everyone,There are some puppets in animate-from-audio that I really like and I have used some of them but now I want to have more control over them so I am switching to character animator and I need to get those puppets into character animator.I looked for them but I did't find them. where to get them?

In Lightroom Mobile it says I have about 6700 files synched. Almost all of these are full size RAW files synched from Lightroom Classic on my Mac. It is also indicated that I am using only 2.7 GB of my 1 TB of cloud storage.  How is this possible?  I don't think Adobe does a very good job of explaining how their cloud storage works with their Mac and iPadOS apps.  Maybe I`m dense, but each article I read gets me more confused. Also: I was synching file from LR classic yesterday.  When I went to bed the app indicated that 450 files were still uploading.  I left the Mac on and the settings were set to prevent sleep while synching.  When I got up this morning it still said 450....WTF?

Hello, I currenly have buttons on my PDF that, when selected, will generate a template after the current page. I want to switch this to a drop down list so it doesn't crowd the PDF. Would someone be able to help me with this? As an example, I have 3 drop down items (MT, UT, RT), when I select one, I want the appropriate template to spawn. The templates are names the same as the drop down item selections. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!

I have purchased the subscription through PhonePe upi (India). I have received confirmation through email. The account is same which I am logged in both Playstore and Lightroom account. Yet it says no subscription when I open Lightroom app. Please help ! <Images with personal information removed by Moderator>

I use ACR w/ Photoshop 2026. My workflow is to open RAW files from bridge into ACR. Its hard to get a general feel for some images without opening them in ACR and making a few edits. But for images that are open in ACR, is there any way I can save the rating, even if I don't open the image in Photoshop? I may want to come back to the pics later based on rating without opening them in Photoshop.

These are just a few images that were rejected. I try to level the horizont, not use too saturated colors and adjust the exposure, but maybe I'm missing something. I wish there was a test tool before submitting. Can anyone tell me what's wrong with these?

Why are these errors and how do I find the place to amend them (all RSC-005)? I've used ID Styles for both text and objects and am not a coder. For content.opf error reads:(line 2, col 105):Error while parsing file: attribute "xml:lang" not allowed here; expected attribute "id" Line 2 = <package xmlns="http://www.idpf.org/2007/opf" version="2.0" unique-identifier="bookid" xml:lang="en-GB"> In the cover.xhtml lines 3–11 read<html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"><head><title>Cover</title></head><body><figure style="text-align:center;"><img src="image/1.png" alt="Cover of It's The Truth: Making The Only Ones by Simon Wright" style="max-width:100%;" role="doc-cover" /></figure></body></html> And the errors are defined as1) (line 8, col 38)Error while parsing file: element "figure" not allowed anywhere; expected element "address", "blockquote", "del", "div", "dl", "h1", "h2", "h3",

Hi, can anyone share the upgrade from version 23 to 23.6.x for macOS or its installer? I've spoken to Adobe and they only give me version 23. My computer doesn't support v24, so I'm looking for the latest update to 23. Thanks for reading.

Hi,  Not sure if this is the correct place to post this, if not, please let me know.  I have a strange issue with the API endpoint https://usermanagement.adobe.io/v2/usermanagement/.  I wrote a small Java program that gets a token and calls the above endpoint to retrieve the users from our organization, running the program once is fine, but running it a second or third time I receive a 429 with a retry-after of over 30 mins. Calling the same endpoint from Postman directly after is fine. I can't imagine hitting API limits after only doing 2 calls (retrieve an authentication token and calling the usermanagement endpoint), so is there something else going on here? Happy to get some help! Sietse

I am running current version of Reader, I have the registry keys installed, but I do not see the enable option for Purview in the settings. Not sure what I am missing?

Hi everyone,I'm using the "For Each Layer" block in my script. What I’m trying to do is:Get the current layer's position.Add +100 to the position.Set this value to the next layer.Everything works fine except for the last layer. For example, if I have 10 layers, all 10 positions are set correctly, but I get this error: execution result: could not find object with path '11': layer 11 does not exist Because the script tries to access layer 11, which doesn't exist, it throws an error and stops the script.I tried using index-based logic to avoid the last layer, but variables don't seem to work properly inside the "For Each Layer" block.Has anyone solved this issue? How can I skip the last layer in a "For Each Layer" loop to avoid this error? Thanks in advance!

Is anybody having trouble with the latest update as of 10/15/24?   It seems like ever since I updated Pro to v 25.0 two and a half weeks ago we have been having trouble with the program slowing down and crashing.  We are near completion of all editing (Edit, color, sound, transcript, etc) for a two-hour production, and the program has started giving us trouble.  It really began to get sluggish when we did a transcript for CC; maybe it was the straw that broke the camel's back because Premiere started to crash without warning after the transcript was finished.  Now, it will hardly allow me to click any command on the program without crashing.  FYI - soon after we updated Pro, an info box appeared and said that the program was running extremely low on memory and that I should save the project and proceed with caution.  We have a 1 TB computer, so I don't think it is a memory issue.  We have deleted all auto-saves of previous versions.   As a s

Hi everyone,I’ve created an isometric design in Illustrator and want to animate it in After Effects to match the style exactly. I’m very new to AE and my goal is to make the letters extrude in and out smoothly I’ve been trying to isolate and animate just the front anchor points (so they push in and out over time), but I’m struggling to highlight or move only those points. I was planning to keyframe their position over time, but I can’t seem to isolate the front anchors on their own. Is there a better way to do this — maybe with a mask or a different technique? If I can get one letter working, I think I’ll be able to figure out the rest. Any help would be massively appreciated! Thanks!

I noticed couple of duplicate contents on my profile. Is there a way to select and delete them?Thank you for your reply!

Is there a shortcut to place anchor where I point my cursor?

Within the last two weeks when I use the Create Adobe PDF function via File > Export in Word, instead of the file saving to my downloads (or where I specifically select) as I have done hundreds of times, the PDF is buried in the depths of my OneDrive if it can be located at all. Any ideas why or how to resolve? Also, the OneDrive cannot be disabled. Thank you.
