I did not realize that my free trial had ended and was converted into a paid subscription today.I noticed the debit card charge 15 minutes ago.As I am still within the 14-day refund period, I would like to cancel the subscription and request a full refund.

I can't locate the Adobe account I have been charged for that I never signed up for/subscribed to. And, the Adobe customer service phone number hangs up every time it says to stay on them line to wait for a customer service rep.

It doesn't work when the PDF is generated on the fly using parameters sent via POST. When the extension tries to fetch the PDF from the URL, it doesn't send the POST request. This is a very serious bug — many systems are breaking because of it, and people are uninstalling the extension. There's going to be a significant wave of uninstalls in the coming months if this isn't fixed.

I bought a new labtop. So I have to download premiere pro again. But when I click the premiere pro app, it is not open. I already subscribed the premiere, and paid the price. But it doesn’t work. when I try it on chrome, the same happens. What should I do now? Please resolve it.

I want to get a refund for my 75 flyers I just received. The logo is in the headline I can’t use the flyers and the logo was in the correct places when I order them. I have seen before the app has put my logo in the headline. If I can get my flyers again that would be great.

Hello Adobe Support, I woke up and noticed a £4.98 charge on bank account from Adobe, which caught me by surprise. So I checked my Adobe account as I was sure I hadn’t signed up for any subscriptions at all. I then realised there was an active subscription which I do not recollect signing up. I instantly cancelled it, and since I wasn’t using it, or planned on using it, I would like to get a full refund for this.  Thank You,Regards.

We just found 14 fonts for Helvetica Neue LT Pro on Adobe Fonts. Compared with the font list provided by Monotype, total 50 fonts, there are still many fonts not available on Adobe Fonts. We would like to know when these fonts will be ready on Adobe Fonts.

How do I change the properties of a shape (in this case, a rectangle) that I am drawing onto a .pdf in Acrobat? I selected the shape and right clicked, but there is no “Properties” option, only “Document Properties”. P.S. How do I resize an image I’ve uploaded into a question on the Adobe forums? It used to be easy to do so, but now I can’t figure it out. The only option I seem to be able to do is “add a caption”.

There's a new update, 21779,https://ardownload2.adobe.com/pub/adobe/acrobat/win/AcrobatDC/2600121779/AcrobatDCx64Upd2600121779.mspDoes anyone know why this doesn't appear on the Acrobat Updates page or the Acrobat Release Notes page?

Extension: Adobe Acrobat: PDF edit, convert, sign tools (ID: efaidnbmnnnibpcajpcglclefindmkaj)Browser: Google Chrome 151.0.7922.72The same setup worked correctly on Chrome versions prior to 151.0.7922.72, with no changes on our server side. Our web application generates PDF reports and returns them inline (Content-Type: application/pdf) as the direct response to an HTML form submitted via POST (method="post", target="_blank"). Since updating to Chrome 151.0.7922.72, printing these reports through the Acrobat extension's viewer fails with a "page not found" (404) error. PDFs served in response to a plain GET request/link are unaffected — only PDFs returned as the response to a POST form submission fail. Steps to reproduce:Enable the Adobe Acrobat extension in Chrome 151.0.7922.72. Submit an HTML form (method="post") whose server response is a PDF served inline (no Content-Disposition: attachment header). The new tab shows a "404 / page not found" error. For comparison, opening the same k

We would like to use the Firefly API in our organization. However, in Adobe Developer Console, Firefly Services is disabled and shows:“Incompatible API – This API cannot be used in your organization.” I understand that our organization may need a specific Firefly Services entitlement/SKU. However, I haven't been able to find information on how to purchase or enable it. What product/SKU do we need for Firefly API access, and does it require an Adobe Enterprise agreement? Adobe Support referred me to the Community for this question.

Adobe was having some issue on processing the card we had previously uploaded, after several tries we managed to upload a new card. However, on the due date the payment was never deducted and we continue to get a billing issue. Uncertain how to resolve this, please advise on the way forward.

Adobe Reader will not save using “save as” to a long path in Windows 11 using the Windows 11 File Manager.  You have to click “cancel” and then start the save process again and then the save will work.

I'm hoping to get my employers to allow use of the Document Cloud to perform shared reviews, instead of having to collate comments from multiple PDFs exchanged via email.   I have a subscription to both the Creative Cloud and to FrameMaker, which includes Acrobat DC Pro and Document Cloud. Acrobat DC Pro allows me to create a shared review on the Document Cloud.   Do my reviewers need a subscription to Acrobat DC Pro and to the Document Cloud, or can they use the free Acrobat Reader DC to access the PDF on the Document Cloud and provide comments? My understanding is that as long as I send them the link to the document on the Document Cloud, they should be able to use just the free Acrobat Reader to provide commentary. From the various FAQs, this seems to be the case, but it is not explicitly stated. I want to be certain it is the case before suggesting it to management.   [As a sidenote, our documents are stored on Box, which is also a cloud service. I think I've determi

Subject: Feedback on File Hover Behavior in Adobe Acrobat Dear Adobe Team,I am sharing feedback regarding a recurring usability issue in Adobe Acrobat that impacts workflow efficiency and is a constant source of aggravation. Currently, when a file is in a hover state (for example, during drag-and-drop or when the mouse is positioned over a file), Acrobat disables the Save and Open options. This behavior often prevents me and other network users who can't see the current state from opening or saving files, even though the file is not actively in use by anyone else. This restriction feels overly cautious and creates unnecessary friction, especially in collaborative environments or when working with local files. The hover state typically does not indicate an actual lock, so blocking these actions seems counterintuitive and is not used in your other programs. Why this matters:It interrupts productivity and forces users to take extra steps (clicking away or waiting) befo

How can I downgrade my subscription from Acrobat Studio to Acrobat Pro? My current yearly subscription (paid monthly) expires in November. Is it possible to downgrade now? I don’t really need the additional features in Acrobat Studio and would prefer to switch to Acrobat Pro instead.
