Hi there! I'm using the dark version of the 'thomas' website design on Adobe Portfolio and basically the mobile menu is not showing. It does show when in the light version because the menu symbol is in black. Is there anyway to change the colour that I can't see? Thanks a lot!

Hello, I have a question in need - is it possible to use my personal licence of Photoshop and Illustrator on my personal laptop for my newly acquired job in a company (if it is a commercial environment)? Laptop and therefore mentioned programs would be used only by me, and I don't even need to connect to the company network/wi-fi etc. (I will use the paid data in my phone as hotspot). Or does it somehow break rules of my personal license? I am a bit confused.

Hello,What has your dev team done with the "Essential Graphics" panel - don't you people ever think about existing users!!!!!!!ThanksP.S Prem Pro24 was superior.

When updating yesterday from 29.3.0 to 29.3.1 Illustrator lost the handles in the text placeholder, e.g. the frame text has no scaling handles, nor the right side clickpoint for changing to pixeltext, but only corner points.Anybody else have the same issue, and maybe a solution? Min was to reinstall 29.3.0 for the moment. I had a routine earlier fro reporting beta issues but maybe that works only for installed beta releases...

Normally I record a video on my Sony xperia mobile phone then open in Premiere, drag it to the timeline and start editing. Just 2 weeks ago I did this without issue. Then today suddenly it treats my recordings as audio only. Both one I recorded today on the same device, and the same recording that worked two weeks ago.The videos play fine in VLC, but [when I import to Premiere they show wav files and no video track at all](https://i.imgur.com/GUpwpIZ.png).Things I have tried:* Clearing the Adobe Cache* Renaming file extension to mpeg* Updating studio drivers* Reinstalling Premiere* Uninstalling recent Windows Updates* Restoring my OS to a restore point from 2+ weeks agoMaybe I could convert them to another file format in order to import them, but that creates an extra step that becomes prohibitively time consuming when many clips are involved. And what's driving me crazy is that I was always able to edit these files from my phone without any problem before.Anything else I should try?

Hi all,I'm trying to convert about 500 mp3 files to mp4 videos with a logo in the embedded. I can do this with Premiere Pro, just add the mp3 to my audio track and add the image to my video track. However, all mp3 files differ in length and there's an awful lot of them so this is a lot of work. I tried doing the same process in Adobe Media Encoder: I add an mp3 file, AME can convert it to a mp4 video just fine. In the export settings I add the Image overlay option and add my image. In the preview window it shows up just how I want it, but when I convert the video nothing shows up in the screen. Am I doing something wrong or is this just not supported? If so, does anyone have a suggestion on how to solve this? I think ffmpeg can do it, but I have no idea how that works and a lot of answers on the internet about that seem to be outdated or don't work. Letting someone else do it isn't an option either because new mp3 files get added weekly. Thanks a lot!

Hello, I understand that Adobe is no longer providing support for pre-cc products.  But after deactivating on my old computer, this problem persists (the 2nd device is dead and I´m unable to deactivate).   Would it be possible to at least reset activations? Thanks!Derek

I've been trying to open the program to work on my task since last week, but I keep getting the same notification as shown in the image. Even though I'm using my university's Adobe account, I still encounter this issue.

Hi I am using Lightroom 6 on a Mac OS 10.9.5. I am trying to delete a folder by highlighting the folder and clicking on the minus symbol directly above. A dialog box appears saying Remove the folder xxxxxx 100 photos etc. If you continue, these photos will be removed from the Lightroom catalog but the folder and files will remain on disk.I want the photos, folder and everything completely removed from Lightroom and totally deleted. I do not want the folder and files to remain on the disk. I have no need for these photos so I do not want them to take up space on my disk. Not sure why Lightroom does not give you that optionNot sure why Lightroom does not give you that option. Thanks for your help.

So I finally upgraded to Sonoma from Monterey, and I'm getting this warning when I open Illustrator that it is being launched in "Rosetta mode" and that I need to run it in "ARM native mode".  I don't know what any of this means. I don't use any third-party apps, but I might in the future for all I know. Is this basically just saying that eventually Ai will only run in ARM mode and that, if I want to use third-party apps, I'll also have to use the Rosetta emulator? It sounds like I just need to run in ARM mode and cross any Rosetta bridges when I come to them. If so, how do I go about running in ARM mode?

Hey everyone, Just posting for anyone who might have submitted a Generative AI image to Adobe Stock, or are thinking about doing so. Does anyone realize Adobe has assigned Stock Contributors the task of having to have "the copyright" to a Generative AI image? (I don't blame you if you didn't; it's was buried multiple levels deep in the Terms & Conditions). Do we realize what this means? Can any one at Adobe help clarify? As far as I can tell:WE are the ones liable for having to have the "rights" to a Generative AI image. Is this even possible  and/or legal?   From Thaler v. Perlmutter Judge Beryl A. Howell of the US District Court for the District of Columbia ruled that works generated entirely by artificial intelligence are not copyrightable for lack of human authorship.  https://law.justia.com/cases/federal/district-courts/district-of-columbia/dcdce/1:2022cv01564/243956/24/ It's actually insanely clever and dec

Hi, I often have to fill out a multi-page downloaded PDF form with multiple text fields.  Some forms open in Acrobat reader and have fields that can be edited and saved.  For other forms, I open the PDF in PS, use the text tool to fill in the blanks, and then use File > Automate > PDF Presentation.  This works fine.  However, the file size of the saved PDF is way bigger than the original form, and I'm struggling to find the correct settings to keep the file reasonably small yet high enough resolution for printing.   When I first open the downloaded PDF form in PS, there are page settings.  And there are several choices in the Save Adobe PDF dialog.  I'm unsure of which settings will accomplish what I'm looking for. I'm using the latest version of PS for Windows, and I do not have the paid version of Acrobat.  I can use LibreOffice Draw to edit a PDF and it saves in a reasonable file size, but I'm more familiar with PS an

My account de-activeted for contributor legal rule violation about 3 months ago. But there is something interesting point. First, Adobe review team accept my content that causing de-activation. Then, 2 hours later they de-activated my account for that content. I confused about this situation, immediately contact with support team. They contact with me and they sent me a case survey about de-activation problem. I filled that survey and sent them back. They said "they will contact me later, don't spam tickets Otherwise solving the problem may be delayed."   Then i wait until Feb it is meaning i waited for 2 month. i didn't get any response about my case. I got impatient and sent a ticket to them. They say send me that same message at above. I said okay but they didn't contact me about my case in no way. 2 weeks ago i sent them another ticket about my case and unanswered ticket. But this didn't even catch their attention. Again I was left unanswered and received no response.   H

Hi! I faced a rejection due to a "problem with the quality" of the illustrations, but I don't quite understand what exactly the problems are here, if someone can tell me, I would be very grateful)

I will upload images via ftp but the images are on my vds. Will there be any problem if I upload the images via vds? because the ip address is different

Hi there! I’m still new to this and have a lot to learn. I was able to post some AI-generated images successfully, but many were rejected, and I’m trying to improve. I made sure the check all the right boxes to indicate that these are AI generated and involve fictional characters. Could anyone help me understand what issues I need to fix based on the rejected images below? I love learning so any guidance would be greatly appreciated! These are the AI-generated images that were rejected:

Hi, I've been a contributor for a few years. At one point, I had a balance of $1, but I didn't see any updates from photo sales. This year, I joined an open mission, was accepted, and received some payment. However, when I try to initiate a payout, the button doesn't turn blue even I have all the tax and thing. Do I need to wait for a download and the 45-day period, or is there another way? Thanks!
