Everything was working fine, but now I am unable to use the generative fill feature in both Photoshop and Illustrator, as it says "Please check the internet connection and try again". Attaching the screenshot for your reference. Would be great if someone could help.Thank you 🙂

Arrivant au terme de mon abonnement 2025/2026 je suis très étonné du montant de la facture pour l'année 2026/2027 passant de 430 à 913 euros, je souhaite connaître les conditions d'une telle augmentation. Merci pour votre réponse.

When trying to edit .PSDC or AIC .file on a device licence computer the desktop app is not found and the file is opened using the cloud based apps. I want to use boards to show students how enhance group workflow arguing that this has advantage over figma since i can open the true asset in the desktop app.Students with personal computers do not have problems. It is the computers with deployed versions of apps that do not work.It is unclear if this is a deployment issue, or some setting that the IT department needs to do or a preference to let a webb page open an app. THe problem is both on Mac and Windows.

In the last year or two, the quality of stock vectors available have gone down significantly. Only after downloading the stock are you able to see that it’s an embedded image and not a vector, it is a very low quality image trace of an image, or it is filled with artifacts indicative to AI. Are there ways that I’m unaware of to report said stock?

I am trying to use the Adobe PDF printer with Driver Adobe PDF Converter in a production environment. I have set up an Adobe Output Folder, unchecked “View PDF results”, unchecked “Rely on system fonts”, and set up a custom Paper Size. This is so the PDF generation can happen in the background without input from an operator, but I keep experiencing interruptions where those settings are reset. Sometimes this seems to happen without input, which other questions and reports indicate could be Adobe updates. But other times, just opening up Adobe Acrobat seems to be enough to wipe out my settings for the Adobe PDF printer.Am I doing something incorrectly to lead to the loss of Printing Preferences when Acrobat is opened or Adobe is updated? Is there a type of Adobe license that would work better for my use case? I am mainly interested in using the Adobe PDF printer as I have set it up (directly to an output folder without input, without viewing PDF results) as it is not vital that the oper

I have Panasonic Lumix S9 and Lightroom on Samsung mobilephone. I use Lumix Lab to import raw files into mobilephone and thenI import raws into Lightroom. On Lumix Lab, On Samsung Gallery, on EXIF reader time is 8:48. But on Lightroom time is 9:48. So, one plus more. I live in Finland and we have that daylight savings stuff. Is that the reason LR shows time wrong but everything else shows it correctly? Nikon and Fujifilm raws are imported correctly.

When i open InDesign the app crashes. I’m unable to even open the app. I have re-installed the app, which didn’t solve the issue. I also tried installing other update versions, which also didn’t solve the issue. All my other Creative Cloud apps are up to date. What to do now?

Greetings,I want to know if it is possible to create a hyperlink for a document to send. I do not want to insert the addresses and send the email through AdobeSign but would like to instead have a link for each document that I upload and then copy and paste the link into the body of my own emails. Is this possible? Thanks!

Hi all, is it possible to upload my InDesign snippets to the Adobe CC Library?

Hola. Muchas gracias.

Part of my job requirement is to screen capture video.  I used to use PrtSc and select video record.  Now Adobe Express Photo pops up and it won't let me record video.  Why?  I didn't install it and now I don't know how to screen capture video.  What's the point of removing something I use daily for a lesser screen capture?

I am using a new Apple Mac equipped with the M4 processor (Apple Silicon). Due to highly unstable and limited internet connection constraints at my current location, downloading the software through the Creative Cloud desktop application keeps failing, disconnecting, or downloading extremely slowly, resulting in corrupted installation files. Can You help me? I have licence via school account.

However, when I move AE to the MacBook Pro built-in screen (Display P3 / Liquid Retina XDR), the preview suddenly becomes much darker and overly saturated, breaking the match with the rendered output. 2. I thought I canceled my Adobe Acrobat Pro but only now see that Adobe canceled Adobe Acrobat AI Assistant Plus, something I never even signed up for. This is a sneaky way of billing customers. I now canceled Acrobat Pro today, on the day of the billing and Adobe ends the subscription immediately, even though it is paid for. Just another reflection of Adobe's business model..

Please restore the "Delete Hidden Layers" command in the Layers panel menu.In recent versions of Photoshop (27.8), the Delete Hidden Layers command has disappeared from the Layers panel menu. It used to be available directly from the panel and was an essential productivity feature for many professional users.Removing this shortcut forces users to perform additional steps for a very common housekeeping task. This is a regression in usability rather than an improvement. Please restore Delete Hidden Layers to the Layers panel menu, where it was for many years. It was easy to find, consistent with professional workflows, and saved valuable time when cleaning complex PSD files. Many long-time Photoshop users rely on this command every day. Bringing it back would improve workflow efficiency at virtually no cost. Thanks a lot in advanceBest regardsCleo (senior art director and graphic designer with over 20 years of daily Photoshop use)

Hi everyone,Am I the only one encountering this problem?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1hFwapaR7aoAs you can see in the video, my contextual taskbar keeps flickering/shaking endlessly, and I also get visual artifacts on the sides when zooming in and out.I tried disabling GPU Performance, which gets rid of the artifacts on the sides, but the contextual taskbar keeps shaking anyway. For context, here is my setup: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 4600G GPU: XFX Radeon RX 6650 XT MERC 308 I also tested this on another PC (also running an AMD setup) and got the exact same issue... I guess I can't be the only one, right? That being said, it's been happening for at least 3 years now...Any ideas or workarounds? Thanks!

I noticed today that an update was apparently applied to Acrobat, which is now running Continuous Release | Version 2026.001.21662 | 64-bit.I noticed this because I see new features like “generate podcast” or “generate presentation”, etc.The problem is that I also notice I can no longer request e-signatures for my docs.  When I select the option, it brings up the window to start typing in the names/emails of the people I need signatures from, and at the same time I see it checking for form fields.  When the form field checker completes, though, Acrobat falls to the back of my active apps, and when I click back into it, it’s all grayed out waiting for me to fill in the names/emails, but that dialog is gone, and I can’t bring it up.  The only way out is to kill the Acrobat app in task manager.I’ve rebooted, removed and re-installed, but I’m having the same problem every time. Here’s a video showing exactly what’s happening.  Note that I intentionally left the doc in a blank white area jus

We tried uninstalling and reinstall, repair, copying the agm.dll file from a working envirement. But nothing seems to work. We even used an old version of adobe but when the users login again the issue is still there.

Atentamente,May

I went to print a screenshot today, and all of a sudden my Windows print screen key has been taken over by an app that I did not install “Adobe Express Photos”. From what I'm reading, it's automatically installed as part of an Acrobat update. That is infuriating. How could you do this, Adobe? As I search for answers here, I'm finding I have to go into my Windows registry to stop it. That's ridiculous. I'm not a computer programmer, and I shouldn't be messing around with my own registry to delete something that you guys are auto-installing. Please fix this behavior, Adobe. This is maddening, really horrific. Unwanted programs that auto-install themselves are typically considered to be viruses, aren't they? This is not the professional behavior I would expect from a company like Adobe.

any step to create a pic with LR is sooooo slow. whats up ? bugs ?? please repair your performance

I took a adobe 7 day trial to try it for my business. I cancelled it after 5 days. I noticed money taken from my bank by Adobe; at first I thought it may be a scam and reported it. I had used my company email for the trial. When I came to work and checked Adobe to confirm, it had cunningly charged me for AI feature that I didn’t even sign up for separately. When I signed up to adobe bundle trial, it was part of it, but when I ended my trial, Adobe still saved my card details and charged me for AI assistant, that I don't even use. This is such a shame, Adobe, for a long standing company like you to cheat this way. Absolutely disgusting.

Hellow everyone.I want to generate new selections for some of the selected cells based on a certain condition.For example, I want to convert the first half of the current column into a new selection (although the actual conditions are more complex than this)I found that following the following approach yields an array, not a collection of cells.var item=app.selection[0]//Please select a cellvar c = item.cells;var cl = c.length;var curHalfColumn=[];var curColumn=c[0].parentColumn;//Filter cells that meet the criteriafor(i=0;i<curColumn.cells.length/2;i++){curHalfColumn.push(curColumn.cells[i])}

Hi, Are there any senior discount programs available? Being on a limited fixed income is difficult to continue using Adobe software.

I want to sell PDFs on a website. Is there a way to secure them so that they can't be shared or copied once purchased?
