Solved

I'm hoping someone here has dealt with this before and can point me in the right direction.I signed up for an Adobe Premiere subscription and paid for it over the course of about three months. When I decided to cancel, I was hit with a $120 cancellation fee, which I was not clearly made aware of when I originally signed up. I went ahead and paid it, but now I've also lost access to Premiere Pro entirely — even though I've already paid for this subscription period. My understanding is that when you cancel, you should still be able to use the software until the end of your current billing cycle. That doesn't seem to be the case for me. I paid into this plan for three months, got charged an additional $120 to cancel, and now I can't even open the app.Has anyone been through this and managed to get their access restored? Is this something Adobe support can fix, or is this just how they handle cancellations? Any help or advice would be really appreciated.

I’m having problems creating an video from an image that i manipulted in Firefly. I keep getting the response‘Can’t load - We can't process this prompt because the reference image doesn't meet our User Guidelines. You can upload another image and try again.’The image was partly created in firefly and is an image i took in the office i work in. I can’t see any reason why i can’t use the image. I’ve also changed the video prompt and that still didn’t make any difference. I have tried with a different image and it worked but not the image i wish to turn into a video.

I get this error message every time i try to apply an adaptive preset to an image. All the portrait ones do no work, same for subject and blur backgroundOnce you try to apply the preset, the error message pops up after 2 seconds. so it is not running and running to find something and then times out. Error Message pops up nearly immediately Categories not affected are the sky presets and the landscape presets.LRC Version : 15.3 Any idea how to solve this? Thanks Jay

I converted a P'DF to a word document.  Now I need to download to my computer to work with it .  There is no save file to or download to instructions.

Please help! I got the scratch disk full error and after I dismissed it the screen froze and I can't click on anything. Photoshop is still open. How do I resolve the issue and not lose my unsaved work? I am on Windows.

LrC won’t open as it is saying that my Master Catalog is corrupted.  But it doesn’t tell me what to do about it.  It gives no other options.  I need to be able to open LrC

After I request signatures and enter their email address and complete email, after I select ‘specify where to sign’, it takes me back to the request signature box again.  Its in a loop and I cant send anything

Hey all!   Elementary school teacher here.  I'm looking for some creative ways that you've used Adobe Aqua in the class since it's launched.  The more creative the better!  I'm sharing Aqua at the ISTE conference at the end of the month, and the more ideas I can share -- the better!  Thanks!  -Donnie

Guided Activities in Adobe Express are such a time saver for teachers. Is there a plan to add those types of lessons in Aqua?

I am an Airtel India user with an active Adobe Express Premium bundle subscription. When attempting to redeem my LinkedIn Premium benefit, the system glitched and locked my token into an 'Already Redeemed' state. A support agent closed my ticket by telling me to contact LinkedIn, but this is the known Airtel backend synchronization issue tracked on this forum. My open case reference number is ADB-45872451-S7Q9. Please escalate this case to engineering to manually reset my perk availability.

Whenever I download AfterEffects templates from stock sites, trying to edit them is a nightmare. I roughly know how to edit the controller layers but it seems like the controller layers really only let me edit text & color, but I want to actually move the objects around, change composition, and even hide layers and make my own changes to the templates. But I for the life of me cannot figure out how to use these templates in a more editable way, the controller layers feel so limiting to me, what am I missing? Is there a way I can turn make these templates more editable? Like release the layers from the controller layers?

Confirmed on macOS 14.3.1 and macOS 14.5. Previously, Acrobat Pro (paid) and Acrobat Reader (free) could both be downloaded, installed and run separately. Now, the Adobe Reader installer installs the app 'Adobe Acrobat', but when you open it, it has some branding for Reader. It's quite confusing. To confirm, I download the app from https://get.adobe.com/uk/reader/ and run the installer multiple times, which completes without any errors but still produces the same result: in the Applications folder, it installs 'Adobe Acrobat' (not Reader) - see screenshot. I've tried the Acrocleaner tool (https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/AcroCleanerMac.dmg) - after running the downloaded file and completing the cleanup, I cleared my bin and restarted the machine, then tried to reinstall Acrobat Reader from a fresh download, but still had the same result. Adobe support confirm this is the first case received and there is no system

Since I have already cancelled the subscription, I would like to kindly request a refund or any possible assistance.Could you please review my account and help me?

Dear Sir I have version of Acrobat Pro DC but have mislaid my permissions password. Is it possible to find out what it was. If not can I purchase a new version and get a new permissions password.  Thanks you,  Robert F Salamonsen

I’m able to generate images (becuase i have credits) but out of no where it stopped downloading. I tried restarting the browser, restarting the browser, clearing my cache, logging out and logging back in, but nothing seems to work. Every time i click the download buttons on the generated image it just gets stuck on Downloading… and will never download. This started last week on April 23rd, 2026

I put this image up twice. I put this as a real image, not AI. It sells really well on other sites, and they keep saying it's an AI image. I have others from the series. I don't know how to get around this. Maybe someone will see this in the thread. I took this with a real camera.

Hi! I've been having a problem with illustrator where this message (verifying access to '//192.168.1.250/shared_storage') pops up every time I switch windows (like if I click on photoshop or google chrome then click back to illustrator.) I use a wireless external storage but I've used it for a long time and have never had this problem until now, I'm using Windows 10 and everything is updated. I've tried restarting illustrator and the computer. I don't know if I'm allowed to post a link to another forum disscusion but I saw on this forum another person who had the exact same problem but it's been a few months since the last post so I guess they never found a solution. Any help would be appreciated, thank you!

Hello,   The last time I used Illustrator, it was the version previous to 2021. I was able to import and export workspaces from the Workspaces menu in that version. Now I've got Illustrator 2021, and I can't find a way to import a workspace from the Workspaces menu or the preferences, and I can't find anything online that says that others have had the same problem. I also tried copying the .exec file of my custom workspace into the folder with the rest of the workspaces, but it seems to be a different file type than the pre-installed ones, and it's not showing up in the Illustrator application.   Does anyone know what might be wrong, or what I can do?

Just opened Adobe Illustrator to see this pop up thing across the bottom of Illustrator, I dont need it there as I already know how the app works and its blocking space so I'd like to remove it if possible. I've already unchecked the "Show Tool Tips" option in the general part of preferences but that didn't remove the pop up thing I've mentioned above. Is there any other way to remove it?I've attached a picture of what I'm reffering too below
