I've suddenly had major problems with Photoshop on Mac Studio. The PSD files open extremely slowly and some simply won't open. Messages says “Could not open xxx because it is not a valid Photoshop document. Any ideas of what to do?

I cancelled my subscription 1 day after i was charged, I never received an email confirming that i would be refunded. I know the policy is if the subscription was cancelled before 14 days into the billing cycle you will get a refund processed. I just wanted to make sure I will receive a refund.

I have a book of multiple pages, and I need 10 pages to change place to another book. The only way I found so far to do this is to export the whole book to pdf, and put 10 pdf pages to the other book. But the problem is, you cannot change anything anymore (as it is a pdf and not the different photos). Is there a way to drag whole pages  from one book to the other, so if you would drag them, the photo’s and the layout on the page go as well to the new book?

Guys, there isn't a dedicated Behance topic, so I'll post this here.My Behance profile has somehow been made private — all of my projects are private, and my profile no longer appears in search results.I've already submitted support tickets to Behance, but nothing happens and I haven't received any response. All of my privacy settings are set to public.Could someone please help me? I'm losing potential clients because I can't properly showcase my portfolio. I'm also a Behance Pro member, which makes the situation even more frustrating.Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Can anyone recommend a cloud based DAM for a 4 person art department. Looking for something that is reasonably priced for the features that it offers. Not looking for the cheapest option but something that will grow with us.

I accidentally merged all the shapes into a single vector layer in Photoshop. Luckily, they still retained their individual paths, so I could use the path selection tool to select them. However, my job requires me to separate them into individual vector layers, and there are thousands of such shapes, like this:

I have a 5TB image folder on one external HHD. (Catalogues are on my internal SSD) The drive is showing signs of possible failure so I have split the images onto two external SSD for safety. (Also backed up twice) I used the same naming structure for the nested folder. Combined they have all the folder/images of the orginal drive. Is there a way to point the catalogue to these two different drives?Drive A (failing) Images_africa_32 nested foldersDrive B  Images_africa_12 of the 32 foldersDrive C Images_africa_20 of the foldersIn the Lightroom panel, if I choose the 12 folders on drive A that match Drive B and do Update location. And then chose the 20 and update location to drive C, will this work? Can it point to the two drives? I tested one folder and it seems to work, but before I do everything, I just wanted to see if I was handling this correctly?Any assistance would be very welcome. ThanksNancie

When Soft Proofing viewing the monitor gamut warning just change the entire display area to red. Note this also happened in 15.3. Destination gamut warning works correctly.Windows 15.3.1 release, everything up to date.

how solve my issue

If you are having very high GPU Usage like maxing out even without doing anything then it could be AI features that came after 25.2 Update and you having old GPUs which doesn't have AI capability. So, simply go to Edit > Preferences > Media Analysis & Transcription > Visual Analysis (TURN OFF 'Analyze all imported media to visually search your projects'). I literally ignored all updates since 25.2 because of this turned ON. I think Adobe should turn this ON by default only to GPUs by detecting if they are capable of AI.

I purchased my sony a7V in February 2026 but the raw files are still not supported by LR classic. I was on the phone with your support twice this week. Although I’ve read online that LR classic now supports these files,  a supervisor from Adobe told me yesterday that it is not so.  Please get this update for us  asap - us Sony users feel left behind. I have 2000 photos not supported by LR and had to go back to using my A7iii until you update. thank you

i'm working in Ps, a painting project, and now my whole project has turned black and white. all of my layers. I'm fairly sure I pressed something accidentally but I don't know what or how to fix it. help??

I canceled my trial on the same day that I signed up.  I received an email confirmation of the cancelation but was still charged.  Why?

not much more I can add, the question says it all

HOW DO I DELETE MY SUBSCRIPTION

I want to change my normal account to a teacher account. Should I first cancel that account and next create a new one?

I have been running Adobe Acrobat 8 Professional 8.3.1 on my Windows Vista T60p IBM ThinkPad (yes! it still works perfectly!) for ~15 years.  I'm finally biting the bullet and moving to a souped-up P-1 ThinkPad (now Lenovo) running Windows 11.  Though I have my original installation files and my activation code, I cannot use them ... because the online activation no longer works!  Nor does the telephone activation. So, I'm betting there must be some registry key somewhere that regulates this, but I don't know what it is!  I'm not doing anything other than trying to keep running the software I paid for as I migrate to a new environment, but Adobe has no intereset in helping me do that, since I'm not giving them any new money - which doesn't sound like a great customer-retention policy in the long run. If anyone has figured out a way to accomplish this, I would really appreciate the help.  I've already checked into "alternatives", but the problem i

I’m Shamima from Bangladesh, and I’ve been trying for over 6 days to verify my phone number on my Adobe account ([Moderator deleted private information. Please do not post private information like e-mails and phone numbers]) to complete my registration as an Adobe Stock Contributor. Unfortunately, I keep getting the same error message: “An error occurred while performing this action.” I’ve followed every possible troubleshooting step on my end, including all the recommendations I received from AdobeCare via X (Twitter). Here’s everything I’ve tried so far: 1. Used multiple devices — desktop, laptop, and smartphone. 2. Tested in different browsers — Chrome, Firefox, and Edge. 3. Tried incognito/private windows in all browsers. 4. Cleared browser cache and cookies. 5. Used both VPN and no VPN — same result in both cases. 6. Tried both Wi-Fi and mobile data connections. 7. Disabled browser extensions and pop-up blockers. 8. Attempted with and without Adobe apps installed. 9. Waited for da

Hi all,I work with large sets of photos in Lightroom Classic and always found metadata (titles, captions, keywords) to be the most time-consuming part. Recently I have been experimenting with a small plug-in I built that uses AI to help generate this information and write it directly into the IPTC fields in LrC.It is still simple, but for stock photography and bigger projects it has saved me time. I am sharing in case others here are exploring similar workflows, and I would be interested to hear how you handle metadata automation in your own setups. If you are curious, I put a short description and the download info here:https://www.metamagicplugin.com/Mods: if this type of post is not appropriate, please feel free to remove.

PRECISO PAGAR MINHA ASSINATURA, MAS NÃO CONSIGO! Que loucura.

Several years ago I was using PSE 2023, with all my photo files stored on my C: drive.  I did not continue PSE since then.  When I was not using the PSE system, I moved all the photos to an external hard drive.  There are no photos at all on my C: drive currently.Today I purchased a new subscription for PSE 2026.  I thought I would be able to use the Organizer to Get Photos like I had done before, and I would tell the Organizer where the photo files were now located. However, PSE 2026 apparently recognized the OLD files, although they no longer reside on the C: drive.  The photos are still in PSE 2026, but now the file locations are all wrong.  How can I get the PSE 2026 to show the photo files on the correct D: drive, while still keeping all of the tags and other descriptions I had added previously?  Thanks for any help!
