Hello, I submitted a vector file, but it was rejected.I received this message.I revised the file and submitted it again. However, it was rejected once more.Could you please tell me what needs to be fixed?I am attaching the file to this post.※I am writing in English as I translate, so I apologize if the sentences sound awkward.----------------------------------Your file has one or more of these issues:Your vector file contains a raster/bitmap image, and vector files must not contain raster elements.Your JPEG preview file has been compressed too much, so textural problems have occurred in the file.Your JPEG preview resolution must not be less than 5,000 X 3,000 (15 million pixels)You didn't use anti-aliasing when exporting your vector file to JPEG, so there are problems with lines on the JPEG file."----------------------------------

Everytime I try and open a file saved from photoshop, it doesn’t let me, and keeps giving me the error in the image. It happens when I try and open from my Adobe Cloud AND from my files on my laptop saved from photoshop. The button “Learn how to fix” is not useful and isn’t helping me fix the issue. I’ve tried restarting my laptop, using an older version of photoshop, uninstalling and re-installing the latest photoshop updates, and using the web version, but no luck.

This happens when I highlight a section of text, go to Character, type a font name, and press Return (Enter). The text block then turns completely grey, and I have to find a way to turn it off. Sometimes it even gets stuck on the screen when I minimize Photoshop.I just bought a new Mac Air M5 expecting a better experience than my old Windows laptop, but then I ran into this bug. Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it? It's really ruining my experience on Mac.I’m using Photoshop version 27.9.1If I don't search for fonts and just select them manually, it doesn't happen.Someone literally told me to '"just quit the habit of searching for fonts." and I was like, 'WTF is that?" I shouldn't have to change my entire workflow just because of a bug.

I am experiencing a reproducible problem with Find Distractions → General Distractions in Photoshop.Find People and Remove Wires work normally. However, when I select General Distractions, Photoshop starts processing and then suddenly quits in the middle of the process. There is no useful error message before Photoshop closes. The issue appears to be limited specifically to General Distractions.I have the latest version of Photoshop installed and I am also using the latest NVIDIA drivers.Has anyone else experienced this? I would also appreciate it if Adobe could confirm whether this is a known issue.Below are Photoshop System Infos , and GPU and driver details. *******Adobe Photoshop Version: 27.9.1 20260803.r.1 65900e1  x64 (final, Release)Number of Launches: 516Operating System: Windows 11 64-bitVersion: 11 or greater 10.0.26200.9168System architecture: Intel CPU Family:6, Model:7, Stepping:1, AVX2, AVX-VNNI, HybridCPU(8:16), HyperThreadingPhysical processor count: 24Logical processor

When preparing a Form-Fillable PDF I have forms with multiple Radio buttons as well as text boxes in a row. If you copy and paste these get duplicated in the same grouping. Is there a faster way to make duplicates of like radio buttons or fillable text boxes that you do not have to edit the Group name on individually? For example I have 20 questions on a page that are all Yes/No radio button answer options. I want to have 20 groupings of 2 item radio buttons of Yes and No options for each grouping.

I got a question. I want to fade the text in and out. I can't seem to do it with captions so I made text layers, but it seem like i need to change the placement and style for every item itself.

Crafting After Effects scripts is getting easier - I've even coined a term for it -Just In Time Scripts - JITS (aka doJITSU).I recently posted on how to write better LLM prompts to obtain expressions and scripts. Let’s take things a step further - a name for what has become a common practice in recent After Effects history. JITS do not have to be full-featured and they should not hinder your work with layers and keyframes, for too long - it’s an investment in time, to create reproducible solutions using Expressions and Scripts. Both can be enhanced as and when required, during a project and then saved, as is, or enhanced further, to cater to more use-cases or to handle edge-cases.Below are screengrabs of 6 scripts that were crafted in a a day or two, for a recent project. They saved hours of work including the critical ones that appear during revisions or near delivery.A couple may make it into my multiscript - broadcastGEMs MAG and the others will be saved into a larger multiscript fo

I am not an Arabic speaker and create commercial stock images with HUMAIN Image 1 using detailed English prompts. For Saudi-specific subjects such as traditional clothing, food, architecture and cultural occasions, does Adobe recommend continuing with English prompts, or can Arabic prompts provide better cultural accuracy? If Arabic is preferable, is this advantage significant enough to justify using machine-translated Arabic prompts?

Title: Contributor since 2017 (Fotolia era) – account closed for "multiple accounts", though both accounts pre-date the March 25, 2025 policyHello everyone,I'd like to share my case and ask for advice from experienced contributors and Community Experts. I hope it can also serve as a case study for others in the same situation.Background:- Account 1: created September 15, 2017 (Fotolia era) – live-action video only, no AI. I shot, graded and edited everything myself, hired models with signed releases, and produced content for Adobe briefs.- Account 2: created before September 24, 2024 – generative AI video only, labeled as AI.- No duplicate or similar content between the two accounts. At the time, the Account and Submission Guidelines allowed separate accounts for different asset types, including generative AI versus traditional content:https://helpx.adobe.com/my_en/stock/contributor/help/submission-guidelines.htmlWhen the new policy started on March 25, 2025, Adobe stated that contribut

I have a fillable pdf form I e-mail to clients. Depending on several variables I need to fill out some of the blank spaces they intentionally leave blank after they save and send the form back to me.Once sent back to me I am unable to then add data to those blank spaces and am unable to change data in some spaces they completed.

I need to cancel my subscription and appeal the first payment.

I'm using InDesign version 26.1 on Windows 11. I changed the names of a lot of paragraph styles. When I search for the new style in Find/Change, the old name appears in parenthesis next to it. Can I get rid of the old style names? Is InDesign holding them in cached memory?

[For the "did you search?" trolls, yes I've searched for answers and I have gotten nothing even close to what I'm searching for.  I'm at work and can't spend precious time searching more and this flaw is killing my productivity thereby impacting my ability to support my students.] I am going MAD with Acrobat moving the window and resizing the window every time I open a different PDF file.  I have my APP windows in certain places so I can see multiple things and transition between them quickly and efficiently.  BUT, every time I open a new PDF file for another student, for unknown, illogical, maddening reasons Adobe keeps moving the window to another location and resizing it. No other apps do this.  I have temporarily found a workaround for the resizing by setting the default to open @ 100%, but what I would REALLY like is for it to let me set the window size and location then when I open PDFs it opens them right where I set it instead of it deciding t

No matter what; even if I create a new document with a few squares, and select one of them, Start Global Edit returns: “Global Edit is currently not supported for more than 1000 highlighted objects.”Looks like an awful bug to me, so what do I do?macOS Tahoe 26.5.2, Ai 29.3.1

Windows 11 laptop, always with the latrst Photoshop version.I'm just learning the crop tool and for the last few weeks have been making some good 5:4 crops.  As of this morning, I've lost the ability to delete cropped pixels, and toggling the garbage pail icon just switches between filling in an area with a solid color or a checkerboard.  I want neither.  How do I get this back? Please see both attachments.  Edit - I changed the PNG screenshots to jogs, but I still can't see them anything in the previews, but you should get the point without them.  I also reset the crop tool which did not help.

Hello,I created my own art work in Illustrator. Every time I want to continue to work on it, the Generative A I pops up, it is very annoying. I also noticed it does not come up on all art work. I would like to disable the pop up. Please help!

Why is it so hard to find someone from Adobe to contact.  I was using Instagram to chat witht hem and then nothing has been said from them in a few days. I am trying to regain access to some lost files from an account that was closed down just a week ago.

Illustrator has become extremely slow recently overall, but it is especially noticeable when working with text.General UI actions feel sluggish, and anything related to text is much worse:- Opening the Character panel takes several seconds- Selecting text has delay- Changing text parameters is slow- Text-related panels respond very lateIn addition, Illustrator itself takes a very long time to launch and fully load.My PC is strong (RTX 4060, lots of free SSD space, updated drivers, latest Illustrator version), so this does not seem hardware-related.What I already tried:- Updated GPU drivers- Cleared temp/cache files- Reset Illustrator settings/preferences- Disabled GPU Performance- Tested on new empty documentsHas anyone else experienced this recently?Could this be related to fonts, Adobe Fonts sync, recent Illustrator updates, or some known bug?
