Solved

Hi,I'm new to Adobe Illustrator, so this is most likely just user error. However, when I open a stock photo I just bought from Adobe Stock, it doesn’t show individual layers. It only appears as if it were a PNG or JPEG. I can't modify the vectors or remove the transparency grid. Am I doing something wrong?

Im viewing a video clip in the source panel and it seems to have a separate set of markers for the audio   I'd rather just remove these altogether and just have one set of markers for video + audio like with the other clips in my file.   How do I do this?

Hello I'm trying to configure that my users will login to Adobe with their Microsoft 365 enterprise credentials. I've found this documentation that seems prety clear https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/sso-setup-azure.html But when I try to make the first step (create a new directory); that option is grayed out. My Adobe account has several Adobe Pro licenses that appear grouped under the category "Document cloud". The instructions I linked before state that one prerrequisite is to have licenses in the "Document cloud for enterprise" (among other kinds). Is there a difference between Document Cloud and Document Cloud for enterprise? If I go to the Adobe main web store I don't see there's two different licenses for enterprise (there only let us select for personal, teachers, educative centers or business; but inside business I don't see any difference). What amb I doing wrong? Thanks for the attention

Can I use camera type in my generative AI content prompts?

I am very careful when creating png (transparent) images using ai, I only use 1 prompt for 2 images maximum. I create 100 images with the same category, but the results I think are almost similar, but different if you look closely. can that be considered spam? I include a screenshot of the file being reviewed. Please give me instructions.

I'm using Adobe acrobat Pro DC and when I try to make png file in to pdf, the problem occurs. Here's what I do1) I have a png file of 1920x1080 resolution (it's a screenshot)2) I open Adobe acrobat and use the "Organize Pages" function, select a file(png) and open it up3) Save the PDF file created. Now, the overall image quality, especially the text seem very unclear and dirty although the resolution remains the same.Below is a comparison(upper one is the original) Does anyone have similar issues? I didn't change anything in the settings, they're pretty much default. Thanks

Hi,I'm debugging a government structured template where the sections' title elements are never kept with the next para. The EDD's text format rules for the "Rubrik" element look like this:In all contexts. Use paragraph format: fontSansSerif If context is: * < Datamodul[Sprak = "Eng"] Default font properties Language: UK English Else Default font properties Language: Svenska In all contexts. Pagination properties Keep with next: Yes Placement: Across all columns and side heads This should indeed keep the title element with the next para, shouldn't it? Any hints? Mats

Currently running Photoshop 26.2.0 on Win11.Several years ago I created an Action to modify a dng file & then save it as a jpg in another folder. I recently upgraded my computer & the folder structure has been changed, so the Save command in the Action needs to be modified. Unfortunately, I can no longer recall how to recreate the Save command in the Action. The attachment contains the Save command (outlined in red) that I wish to replicate so that I can revise the path to the desired folder. Note that the path does not include any filename because the intent is to retain the name of the source dng file when saving it as a jpg.I tried the "Record Again…" & "Insert Menu Item…" options in the Actions menu. These were not successful because they required that a specific filename be inserted before proceeding to record the Save step.Any guidance would be gratefully appreciated.

I recently imaged a new device, and I cannot seem to get adobe installed on it. A week ago we got this device, imaged it and installed all of the adobe software. The user mentioned that they need a larger hard drive, we ordered one, installed it and then reimaged it. Now when I go to install the software, it is throwing an error. I for the life of me cannot get adobe installed on this device. It returns the following error, found in the PDA log below. So far the troubleshooting steps ive done are as follows- Use the Adobe uninstaller tool, and it shows that there are no applications installed,- Remove any adobe apps if present.- Redownload / try different packages.- Try as local admin and network admin.- Try under different accounts.- Run from terminal.- Run the MSI.- Run the EXE. Either way no avail. It looks like its really getting hung up on this either the MSI failing, or the CCDA uninstaller failing 02/12/25 11:51:26:083 | [INFO] | | ASU | MSIInvoker | MSIInvoker |

How do I convert PDF to JPEG?

Acrobat 2020 Standard displays of minimum of two pages.I just need to see a single page in full screen window when i'm running the "Organize Pages" tool.I can't seem to zoom in to just leave one page visible and no changes to any view settings make any difference. I've googled possible solutions and tried what seems like everything (in Acrobat), in Preferences, in View menu, etc etc, to zoome in. but most actions geared toward increasing the page size to see what's on the page by zooming in do nothing.I'm running Windows 11. Please help, my eyes can't take the microscopic font size when two pages are forced into a single window.
