Hello!   Apologies if this has been solved, I couldn't find it.  I have a 6*9 document, with facing pages. I want to have two columns (easy right?) but I need to have two different text flows, since it's supposed to have one language on the left, and the translation on the right. The column in the right should have its own text, and I want to be able to manipulate freely the column on the left, with different text.  I thought I would create two text frames in Master Pages, and link the frames from the even page, to those on the odd page.This will work, but only in that direction. I find no way to make the text flow from the odd page, back to the next even page automatically. Please help! Basically autoflow, of two different text frames.   <Title renamed by MOD>

Hi,I want to transform an existing image into a new version while keeping the basic layout, but changing certain elements like people, objects, or style.Is there a way in Adobe Firefly to upload an existing image and generate a new one based on it?If yes, could you please guide me step-by-step on how to do it?

Hi all, I have to export a lot of different still images with a specific naming but each time i do a Save Frame As... , it adds the frame number at the end of comps name. I would like to know if there's any way of removing it by default.  In the render queue, I always have to select comp's Output To: and Re-select "Comp name" manually for each export and it is really a pain . Thanks in advance

I have checkboxes K1 add-up checkbox, K2 add-up checkbox...K20 add-up checkbox  I also have text fields formated for numbers which are K1, K2...K20.  Finally, I have text fields formated for numbers which are K1_, K2_...K20_. Numbers will be entered into K1, K2, etc.  Those numbers will copy into K1_, K2, etc.  So far, so good.  If I check the K1 add-up checkbox, I would like the number copied into K1_ to change to zero.  I am using the following custom calculation script in K1_: if (this.getField("K1 add-up checkbox").isBoxChecked(0)) {event.value = 0;} So far, this also works.  The problem is that if I check more than one checkbox, say K1 add-up checkbox and K2 add-up checkbox, the zero goes away in K2 add-up checkbox and it reverts to the number that is being copied from K2. Hopefully, I have explained this sufficiently for someone to help me with what is going.  I'm thinking it mus have something t

Hello.   I cannot find the Rounded Rectangle tool in CC 21. I have reset all toolbar settings, reset workspace settings, etc, and the Rounded Rectangle tool is nowhere to be found.   As you can see, all other shape tools are available in the Customize Toolbar options and no tools are hidden. One would think that if the Rounded Rectangle tool was available, it would be shown somewhere in here.   I own legacy software (CS6) and I even confirmed that I didn't just imagine the existence of this tool. It's readily available by default in the toolbar on CS6. Nowhere on CC 21.   Is this the result of the recent update? Is there something very obvious that I'm missing and can't find? Any help would be appreciated.

I have a drawing in illustrator that I want to keep in the exact same dimensions in photoshop. (eg 16mm in ai is 16mm in ps). So I exported from illustrator as a save as web and opened the file in photoshop, but found that I'm unable to edit in the layers panel. Can't even add a new layer. Is there a fix or alternative way to do this?

Hello All!I’ve developed a dynamic stamp in Acrobat that successfully generates a unique ID, prompts the user to "check boxes" aka. Textfields that are populated with an X if the respective value is input, and collects text input for fields, each via separate dialogs or prompts. However, I’m struggling to combine the text field prompts into a single multi-field dialog for a smoother user experience.First I wanted to work out only the text fields and when that works, the goal would be to also have thge "checkboxes" in the same dialog (not a must)Has anyone managed to implement this, or can offer advice? What works:1. Calculate an unique ID-number for each stamp.  A trusted function handles incrementing and saving a counter. The stamp script then reads this value each time the stamp is applied. (✓) 2. Prompt user for checking boxes. A dialog prompts the user to choose "a" or "b", and the script marks the matching checkbox aka textfield with an "X".  (✓)&nbsp

Hello, is there a list of supported languages for Lightroom classic somewhere?thanks for infoJoseph

Hello, I recently signed up for Acrobat under the impression that there was a 7-day free trial. However, the full monthly subscription amount was charged to my account immediately.As I had not intended to be billed right away and believed I could cancel within the trial period, I kindly request a refund for this charge. Please let me know if you require any additional details, such as my account information or payment receipt, to process this request. Thank you for your understanding and assistance. Best regards,Muminah Aijaz

I am interested in purchasing some LUTs form an established filmmaker, but his website says the following: "Gamut LUTs are designed primarily for Rec709, the standard color space for most displays. If you’re working in Log, you can use our BaseLUTs to convert from Log to Rec.709 before applying any creative LUTs."  My question is whether Rec709 is recognizable within PR if I start out using S-Log when filming?  Newbie trying to understand all the nuances to LUTs and the softwrae on my Sony A7IV.  Thanks in advance for your answers.

I have an unresolved cross reference on many of my .fm files' master pages in my .book file. I can find them when I go to View -> Master Pages and then CTRL-F (even if I cant necessarily see them), and replace them with a blank, as they are outdated cross references and just need to be removed. Is there a quick way to get rid of them that does not include manually going into each file, clicking View-> Master Pages-> CTRL F-> (etc.)?I have tried to apply the Page Layout format from a corrected file to the remainder of the files and it doesnt seem to want to replace the master pages entirely the way I would generally expect.I also attempted scripting to open files to their master pages so I could do CTRL-F for the whole book, but I did not have much success there.Thanks,

Hi.  My lightroom classic catalog is corrupt as are recent backups of it.  I have tried letting lightroom fix it and creating a new catalog and importing the corrupt one.  Neither strategy worked. Is there some way to fix the catalog without having to repeat all of my work?

I finally gave up  and went with the subscription model of Photoshop.  I have the latest version.  I'm finding in certain instances that it is actually slower than my CS5.  A for instance is I was just doing a smart sharpen and when I clicked OK, it took a second or two for it to render.  I have never seen that on CS5.  It's always been instantaneous.  I know in general, I've noticed this several times.  I just don't remember exactly what the scenarios were.Anybody else wait this long to jump on board the latest version and notice that some things are slower?  I certainly wasn't expecting this from the latest and greatest.

I tried the free trial of secen days but it has charged somehow 1 month subscription fee.plz refund my cost thank you

I have selected some text, tables, and images, and I want to apply object styles(exapmle name:"AA") to the images.How do I capture these images?Sometimes they are imported from Word without links. Other times, they may be linked. This is the original code for capturing the table: if (app.selection != null) { for (var f = 0; f < app.selection.length; f++) { var obj = app.selection[f]; var t = obj.texts[0].tables; . . . }

Hello everyone, My objective is to duplicate the existing artboard items and replace an art item with a different one from another .ai file using a C++ plugin. I am able to duplicate the artboard items and also duplicate another art item from a different .ai file, but I am not able to transform the newly duplicated art to the position of the original art.Below is my code:ASErr ReplaceFromExternalFile(const ai::FilePath& sourceFilePath, AIArtHandle oldArtHandle) { ASErr error = kNoErr; //Store the current document handle AIDocumentHandle destDoc; sAIDocument->GetDocument(&destDoc); //Open source document containing new logo AIDocumentHandle sourceDoc; error = sAIDocumentList->Open(sourceFilePath, kAIUnknownColorModel, kDialogOff, false, &sourceDoc); if (error || !sourceDoc) return error; //Get first art in source document sAIDocumentList->Activate(sourceDoc, false); //Find the art handle to be used in Destinati

Hello, As the title implies, whenever I bring up the masking tool in Lightroom Classic 14.5 I see the "Detect People" start to spin and inevitably it stops and crashes out, rendering the masking function impossible to use. It seemed to work fine a day or two ago when I last worked in this catalog, and nothing abnormal happened. I'm 99% sure it has nothing to do with the catalog itself, I keep 2 different catalogs, one work related and one with personal/family stuff, and both catalogs do the same thing. If an image has previously had masks applied it seems to keep plugging along. However when it is an image where it has not had to "think" about detecting people, that's when it seems to lock up. This is on a Windows 11 Machine, the system specs Lightroom detected are pasted below. Lightroom Classic version: 14.5 [ 202508061311-4cef2162 ]License: Creative CloudLanguage setting: enOperating system: Windows 11 - Business EditionVersion: 11.0.26100Application architecture

I have been using Luminar Neo as a plugin with PSE2024 and, until Luminar's latest update it worked well.Since the update when I try to use Neo as a plugin I get a Windows error message which says 'Windows cannot find 'bad' make sure you have typed the name correctly and then try again'.I wondered if anyone has a similar problem and if anyone has found a solution.
