Product: Adobe After Effects 24.0.3 build 2Operating System: Windows 11Description: When adding compositions to the Render Queue in Adobe After Effects, the output module defaults to naming the file "tst.mov" instead of maintaining the composition's name. This requires manual renaming for each file, which can be time-consuming and prone to errors, especially when dealing with multiple render jobs. Attachments:Screenshot of the Render Queue with default file name "tst.mov".Screenshot of the Save dialog with "tst.mov" pre-filled as the file name.Additional Notes:This issue has been present since the last after effect version. (the update did not fix the issue)

Version of the app: 25.1.0 (build 73)Platform and OS version: macOS 15.3.2 (24D81) (computer specs in signature but was able to recreate on two separate M1 Max 2021 MBPs)Basic steps to reproduce the problem: In both projects and productions, load a clip or timeline/sequence into the source monitor and try to go to 1:03 by typing "103" with the number-pad on a full-sized keyboard. Do the same in the program or timeline panels. Timecodes starting with 1, 2, or 3 do not populate without typing a 0 first, therefore initializing the input.Expected result and actual result: Typed timecode should not require a 0 to initialize. Jumping to 1:03 in the timeline should just require "103" to by typed on the 9-key number-pad. What's happening is "103" is only typing "03," therefore only jumping to :03. The "1" is being completely missed. This also happens with 2s and 3s. Typing "206" to go to 2:06 jumps only to :06. "321" to go to 3:21, since there is no 0, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, or 9, does absolutely noth

Hi All, Hoping someone has seen something similar and has a suggestion outside of, Run AcroCleaner.Have installed Pro on a number of users devices in the last few days and seeing the same frustrating failure occuring. All instances are new devices that are being allocated to exisiting users that have had Pro running on their previous device. As we change them over to a new device running Windows 11, the installation process will start, but the installer will spontaniously close, and in Creative cloud it will detect that Adobe Acrobat Pro is installed. However Pro does not appear under 'Apps and Features' and PDF's can only be opened in Adobe Reader. Have tried a full uninstall, AcroCleaner, and even in one case reimaging a new device, all with the same result. Pro is saying its installed but cannot be opened, even if prompted through CC, online or otherwise. Has anyone seen anything similar? Is there anything else I can try? Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to export a lossless Quicktime comp inside of After Effects CC (2018) and have all markers from the exported comp show up inside of Premiere Pro CC (2018).So far, I've attempted to add every type of marker to a test comp (composition chapter marker, layer marker, flash marker, etc.).But the result is always the same: None of the markers show up after importing the exported clip into a Premiere Pro CC project.Other troubleshooting I've attempted includes:- Exporting the AE comp using Media Encoder (2018) using "Apple Lossless - Quicktime Codec" - Exporting directly inside of AE using "Apple Lossless - Quicktime Codec" - Activating the "Write XMP Metadata" options located in "Media & Disk Cache Preferences" on AE and Media Encoder.- Tried using "Dynamic Link" from AE to Premiere Pro (file menu & dragging and dropping into the Premiere Project)I'm out of ideas. Anyone have insights on how to retain AE markers on export to be visible inside of Premier Pro? The type of ma

Hi the error msg "To create Artboards, select non-rotated rectangles that are not clipping masks" is preventing me from creating an artboard of 2 separate layers. I have a background on layer 3, texture on layer 2, motif on layer 1. I need to overcome this error to make a repeating pattern. The previous posts with answers DO NOT work for me. Any ideas, I'm desperate! Thanks very much.

I can't find the answer to this anywhere. I have a graphic in my indesign document. I applied a hyperlink to it. Now I want to remove the hyperlink without removing the graphic. How can I do that? The only thing I can find on removing hyperlinks is from 2011 and it's a script.

I have been made for the payment on 03/17/205 and it was successful. Why did I still receive the email stating that the payment failed?

I have an older laptop that I've had to wipe a couple of times and now I want to get rid of it.  I want to activate the license on my new laptop.  I went to reinstall my Photoshop CS3 after the second wipe and it wouldn't let me activate the license to deactivate the license.I did install the program on my new laptop because I needed it but wasn't able to activate the license to get updates.  I know I can put it on two computer but I also have it installed on my desktop.Anyone have an idea about what to do?  Or should I just update to the latest version? Thanks for your help!

Since updating to Adobe Photoshop 26.4.1 for Intel Mac, I am unable to use the "style" menu of the rectangle selection tool.  When clicking on it, instead of letting me choose a proportion or no set proportion, a greyed-out menu appears saying: "Generate an image" and "Import an image".  I don't understand. I use Mac OS Sequoia 15.3.2.

I am getting the following error when trying to validate a reflowable epub that I exported from InDesign: ERROR(RSC-012): epub/OEBPS/toc.xhtml(63,94): Fragment identifier is not defined. Nothing I try is getting rid of the error. I've tried rebuilding the TOC in multiple ways. But it is not fixing the issue.

Yesterday is was fine, but today out of nowhere my Properties panel is empty.I tried to:—Restart Illustrator—Restart my computer—Drag this panel left and than back—Open Properties from the Discover panel—Reset workspace preferences—Delete Illustrator preferences and delete my OOBE files (following a long piece of advice that Bill Silbert  usually gives)—Delete Illustrator (with clicking REMOVE when it asks about what to do with preferences) and then installing it back—Install Illustrator Beta just in case it works — and it has THE SAME mistake from the very beginnig!!So nothing has worked for me so far. What should I do?I really need help.
