Hi everyone,My Adobe Creative Cloud annual plan (paid monthly) renewed on July 13, 2026. When I try to cancel, Adobe shows an early cancellation fee of ₹8,339.65.I have a few questions:Is there any way to cancel without paying this fee? If I change my payment card or remove my current card, will that avoid the cancellation fee? Has anyone successfully had the fee waived by contacting Adobe Support?I'd appreciate any advice or experiences. Thank you!
I am being charged monthly for an Adobe After Effects subscription, but I cannot access the account associated with it. Adobe Charge Finder shows the email with asterisks hiding most of the address , so the address is partially hidden. I may have made a typo when creating the account Months ago. I have the invoice number and payment information, but I cannot contact a human support agent because I am logged into a different Adobe account with no active subscription. How can I recover or cancel this subscription?

Good day, Adobe Customer Support!I am kindly asking for your consideration for a refund of my subscription of your Pro version of the app. I was really sure that I cancelled my subscription right after I applied for the free trial. However, today, my Gcash was charged with the amount of ₱1,891.68. I understand that it is not easy to make a refund decision immediately but I hope to be considered as I am still a student and I can't afford to make such huge amount of purchase. I am a student from Portugal. In august/september of 2024 I was supposed to pay my adobe monthly subscription (it was around 19€) but during this time, I was away from my computer and my credit card had expired.This left me with no way to pay, cancel or change my payment details for aprox. 1 month. When I was finally able to link my new card, Adobe told me I would be forced to pay what I owed (fair) and I would be forcefully placed in a yearly plan in which my monthly price would increase from 19€ to 41€ (unfair). My only option for cancellation was to pay a few hundred € to exit this plan that I was being placed in without a choice.Since then, I’ve been stuck on this plan and paying the price they told me to pay. This is quite annoying, It more than doubled my Adobe expenses and left me with no option to contact or reach out to support. Hello,I need help cancelling my Adobe InDesign free trial.I started a 7-day free trial of Adobe InDesign on 3 July 2026, and the trial was subsequently extended for another 7 days.The InDesign plan is visible in the Creative Cloud desktop application, but it does not appear correctly in the “Plans” section of my Adobe account. Therefore, I cannot access the “Manage Plan” or “Cancel Plan” options.I have also tried using the Adobe “Contact Us” page, but it keeps redirecting me to the same page. No chat window appears, even after trying different browsers and disabling browser extensions.I am requesting assistance from an Adobe employee to cancel the InDesign free trial before it automatically converts into a paid subscription.Please confirm that the trial has been cancelled and that no payment will be charged. Adobe keeps randomly resetting my password because it thinks I’m using two computers at once. This invariably happens on the weekend when I’m not even working. First, Adobe’s overly aggressive AI is wrong, and it’s super annoying as a customer that has been paying Adobe for 20 years. That is not how you build customer loyalty, as if Adobe cares about that. Today however their was a system wide issue with password reset emails not being sent out, so I spent my Monday morning doing absolutely nothing except complain about Adobe on Reddit. Adobe needs to stop this. Seriously. It is absolutely inexcusable to be so overly aggressive, treat your clients like pirates, and then not let them have access to their accounts again. Boo hiss. This is a rant, and yes, I’m super annoyed and angry with Adobe right now. I would use another company if Adobe wasn’t a monopoly. For the love of God, please Adobe, stop treating your paying customers like this. It’s worse than Comcast, the most hated company

I came in yesterday to cancel after my first paid month. I saw that my credits reset in 8 days, so I kept the account open and out a reminder to cancel next week. Now today, I get an email saying I was charged another month- I didn’t realize the month refill was different than the credit refill. I canceled now, but I’d like my $9.99 back. It’s saying I have 31 days left until services are finished, which I don’t need and didn’t want. I don’t know who to speak with.
My son has an Adobe account - best I can tell it is connected to the <Removed by Moderator>. Several months ago, he subscribed to a particular service and thought he canceled it. Yet my credit card continues to get charge ~$38 per month and I cannot figure out how to turn this off. He says he doesn't see the subscription on his account - not sure if he has another account or what. I need to talk to someone but cannot figure out phone or chat options.
Despite canceling my subscription within 14 days, I noticed charges were still being debited from my credit card after 5 months. Today I cancelled my subscription, and even though I paid for 5 months without using the service, I still had to pay the cancellation fee. This is completely unfair. Please refund me for the service I didn't use and the cancellation fee.

Hello there, this same thing has happened to me, and I am wondering if I may also message you? I was sent this forum by someone trying to help me. i have been calling adobe about my account being taken over since day 1 of it happening. That was in the beginning of February. We are now in mid July and I am having to spend money to possibly take the company to court for stealing my property. likewise they cancelled the plan on Feb 26th, somehow 14 GB of my data is in limbo, and I can’t speak to anyone who can help me retrieve it. i am a creative design student, and worker, and I now have none of my portfolio because my acciunt was stolen on a business profile without my consent. please advise if I could also reach out to you. i have actually even been messaging the board of directors through LinkedIn about this because I am so beyond desperate for help.
I have the education discount (university employee). I've been asked to renew my credentials because I'm "graduating." The renewal form and verification email only seems to be suited for students: it wants my graduation date and my class schedule. How do I renew as an educator who isn't a student?
