Photoshop 2026 will not open.  It starts to boot but then just disappears/crashes.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled several times.  I have tried starting and holding ctrl/alt/shift.  I have tried closing all the adobe related programs in Task Manager.  This is infuriating while trying to work with clients.   Can anybody shine any light on this for me?

Hi, I have Photoshop installed in Italian (like all my other Adobe software). To use certain Actions, I need the interface to be in English. Is it possible to add the language so that I can choose which one to use each time in Photoshop's preferences? If that's not possible, how can I install Photoshop in English? I tried uninstalling it, then changing the language in the Creative Cloud app, and reinstalling Photoshop, but it's still in Italian. Thanks

Hello everyone. With the latest update, thumbnails of my recent files are no longer visible on the opening home screen/opening screen of Illustrator. The My Files/Open Recent Files list shows the 30 most recent files  - nothing has changed here and it works. Resetting illustrator settings doesn't help. Turning the GPU on/off does not help. Deleting older version settings/resetting current ones doesn't help either. All methods indicated on this forum since 2019 do not work 😕😕 Some program bug - nothing can be done about it. Has this happened to anyone else? macOS 15.0.1 SequoiaIllustrator 29.0Thx Tom

About once  a day, when I click on an object with the direct selection tool, the bounding box will be way larger than it should, implying another object on another artboard is included in the selection. This happens when the object I am selecting is NOT grouped with anything else. Moreover, is seems buggy because the mystery object doesnt have its "edges" visible the way it would if it were legitimately selected. I can deselect all, but then anything I click on, the selection's bounding box is expanded to include the mystery object. The only way I have found to deal with it is to drag a corner of the bounding box, then undo, and then click off again. Then Voila! I am able to select my object (or any other) without the mystery selection happening. I use clipping masks a lot, as well as many artboards, and have wondered if it's related to this, as the mystery objects are sometimes masked images, and often on another artboard. However, the mystery objects are not always masked.Anyone

I'm having an issue where the audio in my timeline is not playing, but when I click it to view in the source monitor, it plays just fine.As the video plays through the timeline, my levels do not jump at all.Does anyone know how to fix this? I already cleared my cache, which did not fix the issue and can't seem to find a solution. Hi everyone,New contributor here, hoping for experienced eyes on a rejection. This image was refused for "Quality issues" — it's AI-generated (labeled as such on submission, Photos category, no people):Traditional Pakistani truck art decorated lorry at sunset with vibrant painted patternsTechnical details:Generated at 1920×1280, upscaled 2× to 3840×2560 to meet the 4MP minimum, submitted as JPEG The rejection lists the usual suspects (exposure, soft focus, filtering/artifacts/noise) but doesn't say which oneBefore I rework my pipeline, I'd like to know what I'm actually fixing:Is this upscaling softness? (I used a neural upscaler rather than Lanczos, but 2× is 2×.) Or AI-generation artifacts somewhere I'm not seeing at normal zoom? Or is the busy composition/detail level itself the problem?Happy to share 100% crops of any area if that helps diagnose. Thanks in advance!

Pretty much what the title already says, sometimes Premiere loads up and reads the waveform (that wheel on top-right corner) but now it simply doesn’t read any audios from the videos I’m working on. Things that I already tried to fix the problem:Sequence - Render Audio Reset preferences  Delete Peak Files Check and unchecking Show Audio WaveformKeep in mind that the issues only shows up with Premiere 26 since I tried working on the 25 and it the waveform showed up there, so I think maybe Premiere 26 have some kind of weird bug to read audio files? Any suggestions to what I could do to get the waveform back?

I have to drag an object around to make others appear. (Watch my video for detail)

Since updating to latest version 15.3 I cannot use my presets or update AI edits. When I try I get a box appear saying I am downloading AI models. This gets to 99% then stops. Then when I try to use presets or update the AI edits I get a red box that says ‘some Ai models failed to download. Please try again later. This has been going on since yesterday. I have tried uninstalling LR and reverting to previous version but problem persists.  Any ideas?

I click on an image to open it, a white box with “Adobe Express” in the top left corner opens, and that’s it. It never shows the image or any other kind of anything. Just a white box. And now the icon has disappeared. What i get when i try to open a photo.Suddenly the icon is not appearing.

Obrigado(a)!

Hi everyone,I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask, since it’s not directly an Adobe issue, but I hope the Photoshop Community can offer some guidance or support.I purchased several online courses from the "Photoshopeasy" website. Company: S&S TRAINING SRL Via del Pomerio 3 Benevento 82100 Italyinfo@photoshopeasy.com totaling USD 1,042 in 2023: (The product website still exists)- Photoshop Easy Photoshop Easy | Facebook- Selection Secrets Selection Secrets- Learn to Master the Selections in Photoshop!- Preset Power- Compositing Bootcamp Compositing Bootcamp | Master Adobe Photoshop Compsiting Online   The problem is that the Photoshopeasy website is no longer accessible.I’ve lost access to my account and all the products I purchased.I’ve tried contacting their team many times without success. I also reached out to the instructors in these courses, but they were unable to help, so I’m hoping someone here might have advice. What I would really like is to

Server Product    ColdFusion 2021Version    2021,0,23,330486Operating System    Windows Server 2019; IISWe are looking at upgrading from CF 2021 to CF 2023 and one of the first steps O have is to remove the IIS connectors via the wsconfig (ben a while since the last upgrade form CF 2016 o CF 2021, so fuzzy). We have two separate systems, a dev and a production, This is all on dev. but i get the same behavior on both instances. I made sure that Visual C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio was installed (it was, but I updated/repaired just in case). I run wsconfig As Administrator (via Explorer or CMD. I just do not get anything to pull down to remove. These instances have been moved since the CF 2016 > CF2021 upgrade, when we migrated rom Windows 2012 to Windows 2019. I am presuming the issue lies there, but not sure how to go about correcting, and do not want o just take too many guesses as we will have to repeat for production.

Hello,Within the last couple of months my desktop Adobe Acrobat Pro has begun displaying then closing the bookmarks panel all by itself, and I can’t find the setting to change this behavior. Any guidance would be appreciated. I have many PDFs that are set to display the bookmarks panel on open (Document Properties > Initial View > Bookmarks Panel and Page). When Acrobat is closed and I open one of these PDFs, the bookmarks panel initially displays. It takes Acrobat about 3.5 seconds to sign in to my account (upper right of the screen), and when it signs in, it closes the bookmarks panel. If Acrobat is already open, new PDFs will display the bookmarks panel and not close. So it seems signing into to my account closes the bookmarks panel.I’ve searched the community posts, Reddit, etc. without finding a similar situation. “Hide after use” is not turned on, I get the same results with and without “Restore last view settings when reopening documents” (Preferences > Documents), I ha

I canceled my plan the day before the free plan trial. But I still charged??

I seem to be unable to save my intro sequence as a template; I've made sure that the sequence is selected, but the option to export remains grayed out. I'd LOVE not to have to recreate this every time!

Hello all, I am using Acrobat Pro on a iMac device. I used the Scan & OCR option to recognize text in the file, which it successfully completed. When I select the "Correct recognized text" tool, the pink boxes of questionable OCR also populates as expected. However, when I select the tool to edit the OCR text with "Recognized as," the option to edit the text and to accept those changes are both greyed out. I checked for updates and signed out and back into the Adobe account to see if those would fix the issue to no avail. However, my Windows installation works without a problem. Hopefully, someone will have a better idea as to what is occuring here and how to fix it.  Thanks!

Hello, I have Issues with my presets. According to several sources on the net, the default location for presets is ...\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Lightroom\ Now I have activated the option to store Presets within the Catalog. The Location should be therefore <PathToCalatlog>\<Catalog>\Lightroom-Settings. After getting a new PC (Windows) and reinstalling Lightroom Classic and restoring the Catalog, I found out there are no presets in at least one catalog (catalog A). So I reimported the (thankfully backed up separately) presets in catalog A. However Lightroom has stored them under ...\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\CameraRaw\ImportedSettings. In catalog B I now have those reimported presets twice, once from the CameraRaw folder and once from its catalog folder. But even there is a huge mess. Some presets are stored within <PathToCalatlog>\<Catalog>\Lightroom-Settings\Developer-Presets but also under <PathToCalatlog>\<Catalog>\Lightroom-Settings\

I’m having trouble selecting a layer using the keyboard shortcut on my Mac (Command-click on the layer icon). It works for some layers but not this one. I’ve never had this problem before. The layer was a smart object and I had used a displacement map to alter it. When the smart layer didn’t select, I rasterized it, but it still didn’t work. Maybe related (I’m not sure), I encountered another strange issue: when I created the file, I pasted in a man from another file. It was raster. I then duplicated the layer and resized this new layer. But when I go into the Camera Raw filter to adjust the exposure (Command-Shift-A on my Mac), it shows me the man in its original size (not the resized image)! What is happening?Thx. PS I just tried to select the man using the Object Select tool and it selected it! Now I’m confused. I’ve never encountered this problem before. The Select Subject button also works. These are working both on the smart object layer and the rasterized layer.

When I am creating a form in Acrobat, I usually prefer that the entered text stand out from the questions. In order to achieve this, I select the Properties for a specific text field, and then on the Appearance tab, in the Text section at the bottom, I select the Text Color option, and then choose More Colors. This opens a Color panel that allows me to create a custom color which I can add into the Custom Colors area of the panel. Unfortunately, I created a custom color which didn’t work well to highlight the text, and so I created a second custom color that works better. I would like to delete the incorrect custom color, but I don’t know how to do that. There is a button below the row of custom colors labeled “Define Custom Colors>>” but it is greyed out. Please see the attached screenshot.Color Panel in Acrobat Forms
