Liebe Community,ich möchte mein Abo ändern und stoße auf ein nerviges Problem. Aktuell bin ich Besitzer des Creative Cloud All Apps Abonnements und möchte auf das Photoshop-Abo wechseln. Unter Konto verwalten > Abos > Abo verwalten bin ich die simplen Schritte zum Wechseln meines Plans durchgegangen. Im letzten Schritt benötigt Adobe meine Zustimmen, leider erhalte ich hier jedesmal die Fehlermeldung: Dein Abo konnte nicht geändert werden. Versuche es noch einmal. Ich habe an verschiedenen Geräten (iPhone, iPad, MacBook) ausgetestet, das Abo zu ändern. Jedesmal kam dieselbe Fehlermeldung. Per Chat erreiche ich nur den KI-Bot, den Support erreiche ich nur während der Öffnungszeiten – also wollte ich es mal hier versuchen. Habt ihr vielleicht eine Idee, wo das Problem liegt? Vielen Dank im Voraus.

I have been subscribed since 2023 for annual prepaid plan. This year I wanted to cancel the plan but missed the payment date. When I got the bill, I IMMEDIATELY canceled. Hello,I was unaware that my Adobe account would renew today, I thought there would be a reminder.I’ve tried to call customer support but the automated assistant keeps hanging up after a while.Then I tried to speak to the customer chat but no advisors were avilable. Is there anyone I can speak to or contact to help me with my issue?
Kept getting message saying cant connect to servers are you offline. I wasn't then it asked me to sign in. Each time I tried it went back to sign in page. Did password change with get code, , changed password. Still cant sign it, just reverts to sign in page. No VPN, clock issues etc

Hi, to whom it may concern, I have accidentally subscribed for adobe pro a month ago, as I thought I had cancelled my 7 day free trial however I just now am seeing that I was charged £20.84 last month, and this month aswell however the payment was declined for this month. I was not aware that I had subscribed, or that I was charged last month. I also thought I had cancelled my free trial but apparently not. As you can already tell I do not have the funds to pay the monthly trial as my payment has been declined, and I cannot cancel the subscription either because it tells me I need to sort out the issue with my card first. Please allow me to get a refund from last months payment and to cancel the subscription from now on aswell. It would be greatly appreciated, thank you.

I was told that my Adobe Creative Cloud All Apps plan for student and teachers has expired and renewed at the standard rate. In 2020 I received a teacher discount even though I was a retired teacher. For a period of time, in 2020 Adobe was more flexible on the educational requirements. I would like to ask Adobe to extend my teacher discount. I have proof that I am a retired teacher. I taught Adobe products at several colleges from 1990-2011. Any suggestions on who to contact? Even if it is a long shot, I would like to state my case. I believe it has merit. It makes me question the value of being an honest subscriber when Adobe allows this to happen without visible action.What is Adobe doing to protect its legitimate customers and take down these illegal sellers?
