Okay so I have a Smooth playback when I'm in premiere pro and a graphic card that handles all of the normal playback problems pretty well but I have this problem where premiere pro doesn't show my effects when it is not pre-rendered. I've searched the whole internet for this and couldn't find a solution. It's Almost Impossible to work like this because I have to pre-render everything after I applied an effect, just to see if it looks good. Please help me, thanks! Best regards Moritz

I have to create technical documents for my company. Originals come from Word, they're placed into InDesign 2024 and formatted for our branding. I Share for Review with editors through InDesign. Once approved, I export an interactive PDF (which gets posted in our online store for people to purchase). Because our technical standards have to be reviewed and revised by multiple people who only have Microsoft Word, I have to provide an archival version of the document in Word.  So, I open the PDF in Acrobat Pro and export to Microsoft Word. While the formatting "look" comes through (including page breaks), none of the original style names are there. The next time the Word files come back to me, I can't just flow it in and have it automatically format because the styles are no longer there to match what's in InDesign, I then have to apply styles again, which is double work. I can export RTF from InDesign then open the RTF in Word and the style names are there, but the layout

Hi there, I need the ability to draw curly brackets but also able to change the length of it and move the tip freely. Initially, I thought about making a pattern brush or something, but I came across this post (Solved: Multi line bracket - Adobe Community - 11023642), which provides an interesting solution. Basically, the symbols font already have each component of the curly braces, so to adjust the position of the tip by using different number of straight lines.  If i want to change the length of the curly bracket, I can simply add a new bar potion of the text.So far, it's working great. However, in my scenario, I need to be able to control the length of the bracket so my initial thought was to change the size of one of the bars. Let's say, I want the side to be just slightly longer than the left side, so I tried to change the font size of the new bar I just created. As you can see, the right side now is longer than the left side but shorter the last one, so it

I'd like to do a gaming podcast with my kids, involving 3-4 face cams overlayed on screenshots using OBS etc.   Previous, I would spend hours multicam editing whenever somebody talked (click on the vid to cut to that vid).   Is there a function or add-on that automatically cut and pastes the multicam like that, based on whoever is talking, so I don't have to do it myself?   Thanks

Hello, When I add new pages to my document, they are added as right-hand (recto) pages. Do you have any idea how I can get them to add normally on the left (verso)? It doesn't do this on all documents, and I created this one. So, I'm highly confused. I know I can drag the pages around, but it's getting annoying with so many pages to add. I'm attaching a screenshot showing my Pages panel options and how the pages are being added. Thank you.

Please help!  I am currently editing a PDF and have added in text boxes to type in client information. The issue I'm having is everytime I try to type in a number it comes out it another language or as symbols. No idea what I am doing wrong, but I'm sure there is a fix for this.

When I open the Black and White Adjustment Layer in Photoshop I only get three color sliders: Red, Yellows and Greens.  I thought that I'm support to see six color sliders. Please let me know how can I fix this issue. Thanks,Montevideano

The enterprise is using the Photoshop CS6.0 permanent license.I'm trying to install that license on a new PC, but it says that it's already in use and I can't use it.I think it was installed on a PC that was discarded among the existing PCs, but I can't find that PC.I want to deactivate the license that was previously registered and install it on a new PC, what should I do?

I have a damaged file that continues to crash in Indesign - cant figure out why. Typically I'd just redo the work but this a book with almost 200 pages - Anyone have suggestions     <Title renamed by MOD>

Hi - Lightroom Classic crashing on the library module after a few seconds to a few minutes use. Just installed v14.2 on Windows 11 hoping it would fix the same issue which was also affecting my previous install making it unusable. I've sent crash reports. Can anyone help?

i regular use sync across different images, but if i want to copy over general adjustments from mask to mask with the level of detail and individual slider control in the sync dialog box that pops up when syncing different images, is that possible? thanks

I am creating a Portfolio with 6 PDFs that are created in MadCap Flare. I want to be able to link across PDFs, that is the primary purpose of moving these PDFs into a Portfolio. I know that the links can be created in portfolio after PDFs are placed there, how can I embed the links in the source files so that they work once the outputs are placed in the Portfolio. Any ideas?

I have a script that inputs a project item, and a marker at the playhead, it gives me a default time of 5 seconds, how may I change the script to that the duration would be the same duration of the clip selected, instead of the default times.  Thanks for your help

I purchased a 4K video file today for a project, #141064422 from © vchalup on Adobe Stock. Tried downloading 4 times, each time it came in corrupt. Please help as this project is due tomorrow.

I've lassoed the clips in my video where I want to speed it up, but only the first clip is being affected.  How can I change the speed in multiple, successive clips without doing it individually?  Thanks.

Hi all!I've spent most of yesterday and last night creating proxy files from my camera footage and it has worked fine but there is one clip that is taking absurdly long. It's from the same camera, same settings, etc but while other clips of similar length have taken 30-45 minutes to convert this one is going strong at 9 hours and planning to need another 12! This seems absurd. Any thoughts on what might be going on?The footage is shot on a Canon R5, mostly at 50 fps (some 25fps), 3840x2160 interlaced. I'm converting from MXF OP-1a AVC to just the standard ProRes QuickTime Proxy-Half that Premiere defaults to. omg I just noticed that it has misinterpreted all of my footage as progressive?! So it thinks all my raw footage is progressive and is therefore matching the proxies to also be progressive. Is this a whole other nightmare or possibly related? Anyhow, I'm on a MacBook Pro 2019, running Sequoia 15.3.2, 32GB Ram, 8-Core intel i9, all the newest app updates installed. (I don

We have a forty user license of Adobe Creative Cloud spread over three sites. We have many freelancers coming and going. My question is that: is there a way to tell when an account license was last used?

This is a gripe about too many bugs not a question. I am fed up with the bugs in Premiere. It is so bugged that I have to quit and resart over 3 times an hour due to screen panes going to white when I resize, or change the workspace or even open a project.  I typically quit and restart for every project start or reopening. It's terrible software.  In the last six months I've been on the phone with support dozens of times for hours. Theyare very nice and seem to get things fixed but the problems return. Today was my last straw. The popup window at the start of Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere has pissed me off.The box, "Expand your toolkit with Creative Cloud All Apps" that has a box for "Do not show again" is BS. It always pops up. And as a twist of the knife in the back if I go to "Upgrade now" it says "Error: Plan unavailable".  Even the popup is buggy. I have downloaded two other video editors and will spend all day tomorrow studying them and going through tutorials.

I have used "bridge cc 2017", and this application always "not responding" when I click for navigating the image in any folders. Waiting for 20 - 30 seconds, it will come back to be used and will back to "not responding" again forever. How do I solve this problem? Please.

I figured this out for the 2024 version of Adobe Indesign. Launch InDesign, and choose a Workspace.Go to Window --> Application Frame and make sure this is UNchecked.Go to the upper left corner (to the left of the home icon) and drag the Application Frame down from the top of the screen. The Control Strip should shift up in its place.Quit InDesign.Go to this folder: (This has changed, preferences are in an Adobe Indesign folder without the year) Volume > Users > username > Library > Preferences > Adobe InDesign (no year) > Version 19 > en_US > Workspaces There should be several .xml files in there. Look at the modification dates - the one most recently modified is the one you're using. Open that file with the Text Editor. (Right click on the file, open with --> Text Editor) Search for this text: app-container - and it should take you to a line that looks like this toward the bottom:<app-container-control-bar id="63" origin="346 612"

So when I use my brush tool, after I finish drawing a thin stroke, it immediately becomes thick.  Also even though I have the fill option off, it creates a white fill.  How can I fix this?

I am attaching a file that shows what I am trying to do but fail. How can I achieve what I am trying to do? Thanks
