Die Abbuchungsvereinbarung konnte ich zwar direkt in meinem Paypal-Konto kündigen, nur habe ich keine Ahnung, wie ich die erste monatliche Rate zurückbekomme und wollte mich daher an den Kundensupport wenden. Kann mir jemand sagen, wie ich den erreichen?
Hello there,i have forgot to change my Billing address over the past years. It just never was on my mind, since i never needed the invoice for anything. Now that I have to do my Taxes I realized my Billing address was set to a place i left over 2 Years ago. I’m not sure how much of an Issue that would be with taxing, but I have updated my address. The invoices didnt update to said address. Is it possible to get these Invoices updated?Best regards,Lizzy
So one year and a month ago I began a student year subscription for 19 euros a month. It ended last month and even though I didn't even say anything, they put me on another regular year subscription for 40 euros a month. I contacted them, said that this wasn't from me… they ended up ending the subscription for me and refunding me my 40 euros. Literally a day later they took the 40 euros again, but there isn't even any ongoing subscription anymore, so therefore I can't chat to an agent. I really don't know what to do, this shouldn't happen on a regular basis (which it does it seems from the other questions). help.

So, i canceled my subscription before the 7 day trial ended, and now i have a charge of 24,19 euro on my credit card which i didnt need. I cant cancel on the website because it says that the card is not working, but they got my money. Can i please get a refund?
I accidentally switched to the adobe creative cloud membership plan, thinking foolishly that I could change it to student pricing (due to me being a student), but I found out I could not and I was charged with the $53.41 subscription fee. I changed my plan back to my original $10.67/mo Photography plan and while doing so I remember seeing a page that said I will be refunded the $53.41 which is what I expect from situations like this. But it has been 4 days now and no sign of a refund or email saying i will receive one, despite me never having actually used the $53.41 plan at all and only having it for around 4 hours (which is how long it took to process).
I was supposed to be able to get a 7 day free trial but for some reasom my bank or google, not sure which, won't let me sign up for trials and save my card on file. Instead i had to purchase for a month. After about 20 minutes, i realized reader edit doesn't do what it appeared and i cancelled it the same night. I tried getting a refund with google play store, and shouldve been able to since i cancelled within 48 hours, but I guess since i paid aand wont have the service end until the month is up, i got screwed. How do i request a refund???
So I took the adobe 7 day free trial for a college project but never used any product. Before the trial ended I tried cancelling the plan but they did not let me. I contacted customer care and asked them to cancel my plan and delete my account but he was of no use. So the only way for me to escape this trap was to remove my payment details and so I did. This was december 2024. On the month of january I received emails from them saying I need to update my payment details as they were not able to charge me. I also received sms regarding failed transactions. I knew they would do this and it was a good thing I removed my payment details. At the same time I again tried cancelling my plan or deleting my account but they did not let me. I knew they had me trapped. But why worry, I removed my payment details right? Yea thats what I thought and yes in my adobe account the details are not there and a alert dialog is visible saying to update my payment details. Until today, February 14th I receiv
O que acontece com esta falta de organização da Adobe é uma zona cada hora me intercedem meu trabalho colocam tela no meu monitor com narrativas sem nexo, mostrando novos planos e tenho que parar meu trabalho para perder tempo com besteróis. Seis contratam crianças com faixa de idade dos 20 aos 35 anos que são TI e ficam nos infernizando mandando novos planos, tenham a santa paciência todos os dias mandam besteróis e tenho que parar meu trabalho que sou pago por empresas, e isto é muito sujeira de falta de recursos humanos decente na Adobe Acrobat. Vejo muitos usuários reclamando de voces que seis não tem vergonha na cara de fica criando confusões com o público quando irão aplicar IA e nem sabem o que seja inteligência artificial do jeito moleque que nos tratam, veja meus anexos de hoje e vou cobrar na justiça cada minuto que me tiram de meus contratantes.
Creative Cloud doesn't see my plan. When I open it in the browser, it prompts me to switch from Creative Cloud Pro to Creative Cloud Pro because it can't see or read my plan. Basically, it's glitchy.I cleared the cache, reinstalled apps, the browser, and Creative Cloud itself. I don't have ad blockers or a VPN. Nothing changed, neither the provider nor the settings. I have received monthly charges for $62.99 (was $34.99) for a while from Adobe. Those charges should not originate from this account, as this account has a plan from my university. Hello, As I cannot find a way to contact a human via phone or chat, I'm posting this here.I subscribed to Adobe March 2025. Assuming that I would be able to cancel it now in April 2026 without the cancellation fee. That's not the case. Earlier I also tried to schedule the cancellation for March 2026, but as far as I could tell, that was not an option. Is the practices of Adobe really this predatory that not only do you pay the cancellation fee within the first year if you cancel early, but when you auto-renew you have to pay a cancellation fee for the next year as well? I used premiere pro for 2 months (monthly payments) but i forgot to cancel it. Yesterday my card was charged for month of April. I canceled my subscription right after because i do not need it anymore. Could i get a refund for April ? Even if that means to not having access to premiere anymore.
