Solved

Hi - I have a PSE 10 that won't install on my new computer so I want to upgrade to PSE 2025. Is there a way I can purchase and install the upgrade only?

I have created a 3d effect on some type and want to save/keep as a vector, not rasterized. When I go to the 3D Materials panel, and choose the Expand as Wireframes, it loses the top 3d bend of the type.Using "Export 3D object" just saves it as a raster. What else can I do to just turn this object to a nice vector file....

This is making it impossible for me to work. What is this stupid problem? Can this be fixed?I uninstalled and reinstalled Acrobat and same problem. HELP!

I updated my Premiere Pro to 2025 version but the Generative Extend do not show in the toolbar. I tried to set a shortcut to see if it would work but the tool didn't work as well. Someone know how to fix it?

Hello guys,   Do you have similar experience on encoding failure? How can you solve that? I have tried rendering in AE and in Media Encoder; in different format like h264 and quicktime. Lightroom works very poorly on my desktop computer for some reason. It's extremely slow and lagging all the time, even though my computer supposedly meets the recommended system requirements. My system information:   Alienware Area 51 R2 (2016 model) Operating System: Windows 10 (64-bit) Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-6800K CPU @ 3.40GHz (12 CPUs), ~3.4GHz RAM: 32768MB RAM, 2666MHz GPU: Geforce GTX 1080 8GB, Nvidia Studio DriverStorage: Samsung SSD 870 EVO 1TB - Free 312.7 GB, 139GB overprovisioned, total 809.6 GB, Display: 3440 x 1440 (32 bit) (165Hz) Shouldn't this setup be more than enough to run Lightroom without any input lag or slow loading times? Is my graphics card simply too old and outdated?   I've tried setting my system resolution to 1920 x 1080p, but it makes no difference whatsoever, and everything else runs without a hitch in 3440 x 1440. I've even tried setting the monitors refresh rate to 60Hz, but it made no difference.   Anyone got any clue to

Been playing with Productions in the new version: just a couple of questions...As an example, let's say I have a Production with a MEDIA Project and a SEQUENCES Project. In my SEQEUNCES Project, I have a timeline, referencing clips from the MEDIA Project.    1) Is there a way to reverse match frame from the MEDIA Project, to the timeline in the SEQUENCES Project? I haven't been able to get that to work.   2) Is there a way to see the clips used in the Timeline in the SEQUENCES Project in the browser of the MEDIA Project? Clip usage seems to only reveal which clips are being used in their respective projects. For example, multiple cameras in the MEDIA Project browser will show they are being used in a multicam sequence of that same MEDIA Project, but not in the Timeline they are edited in of the SEQUENCES Project. Is there a setting I'm missing?

I have pictures locally, and basic edits are made in RAW file.  I copy 1 Photo to Cloud, and make additional edits in the Cloud (via iPad).  Allow sync to complete, and see the updated edits on Mac (desktop).  I archive the photo and select replace (since local copy of file already exists).  The photo from Cloud tab is removed, but the local copy does not reflect the edits made in the Cloud.

I undocked the Preview panel and now I cannot get it to dock again so it's not floating above my workspace. No matter where I grab it, how I move it around, or where I move it to, there are never any drop zones that become highlighted. I have tried clearing the cache, and resetting the preferences, and I even tried uninstalling / reinstalling Bridge and NOT importing old preferences, but it's still floating. How can I redock this please?

I'm working on a fillable PDF and apparently need custom calculation(s).  Thanks in advance for your advice.  On the sample form provided, business cards can be ordered for one to four people, with quantity of 500 or 1000. The one-box and multiple-box prices are unique to the order quantities. When more than one set of 500 cards is ordered, the price is reduced for ALL sets of 500 cards (not just the 2nd, 3rd, or 4th). Same process when ordering a set of 1000 cards. For either order quantity, the cost reduction is $6 per box.  The "Line Total" field needs to show the combined, adjusted cost of cards. On the lower half of the attached order form there are eight spots for ordering ID badges.  A quantity of one badge is assumed.  Without a form field for entering a quantity in each of the eight spots, can the "Name" field be given a value of one when a name is entered?

Hi everyone,I'm currently using Adobe Photoshop, but I'm facing an issue where the toolbar is completely missing from my workspace. I've tried the following solutions, but none of them worked:1. Went to *Edit > Toolbar* and tried to customize settings.2. Checked *Preferences > Toolbar* to ensure everything is configured properly.3. Selected *Window > Workspace > Essentials (Default)* and tried other workspaces as well.4. Reset the toolbar to default settings by clicking *Restore Defaults* in the Customize Toolbar window.5. Closed and restarted Photoshop, also tried resetting Photoshop preferences by holding down *Ctrl+Alt+Shift* (Windows) while starting Photoshop.6. Checked for updates and ensured I'm running the latest version of Photoshop.Despite these attempts, the toolbar is still not appearing. Can anyone suggest additional troubleshooting steps or solutions to resolve this issue?Thank you for your help!

Hello.I am using Acrobat to create a form fillable PDF, where the fillable fields use certain fonts. However, when I send the PDF to a friend, they cannot see the intended fonts unless they have installed them themselves. How can I solve this so they doesn’t need to install the fonts? I know this is possible, since I have downloaded PDFs where the fillable fields use fonts I don’t have, and I can see them fine.Help, please?

I have recently upgraded my PC and reinstalled the latest version of AE. I now don't have the menu option File > Scripts > Open Script Editor. Can anyone tell what I need to do to get in order to develop and debug scripts. Many thanks.

Under this account/email, I have a personal profile with about 500 files in Adobe Express. My organization just added this account under a new umbrella Teams account, and as such, has transferred my license from my personal profile to a second, new Teams profile (both still under this email).  My hope was to quickly move all of my files over to the new Teams profile, but unfortunately online directions on this topic seem to be all over the place, with the main article suggesting manually sharing every single Express file you want to move with your new profile. I'm assuming there must be some way to do this all at once, especially considering it's all my account? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I'm curious if there is any update on the current bug that affects .MTS files having out of sync audio. I've called customer support multiple times to no avail. I've reformatted my projects to use an older version of premiere that doesn't have the bug, but I'm no longer able to use my previous after effects compositions with the dynamic link. I have multiple long-term projets that I've been editing for over a year, with thousands of .MTS files, and hundreds of dynamic link compositions, so I'm not able to use some kind of exterior workaround like handbrake. I'm basically at a standstill on some major projects because of this bug, and considering trying another editing software all together, as one of the primary formats I work with, and will continue to work with, is .MTS. Quite frustrating to be paying $800 a year for a software that has completely just flopped on a project I've been working on for over a year due to a bug that wasn't there in the past and makes absolutely no sense to

I have a user fillable form that is saved as a file when Submit button is clicked. I have set the General property of the Submit button as “Visible but does not print”.  The trouble is that Submit button image is also saved in there which I don’t want to. Any suggestion how I can avoid the SUBMIT button image being saved? Thanks.

Noto Sans is apparently not a OTF font that is supported by Adobe. It's an Apple system font The illustration shows how Noto Sans appears in Acrobat 2023.003.20269. It clogs up the text selection window. For fun, I tried to use it and every version reproduces just like any other non-OTF fonts...as black dots. It's the same in every other app that uses fonts—InDesign, Photoshop, but is worst in Acrobat. The illustration shows how Noto Sans appears in Acrobat, but side by side. Imagine having to scroll through all of this to get to Times New Roman. Apple doesn't have a workaround. Is there a way to deselect Noto Sans and other useless Apple fonts so they don't appear in, and slow down, the character windows, especially in Adobe Acrobat?  This is Acrobat 2023.003.20269 on OS Ventura 13.5.1.

I've just started using Acrobat DC but I keep getting this message when I try to create a PDF from the scanner: 'The Selected Color Format is not supported'. How do I correct this? Thanks. iMac running Sierra 10.12.6Canon TS8150 printer/scannerAcrobat DC v.2020.006.20042

Since the Work Area is turned off by default, and being lazy enough to not turn it back on, I've been using the In-Out keyboard shortcuts to mark areas for export.  I rather like that better than the work area. But one thing the work area had going for it, is you could right click the selection and it would tell you the duration of the selection. I'd like to be able to right click the in-out selection in the timeline scale and have the duration of the selection pop up.  Or a shift+click or alt+click to show duration.   Or am I missing something? Thanks.

I recently downloaded premier and grabbed a template I want to use for a project, I can edit the text, but what I haven't been able to figure out is how to change the pictures in the template. When I go to edit media there isn't an option to replace it.
