Solved

I want to purchase Creative Cloud Pro. The website says there are special prices for Ukraine. During the purchase process, the region displayed is Turkey, and the special prices don't apply.  I'd like to change my region to Ukraine, as I'm currently in the Ukrainian army. How can I resolve this?

I wish to correct my name,  remove the automatically added figures. How have I to do that?

I too am having problems with the 'Smart Guides' option being grayed out in the 'View' - 'Grids and Guides' column. I've replaced the preferences, checked all the appropriate boxes, yet nothing I do works. Additionally, the 'Smart Guides' did work for some time. However, for reason(s) I'm unaware of, they just stopped showing up. I'm stumped. Any suggestions?

I don’t know if it’s a bug or just something Adobe has to fix, but I am so utterly disappointed in the AI denoising feature in LrC.  What’s worse is that I’ve seen it evolve over time.  When you first implemented it, it was really inferior to other offerings.  Then it actually got good for awhile.  But now… it’s like it’s hallucinating and adding the wrong details to images.  If I turn it down, it doesn’t even denoise well.  As soon as I turn it up, it starts sharpening edges and adding weird swirls in facial hair.  It makes my pictures look like an AI generated cartoon.  I’ve been forced to go back to DxO Photolab to denoise stuff.  Not only that, but DxO can literally denoise a stack of 20 photos in the time it takes LrC to do one.  This is just unacceptable.  You can do better.  Please fix this ASAP.

When using freeform gradients the dither checkbox seems missing. Is this a bug or a missing feature?

We have a plan that hasn’t been used in a while, payment details are old and no longer in use. When I try to cancel the plan the page just whirls round and doesn’t go any further, cannot cancel. Please help?

Hello,I have selected a part of a document and would like to use a regular expression on all my selection, but in “selection”mode, the “find all” button is greyed so I am unable to “find all” in my selection.

I exporting a one page document with some photos as interactive PDF and print PDF results in drastically different file sizes (83MB vs 1.7MB) even though the compression, quality and ppi settings are the same. So I played around with the export of the interactive PDF and noticed some strange behaviors I cannot explain: Reducing the compression, quality and ppi to the bare minimum still results in a very big PDF file size (around 60MB). Having photos embedded instead of linked inside InDesign increases the PDF file size for some reason.  Deleting all the photos from the document only reduces the PDF file to around 40MB, even though there now is only some text visible in the exported PDF.  Only once every single photo is deleted from the InDesign document, the PDF file size gets down to a reasonable 97KB. So simply having photos in the pasteboard actually directly increases the PDF file size! The fix is easy: Export as print PDF, works perfectly. But can anyone explain any of the points

My Adobe is refusing to Scan & OCR - it keeps saying "Scan & OCR is getting installed. Please wait to use this tool". I have reinstalled it, I have restarted my pc, I have signed out and back in to Adobe, nothing has worked.

today i subcribed and i want to cancel and to be refundedi didn’t know ocr function is not supported

I worked with smart preview and used super resolution. This left obvious artifacts in form of grid. They do not go away when I have RAW available, I discarded smart preview, and even when I disable and re-enable super resolution for that file. (Without super resolution this grid is gone.)Artifacts are even visible in exports. These artifacts do not appear on very similar photo with same edits, but which was never edited as a smart preview.

Subject: Difficulty Accessing Adobe Smoke Brushes - Anyone Else Facing This?Hey Adobe community!Hope everyone is having an amazing day! 🌟 I've been exploring brushes on the Adobe site, specifically the smoke brushes available at https://www.adobe.com/products/photoshop/photoshop-brushes/smoke.html.I encountered a bit of a hiccup when trying to download them. Despite being a licensed user with the Adobe Photography Plan and Adobe Express monthly, every attempt led me to a plan package page. I've reached out to the Adobe staff, and they mentioned looking into it, promising to get back to me later.I'm curious – has anyone else experienced difficulties accessing these smoke brushes? If so, I'd love to hear your thoughts and any solutions you might have come across.Let's help each other out! 😊Cheers, Josh

How are we supposed to use AI Narrator in slide transcripts in Captivate?

Opened a file shows only on Home Screen. Couldn't open it on it’s own window.

I have been generating videos using Veo 3.1 and Veo 3.1 Fast for the past week, and there have been multiple times where I’ve encountered the “Something Went Wrong” screen, and so many of my credits have ended up being consumed despite no generation of the video. This credit deduction system really needs a fix, you guys should deduct it only AFTER a generated video has played. Not cool at all, feels like being robbed.

I wanna install Adobe Creative Cloud on a drive that's not my C drive. I know that you can go to prefences and choose a different location for your installed programs like Lightroom and Photoshop but that's not what I'm looking for. I currently have 40GB left on my C drive so whenever I wanna import photo's into Lightroom CC it tells me I need to make space on my C drive before it can import my photo's. My drive where I've got Lightroom and Photoshop installed on have 400GB left.

I put in a graphical treatment for a website, and I said show me a different treatment. I was using Nano Banana Pro and it gave me exactly what I put in without any changes, and charged me 40 credits. I don’t mind that it didn’t do anything, but do mind it charged me 40 credits for nothing. Could you return the credits please?

I up loaded 2 still images for video animation. It charged me 300 credits. The images were of stairs and a landing in a property. The generated video took me up the stairs on a flight angle that didnt exist so its totally usless. i went to edit this and it wants another 250 credits and i can seem to contest this previous usless footage. Have i any leverage here or is it just my tough luck? seems grossly unacceptable if that is the case

At first, it showed that it was a free trial, but then money was immediately charged from my card. I would like to cancel the subscription and receive a refund.

Hi, I would like to confirm your refund policy. Does the 14-day refund period start from the beginning of the 7-day free trial, or does it start when the paid subscription begins after the trial ends? Thank you.

“I started a free trial, attempted to cancel before the charge, but the account showed no active subscription. I’ve now been charged £24.98 and would like the subscription cancelled and a full refund issued.” email: mdemonmiah2211@gmail.comname: Md Emon Miah

I am being charged for a cancelled subscription and want a refund

Lately, despite all print setting set as ‘double sided and flip on long edge’ print jobs are coming out double sided on short edge (when done via desktop) or single sided only when printed via the mobile phone app (iOS).  Is this a problem being addressed in any updates or am I missing something.  Never had this problem before - it’s only been happening over the past month or so.
