How do I request a refund???I missed my cancelation for my free trail by a week. Adobe said I was screwed and had to commit to my 1 year subscription at $20 a month. I didnt even find the trail useful and forgot about it. I paid $20 a month for a year for something I never used and I couldnt get out of it. The year is finally up and I got charged again. I want my money back. This was the worst experience I've ever had with any product. Scam

Sorry if this isn’t the right community to ask, but I haven’t been able to find a clear answer anywhere. For many years, I’ve had access to an NGO license through TechSoup, similar to student licenses, and as far as I know, I’m still eligible for it. Previously, I’ve had no issues using my credit cards to pay for Adobe Creative Cloud. However, now none of my four credit cards are accepted by Adobe. All of them work perfectly fine for other online purchases, and my bank has confirmed there are no issues with the cards. I did manage to complete a payment via PayPal, but I would prefer to pay directly with my Visa or Mastercard. One thing I find unusual is that when entering my card details, I’m not asked for the CVC code—only the cardholder’s name, card number, and expiration date. I’ve already contacted Adobe support, but unfortunately we had difficulty understanding each other due to the supports heavy accent and poor English skills, and the chatbot hasn’t been helpful as it just repea

Now, I want to cancel the subscription but It shows I have to pay 32.92 euros. As I am a student, It’s really tough fpr me to pay that amount. On March 23 I was billed $119 ad $250.67. I called the company on March 24 to inquire why the extra $250 charge. I was told that I would receive help and the representative then CHANGED my subscription to yearly and charged me $1,848.19 AND another $188.04. Since March 24, I have called every day and chatted with the company. They have only refunded $616.06 and $249.30 to date which leaves $1,515.49 left. Today March 31, they charged me another $1,232.13! I have reported the company to the FTC and BBB. My next move is to file a civil complaint to obtain the rest of the unauthorized debits/charges to my business account. Because of this incompetence I have had to withhold payroll from my employees for the past 2 weeks! Every representative I talk to says the same thing - they understand and that the refund has been processed. Well it hasn’t and the company keeps charging. Worst experience EVER.
I am being forced to reset my password every couple of weeks because I’m being accused of sharing my account. This is really annoying. I have a laptop and a desktop in the SAME ROOM!! I do most of my work on the laptop for the sake of convenience and mobility, but on many occasions have to use the desktop to handle some of the more intense files...plus it has the advantage of a much larger screen to work on. I paid for the subscription to install and work on 2 devices. Why should I have to sign out of one to work on the other? In fact, I often will be working with Illustrator on the laptop, then go to the desktop to view the file I’m working on with the large monitor, then back to the laptop because I may have to go mobile. THIS IS NOT SHARING MY ACCOUNT! IT’S HOW I DO MY WORK! PLEASE MAKE IT STOP!!!

Hi, I'm not sure if I should write this in Spanish or English, as idk what language this is on, I'm not a great English speaker but I hope that I can explain myself good enough, I cancelled my adobe express subscription on March 20th, the billing was on the 11th, when I cancelled the subscription it said that I would receive a full refund for the month that I paid, it was around $6.000 CLP before taxes and $8.000 CLP after. It's March 30th now and I still haven't received my refund and the adobe assistant says that there isn't any refund pending with my account.
