The photography plan is a good, but limited option for retirees. It doesn't allow me to edit video (PremierPro), create a presentation (Acrobat) or create any kind of document to carry the images I'm creating (InDesign)-One problem that perhaps Adobe doesn't understand is that when professional designers retire, they don't stop being creative. It's in the blood. We might not be earning the money from it that we once were, but the drive to create is still there. It's a common problem and guess what - it will affect every creative who is fortunate enough to reach retirement age. A sizeable market.
I am being charged twice on consecutive days every month for the past three months since I subscribed to Firefly in January and I have been unable to contact anyone to resolve the issue. Please help.I am on an individual plan.
I have been a member of Adobe creative cloud for many years now, a faithful customer with all apps. I retire this year and will have to give up my Adobe account due to the cost. Now I only do a little photography and digital artwork but will have to find another way of doing the editing. Adobe do not support retired or disabled customers which I am both now, I find this quite dissapointing from a company that is so big and makes so much money from us. My account will stop in October of this year and in the meantime I will search for other options and download all of my content and hope I can still use most of it when I want to. Does anyone else with an Adobe account find adding Adobe to a dwindeling retirement package a strain and, why oh why does a company of such size and stature not help or even be seen helping people in the same position, I know veterans that would love to get into Adobe but just can not stand the cost. Come on Adobe, get seen helping.
I canceled my subscription within 14 days, starting August 1, when will I get a refund for my subscription?

Ich bekomme immer wieder den Hinweis, mein Konto würde von mehreren Personen genutzt werden. Das ist falsch. Ich habe die Creative Cloud an nur zwei Rechnern installiert und arbeite immer nur an einem Rechner zur Zeit. Niemand sonst nutzt meinen Account. Der eine Rechner steht bei mir im Büro, der andere zuhause. Es ist also unmöglich, dass ich an beiden rechnern gleichzeitig arbeite. Das ist also genau die Situation, die mein Account erlauben sollte. Dennoch bekomme ich immer wieder den Hinweis, dass eine andere Person mein Konto nutzt und muss regelmäßig mein Passwort erneuern. Ich habe schon mehrfach mit dem Support Kontakt aufgenommen, der aber nicht helfen konnte. Einmal wurde meine Installation ohne vorher zu fragen remote von meinem Rechner entfernt, so dass alle meine Voreinstellungen verloren waren. Genützt hat es nichts. Ich finde diese Situation äußerst nervig und erwarte, dass Adobe hier eine Lösung findet.
Hi guys,I have redeemed my stock contributor voucher code just now & rather than update the existing plan, it seems that a new plan has been created.I had to pay for one month as the last voucher you sent last year, expired before this year's came through, but when I go to cancel that, it's saying I need to pay £78.84. Last year I took out a student subscription to use with a course I was undertaking. I understood that the subscription was monthly for 12 months and I had no issue with that. My issue is that the subscription has now rolled over onto a higher fee with no recent notice which is unacceptable. To get out of this subscription I need to pay a fine. I’m shocked at this poor practice by Adobe - surely the minimum I should expected was a reminder that the subscription would move to a higher rate. Has anyone else experienced this with Adobe and if so do you have any advice please. Thank you
Hello,My subscription of 5 years just got renewed two days ago but I received an email stating that the price of the monthly subscription to the Photography (20Gb) plan will go from 11,99€ to 18,14 € per month next month. But, good news, the price would remain the same if I switched to upfront annual payment. I thought "sure", since I'll still use PS in a year, but when I click on "Update Subscription", I get:Error: Plan unavailableWe’re unable to continue with this plan. Select another plan or if you think you’re seeing this message in error, please contact Customer Support. What gives? If I cancel, that plan isn't available on https://www.adobe.com/fr/creativecloud/plans.html and I'll have to pay much more. It's like dangling a carrot in front of me, onIy to deny it in the end. hi! when i try to cancel my student plan, it doesnt let me. it says that social sign is not supported?? and it asks me for me to change my password after that. and after all that, it returns me to 'social sign is not supported'. pls help me!! i dont know what to do ;-; i have attached a pic of what shows when i try to cancel it (english isnt my first language so sorry!)

If I canceled the free trials, will I get my money back? on my bank it says the transactions are pending, but since I canceled them, will I still get my money back?
Okay, so I created an Adobe Creative Cloud account today. Hello. I am a graphic designer and I have a subscription for Adobe Illustrator. My wife (she is an artist) has a subscription for Adobe Photoshop. We both have different accounts that it's impossible to part with. I also need to use Photoshop pretty often, and I either have to use her own laptop or login and logout every time I need photoshop which is really inconvenient because I can't use both illustrator (from my account) and photoshop (from her account) at the same time. A. It is really frustrating that there is no option to be able share both apps within the same household while they are both paid.B. I believe there should be a bundle price for Illustrator and Photoshop together. In this case, I would consider to have my own Photoshop. Anyone has to suggest a solution / idea?

I am unable to cancel my Adobe subscription. Due to having a student plan connected to an institute my “manage plan” button is not available. My school does not manage my adobe account. Hi! I canceled my Adobe After Effects subscription in October 2023 and paid the cancellation fee. Despite this, I’ve continued to be charged monthly ever since.When I try to cancel the plan again, it tells me I have no active subscriptions; which makes sense, because I already canceled it years ago.
