Hello! I’ve also been dealing with the same issue. I have cancelled my plan properly three times and it still tries to charge my account despite me using only the free tools provided. I have not used anything regarding the adobe subscription and keep continuously being charged despite going in and cancelling the subscription after they charge me. I don’t believe I have ever received a refund. If someone could confirm that a refund will be processed will give me some peace of mind. I am a college student and cannot afford to get charged $30 a month on a subscription that I’ve cancelled three times.

I am writing to report an issue with my Adobe Creative Cloud Pro subscription. My bank account was successfully charged via automatic withdrawal for the subscription fee, and the payment has fully cleared on my end.According to this, I should have had full access to the Creative Cloud products starting on June 18, 2026. However, my account still shows as inactive, and I am currently unable to open or use any of the applications on my Mac.
I signed up for a free trial, cancelled the same day! I have the email confirmation Still I was charged $48!!! Unbelievable scam of an app and terrible user interface. I'm tempted to get a Mac again just so I don't have to use Adobe to manage PDFs (their Preview is soooo much better and free)
Dear Adobe Support Team,I am requesting a refund for the recent charge on my Adobe account.I had taken an Adobe free trial and attempted to cancel it before being charged. During the cancellation process, I was asked many questions and had to go through several confusing steps. At that time, I genuinely believed my trial cancellation had been completed successfully.However, I later found that I was charged for a new month. I have now properly followed all the cancellation steps and cancelled my subscription. tried indesign with the free subscription then i saw u could make the free subscription longer which i chose to do. last week i decided i didnt need it anymore so i cancelled the subscription before they could bill me. today i check my online bank and see they charged me 25.99€. i contact their costumer service who also is to no help. so thanks for that i guess adobe.

I subscribed too adobe 7 day free trial , after useing it for few hours I didnt like , I cancelled my free trial on the same day I signed up. I even got a email confirmation that my account is canceled and I won't be charged. After seeing this email I was like yup its all cancelled nothing to worry about. Until I was charged for a subscription that was canceled. I even have the confirmation email with me I don't know who too reach out its very werid they don't have a proper support system.

I have the Photography Plan (Lightroom, Photoshop, etc) with 20gb cloud storage. I need to increase the storage preferably within the same Plan, or, if I have to by changing the Plan. However the only option under Manage My Plan is to cancel the Plan (with a sorry to see you go message) no option to increase the storage or change the Plan. Customer Support not been helpful at all. Mostly just end the chat. Any help would be much appreciated. I am UK based and do not want the cost of phone calls to US.
Adobe didn't offer individual plan for pakistan and having payment issue for purchasing from pakistan so I want to ask that can use turkey or any other country region to purchase individual plan is adobe allows it or not??

This should have been mentioned in the terms.I feel that this is bad business practice, especially when they do not notify their customers of this.I am writing to have the cancellation $99 cancellation fee waived and to have my Adobe Illustrator product cancelled. If Adobe cannot honor my request, I will be reporting them to the BBB and visiting the bank to stop payments immediately as this is fraudulent.
Hello, Today I was charged for two subscriptions, which I meant to cancel, but couldn’t due to card issues. My subscription was supposed to renew June 1st, but I only purchased it yesterday. I understand the 14-day period has began with yesterday’s date - could you please confirm? When can I expected a refund?
My Google account was disabled, so when I try to cancel my plan, it asks me to sign in, but it doesn't let me anymore, so the account doesn't work, and I don't know any other way to cancel the subscription

I see no way of contacting customer support for details about this supposed subscription. I am not sure if this is phishing or not.
