Solved

Hi, I want to ask if is possible to make a looping video in AF? Thank you for your advice.

Hello,   I hope you're doing well.   Recently, I activated the 7-day free trial of Adobe Photoshop to try the software for my music project Mirrors Destruction. Unfortunately, I didn’t understand how to use the program properly, so I canceled the subscription via your website before the trial ended.   However, I later discovered that PayPal still had my payment details saved, and €36 (approximately 960 CZK) was automatically charged to my account.   Since I canceled the subscription and did not use the product beyond testing for a short time, I kindly ask if it's possible to receive a full refund and ensure the subscription is fully canceled.   Thank you for your understanding and help.   Kind regards, Heart Cloud   [Mod: Moved to the Account,Payment & Plan forum]

I had organized my clips in the timeline using different label colors. After saving the project and reopening it, all labels reverted to the default Iris color, causing me to lose my organization. Is there a known issue or a possible fix for this?

Is it possible to save a generated background to use with other photos?  If so how?

I tried to start a 7 day free trial to be charged on my account and I'm unable to cancel?

Since Arabic transcription isn’t supported in Premiere Pro, I’ve been manually creating captions using other apps and then importing SRT files. This works, but it’s an extra step I’d love to avoid now. I’m thinking of trying a plugin that can generate Arabic captions directly inside Premiere to streamline my workflow. If anyone here has experience with third-party tools for Arabic transcription, I’d love to hear your recommendations. Which ones work well in Arabic with minimal errors? Any insights would be really helpful!

Is it possible to create an alert like this using extendscript or ScriptUI?Would be so excellent if there was a way to create non-modal alerts like this.

Long time photoshop user, first time Ive used Indesign for a job, so not sure if this a bug or not.Was just trying to do a quick test print of a couple of pages on a 24" roll of paper and couldnt see how to enter the custom paper size I wanted.  The only way I could get the desired value in window A was to save it as a preset in the print driver window C, then it shows up in the dropdown on window A. If I just entered the paper size in windows C (as normally would in photoshop) after clicking OK the only option I get on window B is to print (and that just comes up with an error) , I cant seem to get back to the Indesign print dialogue A from window B with the new values for paper size. Is there a way to disable the window B which seems to be some part of Windows 11 ? Or is this a Bug?

I literally only use Acrobat Pro to create PDFs either from other file formats or by combining files, add and remove pages, and sign documents. I very occasionally need to add footers or edit text. I don't want to keep paying for the Adobe Acrobat Pro plan that includes software I don't use if I can get the same thing with the Adobe Acrobat PDF Pack plan. Please help. (The AI "assistant" was of no assistance.) Please excuse my tone; I've been searching for this answer to no avail and I'm quite frustrated.

Aktualisieren Sie Ihre Abrechnungsinforma

I downloaded this font- https://fonts.adobe.com/fonts/bisbee-variable and it is reflected in my creative cloud, but in any of the adobe apps like expess or premiere pro I am not able to use it why ? Here it is downloaded in Creative cloud Here it is cant use it in Express. I'm founding troubles to reinstall the Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 6 on my new HP Zbook, I receive always the info to resgister my credential on Adobe without success

I just recieved a new Surface Laptop 7th edition running windows 11 and old outlook.   When I hit share button it will not open a window in outlook to send as an attachment or a link.   This is a serious hinderance of my productivity.     I have gone through all of the obvious fixes within preferences>email> ... etc.   No joy.   Unable to get anywhere with Adobe support.

I am getting a new computer. Do I have to uninstall Adobe Acrobat Pro on the old computer before I install it on my new computer. Also, I downloaded the software, I do not have an install disk. How do I do this?

Unfortunately, I don't have access to a big printing facilities - so, can anyone suggest (most common) folding patterns?    Something linke this:    TIA

I am using adobe sign through a browser without difficulty.  However when I try to use it through MS TEAMS, as I had previously, it is unable to navigate past the Home Screen.  If I click on Manage, it briefly displays a spinning wheel then goes blanc.  I can then only navigate back to the home screen where it shows pending and completed tasks.   I would prefer to use it through TEAMS than having to log in through the browser every time.   I have tried to uninstall and reinstall, but the problem persists.  Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.   Thanks.

Hi How can I prevent sharing links to sign documents received by Signer to the other people?Using Acrobat Sign Solutions for small business ?Right now anyone can access document with the link.

I thought I could do OCR with Adobe Acrobat Standard so I bought the product. But then it fails all the time with OCR into Japanese and Chinese. With the message of "unknown error" (translated into English from my GUI) Now after countless time of trying -- uninstall and reinstall. It won't open up, so I can't read the version info.I'm using Windows 10 with Adobe Acrobat Standard installed through Creative Cloud, so I guess it's the latest version. I also try adjusting my computer to using Unicode instead of default CP950. Won't work either.

The blur tool is making one of my son's hands blurry. Is there a way to make his hand part if what is focused?

I've being doing the same thing for years, and suddenly I'm getting this message, instead of seeing my imported content: This is how I import my file: And this is how the file in AI looks.I'm using AI and AE 2025, seem to be updated to the latest versions.

I've spent hours editing every individual form field in my pdf creating the appropriate calculations for each one (since there appears to be easy way to do this unless I have a degree in coding). I've come to find that upon checking those fields again, at some point, the app deleted every single caluclation I created and has rechecked the box "Value is not calculated".... I read that maybe it might've happened because I exited the form view? I was constantly saving the entire time I was working. Why would this be a feature, to remove all of the data/work someone has put in? Is there anyone working on this issue?

I have turned off every spell check feature except mispelled words and it still takes 5 to 8 minutes of the CSWOD to check 50 pages. This is on a Mac Studio that blows through every other ID process like butter. Yes, I've complained before when this was a 1,200 page document, but now that document is a book of documents around 50 pages each. I'd be satified and would shut up under 2 conditions: Either tell us why this should take so long, or fix it so it doesn't.

Hello guys.I am posting on Adobe Stock, but lately they won't accept any of my images, and they are taken with new lens and are far better from my first uploads. What to do next, how could I contact them to review my stuff? Because every other site like Shutterstock, Dreamstime, Depositphotos are accepting, but not Adobe.
