Solved

Hi everyone,I'm looking for advice on using Adobe Express to create professional and consistent graphics for a gaming website. The website covers PVZ Fusion, including beginner guides, gameplay tips, game updates, and information for Android and PC players. You can see the type of gaming content I'm working on here: https://pvzfusions.mx/I'd like to create a recognizable visual style across my graphics, with consistent colors, fonts, layouts, and image sizes. I also want to make reusable templates for new articles and resize designs for different social media platforms without having to start from scratch each time. For those who use Adobe Express regularly, which features would you recommend for building reusable templates and maintaining a consistent brand style? Are there any tips for making gaming graphics look clean and readable on both mobile and desktop screens?I'd appreciate any suggestions or workflow recommendations. Thanks!

I've just moved over to a new Mac, and I'm finding the behavior of the Photoshop window is not acting like it used to. I'd like to go back to the way it was. I've tried different choices in the settings, but to no avail. I like to use an independent window when I'm working on a file, not tabs (see screenshot). But I'm used to the entire image not scrolling to display the artboard within that window unless I manually resize the window. When the entire image is shown in the window, I don't want to be able to scroll into the artboard. Does that make sense. The screenshot I'm posting shows what I don't want. I'm using Photoshop 2025 on a Mac.

I’m making a rotoscope animation through photoshop for class, we had to animate over a video we made. I used one of the class-owned macbooks and it let me embed a video no problem, now I’m trying to finish it as homework and I’m using my windows laptop, it said it couldn’t find the video I had embedded so I tried re-adding it and all it does is say “Could not complete your request as the footage is not a recognised format”. It’s an MP4, I tried converting it to an AVI and that didn’t work either. I have no idea what to do? Everything is updated, it just really doesn’t want to embed the video.

Whenever I try to print, photoshop crashes. No error messages, it just closes.I have uninstalled/reinstalled. I have removed any recenlty installed software (configuration program for a graphics tablet). And I have tried everything suggested in similar threads, the most recent being from back in 2023. Printer drivers are up to date, and the printer works fine with all other applications tested. It's just Photoshop that has this problem.Any suggestions? Thanks

I need refund I already unsubscribe but they still took payment yesterday I need refund to my gcash.

Hi I'm attempting to insert an image into a transparent chip bag but I get no result. I'm using a chip bag png file but after that I can't select it or do much with it. I wan't to be able to insert any image I create into it for future use. I thought its almost like drawing inside of the object like illustrator does but I don't think thats the correct rout. Can someone please point me in the right direction. Thank You.

In the old Adobe, the "Save" feature allowed a person to choose where to save files. Now, the "Save As" doesn't allow it to save anywhere except Adobe's cloud. And then when I go there to try to move it to a specific folder, I cannot now figure this out. It is not intuitive. I have a PhD, I do research for a living, and I LITERALLY have spent the past 10 minutes trying to save a PDF to a specific location on my computer. I resorted to downloading it, going to my downloads, having to click and drag it to a folder (because god forbid, if I open it in my Downloads, the stupid Adobe options still don't let it be saved anywhere specific). Really terrible update. And I get a ton of pop-ups. I don't need all of the pop-ups, I don't need your new features, I just need to SAVE A FILE!! And, lets be clear-- I don't need files in your cloud-- I need them in mine. I attach an image of the terrible 'save' feature. It only lets me change the name! You can see I've tried this multiple times and ways

How do I redact a document that has been signed using Adobe Sign?

Cuando intento acceder a la prueba gratuita de 7 días e introduzco los datos de la tarjeta, me dice que no soy elegible. Cuál es el problema?

I requested cancellation on the same day that I purchased a free trail and you have been charging me £29.96 since March. I would like a full refund as this is theft

I am looking to purchase a Dell desktop computer for use with Creative Cloud for Photographers (both Photoshop and Lightroom). Can you give me some guidance as to system requirements for the desktop and the monitor for decent performance? Any caveats to avoid? Do I need to go with a Dell Tower? I am not a professional photographer but am serious about my photography. Thanks.

Doesn’t matter if it’s a layered file or a flattened file. Photoshop Beta, which was also updated today, works fine.

I have been using Premiere for iPhone for a while now, but can only see 9:16 templates. Are 16:9 templates available?

Previously, when I right-clicked the Adobe Acrobat Reader icon in the Windows taskbar, it listed all the filenames currently open in Reader. Now it only lists approximately 13 of the open files. Above the list of filenames it shows Recent. I routinely have over 25 files open in Reader and the list of open files is critical for locating a specific file. At this time I have about 40 files open.Is there a limit to the number of open files that would cause all the files not to be listed?

Hi all, I was going through my Adobe Scan files on my Android phone and deleted some of them. I then realized that I needed to retrieve one and searched for a solution and found that I could log into Adobe online and look for my files here as long as it is within 30 days of the deletion date: https://www.adobe.com/files/deleted However, it does not appear. I then made a test and immediately deleted another file from my Adobe Scan Android. Then went to check the deleted files folder again and it does not appear there. I then used a browser on my laptop and went online to my Adobe Scan subfolder in the cloud and deleted another test file. Now this time, I could find the deleted file inside the Deleted Files folder. So it appears to work from a web browser but not when I deleted it from the Android Adobe Scan app. How do I recover the file I deleted using the Adobe Scan app?? It doesn't appear to behave in sync as per the browser application. Help!

Every month once Indesign is updated, our whole company is unable to open adobe. They get the error "indesign.exe - application error. The application was unable to start correctly (0x0000142). Click OK to close the application." This has been an on going issue for a few months now. The temp fix is to run a repair on the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable which fixes it until the next update comes out. This is for windows 11. Is there a more permanent fix for this?

My patch tool is in a hidden toolbar and when I try to drag it into the main toolbar, it is not highlighted and so not working, it is not an image or layer issue, but the tool itself.Any ideas?

Hello. This message starts to pop up now with using GenAI tool (Photoshop beta and 26.7.0, both version) "You don't have enough credits for this generative action. Upgrade your Firefly plan now to get more credits for continued access or wait until your monthly reset."I have the annual subscription (renewed several days ago) and 250 credits included into this plan. Usually when all credits are gone, GenAI just continue to work slower, but there wasn't any block to use this tool. Are there any new rules/tariff changes for using this tool?

When I try to purchase It gives same error. We couldn't process your payment. Please check your payment details. If the issue persists, try another payment method or contact your bank. I tried 3 different credit card but the result is same. I tried from both pc and mobile phone. I contacted my bank amd they say cannot see any error. Tried edge, chrome and firefox is same result.  With the same cards I can shop from international shops but Adobe does not accept my payment methods.

I am aware that this has been asked before, but I have not found an adequate answer.I have always disliked the methods used by Illustrator for pan and zoom functions. I have been using a program called X-Mouse Button Control to remap the functions of the mouse wheel and middle click to pan and zoom operations. For panning, this works well: Middle click to pan. In X-Mouse, the middle click is replaced with a macro that will hold the space key, and simulate a click/hold of the left mouse button. This allows panning in a way that is similar to many other programs I use daily. The zoom, however, is a bit more difficult. By remapping the mouse-wheel-up/mouse-wheel-down to include holding the 'alt' key, I can zoom in and out. The issue appears when I hover over the Transform dimensions and/or position of an object. Since the 'alt' key is held, it copies the selected object at each click of the wheel. While this can make for some very interesting geometric designs, it is no quite what I'm afte

10〜数百枚の画像をRAWからJPEG、AVIFで書き出しをすると、一部の書き出しが失敗し一度にすべてを書き出せません。 キャプチャは、15枚ほど選択した状態で書き出したときですが、2枚失敗しています。これは個別で書き出しをすれば成功しますが、時には100枚以上が不明なエラーで書き出しに失敗し、何度もファイル選択をし直して書き出し直す必要があり非常に不便です(そしてその書き出し直しでも何度も数枚が失敗します) When exporting 10 to several hundred images from RAW to JPEG or AVIF, some exports fail, so I can’t export them all at once. The screenshot shows a situation where I selected about 15 images to export, but two of them failed. While exporting them individually works fine, sometimes over 100 images fail to export due to an unknown error, forcing me to repeatedly reselect the files and re-export them—which is extremely inconvenient (and even during these re-exports, a few images still fail repeatedly).

I've been designing the same 40 page publication for years. It is set up with 4 different master pages (spreads). Every master has 2 columns with a .25 inch gutter width. In the past, I've always been able to drag the gutter on the layout pages to change the width of each column (to match the content). But in the past year or so, every time I try to do so, it defaults to .1667 inch gutter width. Why doesn't InDesign maintain the .25 inch gutter when I move it now? Currently I have to re-set the gutter manually using the Layout> Margins and Columns dialogue box for every page where I don't want equal columns. Very annoying!Any help is much appreciated!
