Hello everyone, I've been experiencing a strange problem in Photoshop since yesterday. When I create a text box and try to write something like "100% cashmere," the % sign automatically moves to the left of the 100, resulting in "%100." Even when I copy-paste "100%" from Notepad, the % sign still moves before the 100. It's baffling! I have the latest version of Photoshop, and I'm on PC. In my screenshot, it's also strange because when I place my cursor just after the % sign and try to delete it, I can't. It's as if this action is blocked. Thanks you all of us

Since PS introduced the new 2026 Actions panel I cannot find a way to remove a stop.My actions were created years ago where there was a checkbox besides every step to include a stop or not. I had usually a stop checked, especially with save and close … in order to decide where I want it to be saved to.But using an action as a batch from Bridge I don’t want the stop to avoid to selecting location, etc every time. I want it to go without intreruption, saving (and closing) to the location determined in Bridge > Photoshop >Batch > select folder. In the past I just opened the first image in PS and unchecked the stop in the action. This allowed the selected location in Bridge Batch processing to override the original location in the actionNow, in the new actions pallet I cannot find a way to uncheck the stop that’s in my action and in general … to make Bridge Batch settings to override..Anyone, please! Thanks

Hi everyone,I'm looking for a way to download Adobe Premiere Pro 2023 (specifically version 23.6.8) for Windows. The Creative Cloud app only offers the latest and previous versions, and the support chatbot keeps redirecting me to those.I really need version 23.6.8 for compatibility reasons with ongoing projects. If anyone has an official installer or a direct download link from Adobe, I’d be very grateful.OS: Windows 10/11Thank you so much in advance!

Hi!I’m running Adobe Acrobat Continuous Release Version 2026.001.21367 | 64-bit.Everything was fine earlier this month. However, by Friday, April 3rd, I started having problems with Acrobat crashing every time I tried to delete text inside a container in the Content Panel. At first, when I deleted the whole container, it would also make the container below disappear as well, but the physical content on the page would still be there and would re-appear once the file was save. Then, I had to revise/replace some text in an H2 tag—not all the text but only some–in a 508-compliant PDF. I had a separate replacement PDF with the correct text and my 508-compliant PDF I was working on. In the 508 file, I went into the Content Panel and tried to delete some of the text in a container and it kept crashing. Over and over it crashed. Then, I separated out the text I needed to replace from the rest of its companion and was able to delete it and then copy in the new text. This is a new development with

We are experiencing an issue with the Adobe Express integration for ChatGPT for one of our managed Creative Cloud users. The user has a valid Creative Cloud license and Adobe Express shows the account as a Premium member. We have confirmed that the user can access Adobe Express normally at express.adobe.com using the correct company-managed Adobe account. We also tested animation directly within Adobe Express. Animation works successfully when performed in the Adobe Express web application. However, when the same Adobe account attempts to animate an Adobe Express design through the Adobe Express integration in ChatGPT, Adobe consistently returns:“The account type doesn't allow access to the requested operation. Please contact your administrator for next steps.”Error code: `INVALID_ARGUMENT`We have already:* Confirmed the correct managed Adobe account is being used.* Confirmed Adobe Express Premium access.* Confirmed animation works directly within Adobe Express.* Disconnected and reauthen

Hi everyone,I’m having a strange issue with a Photoshop Action that I’ve been using for more than 5 years without any problems, but in the last 2–3 weeks Photoshop always considers the file as “modified” even after the action saves it correctly. We use the same Workflow for many Pictures in our Company, hence we use the same “Action” for almost every Picture. The action includes: paths / clipping paths profile conversion TIFF save At the end of the action the file is properly saved to disk, but the document title still shows the asterisk (*) as if there are unsaved changes. If I manually close the file after the action finishes, Photoshop shows the popup asking:“Do you want to save changes?”Things I already tried: deleted and recreated all Save / Save As steps left only one normal “Save” at the end added “3” and I repeat “3” normal “Save” at the end of the action removed every step after Save disabled “Save in Background” recreated the action from scratch tried Purge Histo

My department uses a shared mailbox to communicate with clients and I do not want my individual email address included as a CC on completed forms. On the web forms I’ve created, my email address is automatically added as a CC whenever a client completes a form. The shared mailbox is listed as a CC Participant on the web form, not my individual address. I have also turned off all notifications in my profile settings. What can I do to ensure only the shared mailbox receives a copy of the completed form?Thank you,Dominic

I no longer have the driver to print to a PDF. It had worked for as long as I can remember.  I have the latest version of Adobe Reader DC and run under Windows 8.1 (also tried a Repair).  I have seen the instructions below, but in step 4, the Documents\*.pdf (Adobe PDF) is not listed in the drop-down menu.  Looks like lots of other people are having this problem, but I've been unable to find a solution.  Thanks in advance.Click Start > Control Panel > Devices and Printers.Select Add a printer.Select Add a local printer.Check Use an existing port and select Documents\*.pdf (Adobe PDF) from the drop down. ...Click the Have Disk… ...Click the Browse… ...Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat 10.0\Acrobat\Xtras\AdobePDF.

wow 10 years ago and still an issue. crazy!! shouldn’t be that hard especially for a paid program

I bought my subscription on 3rd of July, today is 17th of July. If I go to my Adobe Account and try cancelling from there, it nowhere shows whether I’ll get a refund or not. How do I proceed?

Hola. Gracias.

You keep charging me twice. For the past 4 years of my college. Who can I contact for a complaint.

Hello,I need to cancel an active Adobe subscription, but I can't sign in and the email address on the account is an old one I no longer have access to, so password recovery isn't possible either. The Virtual Assistant only tells me to sign in before it will connect me to an advisor.Could someone from Adobe help me cancel this? Thank you.

Hello,I like to cancel my Adobe subscription, but I am having trouble finding the option to cancel it under my account management page (account.adobe.com). My payment was processed directly through Adobe (not via the Apple App Store), but the cancellation button is not appearing for me. Could you please assist me with canceling my plan and checking if I am eligible for a full refund? Thank you!

I’m experiencing a frustrating issue with Adobe Firefly’s AI video tool repeatedly ignoring clear camera movement instructions. The first video was close to the brief, but it added an unwanted zoom-in. I used the edit function and clearly requested NO ZOOM.The next version changed parts of the video but still included the same zoom.I tried again, explicitly stating I did not want any zoom, but it still applied one.On a third attempt, I requested a static camera to ensure no movement at all, but the result still included a zoom-in.Across three separate edits, the system has repeatedly ignored the same instruction, resulting in around 1,600 credits being wasted trying to fix the issue. The concern is not the initial generation, but that the editing tool does not seem to respect repeated, explicit instructions to remove a specific effect. For a credit-based system, it is very frustrating that clear requests like “no zoom” or “static camera” are not being followed, leading to repeated failed

My computer is quite old and I am unable to install the current version. My computer has:Windows 10 Home, 64-bit Intel Celeron N4000 processor @ 1.10 GHz 4 GB of RAMWhen I open Creative Cloud, InDesign appears as version 21.5.1, but it says that the application is not compatible with my computer.I have already enabled the option to show older applications in Creative Cloud, but when I click the three dots next to InDesign, I only see “Manage add-ons”. The “Other versions” option does not appear.I also checked Adobe’s page listing available application versions, but InDesign does not appear there.I found information indicating that older versions, such as InDesign CC 2019 (14.x), had lower system requirements and could work with Windows 10 64-bit and 4 GB of RAM. However, I have not been able to find a safe and official way to download it.Is there any official way to install an older version of InDesign that would be compatible with my computer? If so, which version would you recommend a

LrC --> Library --> library Filter: when I set on filter type "raw" and I view date by date, with every change of date the file type filter switches to "all types", so it does not stick on type "raw".  Can I keep it fixed on a certain type?
