Who had the great idea of Gen-Z-ing this? With the new Photoshop-Update it is terrible to “act” on my actions. IT IS OVERBLOWN!!! WHO THOUGHT THIS IS A GOOD IDEA??? It used to be easy to click on/off parts of my actions that I’ve programmed (which is such a cool feature from you guys! Love it!) . Now you’ve made it very hard to “on/off” parts of my actions.Do you really need to “stupify” your software? The new “Actions” interface is honestly terrible, it looks like a bad “beta”. Please revert to the old UI. What I hate: the new UI design structure itself is very hard to read – “what’s active in my action, what’s deactivated”… it used to be really easy to change a programmed action within, now … it’s not. Many more steps are involved now. I was much, much faster before the new implementation. Honestly, who thought this is a good idea/update? It is not.You do create fantastic things for us and I love you for it, but this is not one of them.If you need more … please contact me, this need’

A month ago I uploaded a bunch of svg files to my brand kit and I was able to edit and choose any of my brand colors from the “edit” menu. Now when I insert one of those graphics they behave as png, I could only edit the color if I added the effect as the duotone. I need to be able to edit the color directly and put the correct hex.

I am trying to correct recognized text as part of this scanned PDF. The “correct recognized text” function has indicated a series of dots as grammar, when it is in fact shading done in a diagram image. When I try to clear the field, it won’t let me accept. There is no box saying “not text” This is 26.1

Hi, When I create a PDF document from word, the font Times New Roman is getting changed to Times Roman. Here I use the Acrobat Pro Dc for my conversion of word to PDF.   I found a similar blog Times New Roman in Word documents changes to TimesNewRomanPSMT in PDF documents (Create PDF)  explaining the problem.   Is there any solution to overcome this problem?   Can someone please help?

How can I create several consecutive video clips in Adobe Firefly while preserving visual continuity between them?I create music videos by combining multiple short clips generated with the Adobe Firefly Video Model. What is the recommended workflow for keeping the same character, location, lighting, colour palette and direction of camera movement across consecutive generations?Should I use the final frame of one clip as the starting frame of the next clip? Is there a way to preserve the same seed, character reference or scene reference between video generations? How can I avoid visible jumps or changes in facial features, clothing and background at the transition point?

Lately, I have frequently tried creating short video animations. The model I prefer costs 400 credits, meaning I can generate 10 videos per month. On several occasions, however, an error occurred during the generation process, and no video was produced—yet the credits were still deducted.I discussed this with customer support, but despite their assurances, I did not receive the credits back the following month. I am very unhappy about this. I shouldn't have to pay for a product I never actually received.

Can you help in solving such issue ?How to disable access to web account

I've just noticed Photoshop has disappeared from my installed apps, if I scroll down to all the apps it says 'install' for Photoshop. It is already installed and I still use it but according to Creative Cloud it is not installed?

Do you have a support chat or phone number?

How can I generate a truly static camera shot in Firefly Video?Even when I request “locked-off camera, fixed tripod shot, no camera movement”, the generated video may contain slow zooming, drifting or camera shake. Are there recommended prompt instructions or settings that reliably disable camera movement?

Acrobat Reader is my default program for reading PDFs - I don’t need to edit, I just need to be able to read them. When I open a PDF, there is another Window with a thin gradient title bar that only shows “Adobe Acrobat Reader (32-bit)” and I have to click the X to close it three times in a row. Only then can I use Acrobat Reader. It happens every time I open a PDF document. If I want to open another PDF, it works, but the first PDF I open always makes me close this blank window three times. Below is what it looks like - as you can see the window completely covers the document and I have to close 3 times before I can see my document.

This new udpate gives me a contstant spinning wheel almost after each action I try to make. Select an item, move an item, open a panel, open a menu, anything really—each interactions causes the wheel to appear for 1-2sec. My productivity has been completely obliterated.
