Solved

Since yesterday I have not been able to open book files. Whenever I try, the program shuts down with an error. The other files open without problems.Has anybody else experienced this problem?I installed the latest patch, but this did not help.Thank you for your help!

The Firefly video result was the exact opposite of the instructions.  The AI tools would be much more useful if you only had to use credits for results that are acceptable.

I add text to the cretion window and then when it generates it swaps letters or misses some letters alltogether.

hello , old school designer here just getting into dye sub jersey designing looking for  helpful tips, thanks

Would someone want to edit my photos for me. I'm struggling so bad I only took one photo class

I couldn't find the polygonal tools in Ps window. It's hard to select the edges.

I am looking at several Lightroom albums that have many files but I have not been able to find the documention that shows where the source file resides? Please advise.

I've created a PDF that that has registarion/process black text and I would like to convert it to 100% black. I have seen an example or two, but I cannot repeat their success. I create a Fixup action that  uses the map colors option. I use the CYMK % and using numbers from one of the examples I have 75, 66, 68, 97 and tolerance of 36. For the alt color mode I have CYMK% and 0,0,0,100. I having it apply to just text. When I run it nothing changes. I get no results of any changes in acrobat window.I tested the just identifiing text, and that worked. It sees the text and shows me the results in the window, So it seems to be in the color value setting? the blacks that are being generated are 75, 68, 67, 90. I'm trying to figure this out, I've tried some number changes, but still getting no change in results.Am I actually choosing the wrong fixup, and thats why Im getting no results. The source color numbers are way off (and/or the tolerance). Any help guidance would be appreciated in

I did a query *find photos of the 56 men who signed the declaration of indepence of the united states, and their photos, and listed all of their names*. Nothing happenned. I tried again, again crickets. Then I tried 50, and nothing. Then I tried 10 with 10 names and it finally worked, but most answers were duplicate photos--albeit very beautiful. THEN when I tried doing it one at a time it said *Not enough generative credits available to generate content.* But, I never got answers! 2026 is the 250th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence and a ton of folks will try my query. Help me & save yourself tons of support questions.    [edited title after moving to new thread. -droopy moderator]     [spelling of "historical" also corrected 😊]

I just got a new laptop (MacbookPro) and downloaded Photoshop 2026 to it, however, the shift+click and shift+drag commands with the brush tool are not working for me. Ive tried messing with the presets and the individual brush settings, and i have tried resetting to install parameters, but im unsure why this is happening, or if maybe there was a commandline update with the new version? Any insights as to how i can fix this?

Color management in Ps v. 27/2I have been working with Photoshop for years. Since I mainly create photo books, I have always converted my photos to CMYK and TIF. This has always worked without any problems and produced excellent color results. The latest version of Photoshop makes this impossible for me personally (apparently, I don't understand the new version). It starts with me opening an already edited RGB photo with colors that are perfect for me in Ps: the result is shocking. The colors are gray and without contrast, as if a milky layer has been placed over them. I then worked with the RGB photo first, and when I thought the result was acceptable, I saw that the result in Id was dark and completely unacceptable in terms of color. I then tried to create a CMYK version. First of all, I found it very complicated (Convert to Profile etc.), and secondly, the colors are terrible. It seems to me that Ps actively discourages conversion to CMYK. I don't know if I don't understand the new

Bonne fetes à vous.----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Hello,When I import an Illustrator (.ai) file

I have a pdf I imported and it has an vector-graphic of a street sign. there are actually two images of these graphics sitting on top of each other. I bought Astute Graphics' Vector First Aid, which has a "remove duplicate art" function that works when I create the same situation from scratch, but it won't work for this file (I have reached out to Astute but have not heard back). There is something odd though. the graphic has had all clipping masks removed and has been ungrouped and nothing is locked together. However, if I click on one of the letters, it selects only that one letter, if I draw a box around that same letter (not click-select, but box-select) it will select almost all of the letters as though they are grouped. I doubled checked and that selection is no grouped, locked so I don't know why that is happening. Is there another stting that will group a bunch of seperate vectors together? attached is the file. I have literally hundreds of these I need to prep for printing

I've spent weeks trying to figure this out. I'm creating templates in Adobe Acrobat for my users to send for Adobe Sign signatures. I have my Adobe Sign enterprise level date default set to MM/DD/YYYYWhenever someone gets to the "Specify where to sign" step and they create a date field there the default setting takes place.  However, if I have the es_date field already in the template they have to remember to go to the field during the "Specify where to sign" step and change it, otherwise it defaults to MMM DD, YYYY I've done a bunch of research trying to find how to get this to work as I expect it to and am coming up empty.  Lost of folks say to set the form to not require e signatures during the prepare form step and I can set the format, but this document *is* being used to send out for Adobe Sign signatures so that's not an option. Most of the form fields I've been able to configure correctly by naming them with the correct syntax ie; Date of signing_e

I demand a refund. I ordered a video, but there is a problem—there is no sound. I have requested sound and text in my language, but I have had to repeat my request many times. Does your AI not support Hebrew? I am requesting financial compensation, as I purchased your service and it is causing me harm. I want my money back, or I will leave negative feedback. Thank you.

Get this dialog when I launch Bridge 16.0.1.18 (latest): “Adobe Bridge 2026.app” would like to access data from other apps. When 'allowing' it just comes back on every launch. Not a huge deal, but very annoying.

I keep getting billed $12 by Adobe but my only subscriptions it says I currently pay for on adobe are annual yearly pay for mobile and windows. How can I fix this?

Hi,I’m looking for guidance regarding a subscription that was activated on my Adobe account without my awareness.A few months ago, someone used a computer in my office where I was logged into my Adobe account and apparently activated a paid plan. I did not authorize this and have not used the plan at all. Unfortunately, I missed the notification emails and only noticed the charges about four months later. As soon as I realized this, I checked my account and cancelled the plan.I understand that this situation involves some responsibility on my side as well, but since the subscription was not intentionally purchased by me and was never used, I’m hoping Adobe might consider a refund for the unused period, or advise on what options are available.I’d appreciate any help or direction from Adobe support or community moderators.Thank you.

can someone tell me what is wrong with this one   [moderator detached this from a hijacked thread]

Hello,I'm working on reels within a Premiere Pro Production so basically I have my rushs inside specifics projects as I have my editing sequences in specifics projects. I noticed something those last days and that's about the transcription feature. I can't edit the text in my transcript panel to make corrections. I thought about the fact that my source clip is in a specific projet and my editing sequence in another one but I don't really know what's the trouble there. Is there something I'm not aware of with this workflow ?Thanks for your support,

Hi,   I recently had to upgrade my Indesign to v21.   There seems to be a problem with workspaces. When I open or create a new document or maximise Indesign from a minimised state, randomly the palettes I have docked to the right of the screen do not open when I click the named tile/docked palette. They acknowledge my click but dont expand.    My colleague upgraded a while ago and I remember him getting stressed about this exact same issue so I dont know if this is version specific or Windows 11 specific but it is a problem. The work around seems to be having mulitple saved workspaces and when this occurs, switch to another one.   If you have experienced this, on Windows 11, please let know if you found a solution. Thanks.     <Title renamed by MOD>

I have received several email regarding payment for the adobe creative cloud service and had a subscription deducted from my bank account. Upon checking my account today it has come to my surprise that I have an ungoing subscription with adobe that would require a cancellation fee. I have not used the service at all. Additionally, I have already cancelled this subscription in November 2025 and even received a cancellation confirmation email regarding this on thw 7th of November 2025. I'm sure there has been a miscommunication or bug regarding this, would be great if I could get a refund on any amount that has been deducted from my account and do waive the cancellation fee. Thank you.
