Google denied my refund request and I am now left no choice but to contact Adobe. I was charged for an annual subscription at around March 13, 2026 9pm GMT+8 and I processed a refund on google at March 14, 2 am. Please help. RECLAMO - COBRO NO AUTORIZADO: Solicito que se retire un cobro que se ma hace, después de haber cancelado un plan y se cobra un valor alto por no cumplir el año y no es justo y además es un robo. Solo por no cumplir el año, como castigo le cobre un valor, que por mas digan que tiene descuento se cobra. Debidamente hagan promociones honestas y no de sacar dinero a los consumidores. Espero que lo resuelvan o procedo por vías jurídicos y peleare por mi argumento legal, por ende, solicito que se me retire ese cobro antes de proceder legalmente.

I have two systems and daily if not multiple times a day, I have to log in to creative cloud to use the software on either system. I don’t have excessive numbers of machines logged in. Just two systems. And it’s not a licensing issue; Creative Cloud is not asking me to disable any system’s software, it just keeps asking me to log in. Other WB Discovery employees are experiencing the same issue so I know it’s not just my systems.
Adobe likes to complicate people's lives. I was paying 95 reais for a digital signature, then I got Canva and Photoshop, both of which were useless to me, and they kept my payment at 139 reais, just like that, with the utmost audacity, paying for services that are useless to me.They like to annoy us. If I work with PDFs, they keep sending me messages to buy a subscription, and if there's a subscription, they keep bothering us with this and that purchase. Don't you have anything better to do than create problems with people who want services? I pay for services and don't bother them.
Hello, I am trying to cancel my Adobe Subscription since the start of second month of annual plan, and I am unable to do that due months of Adobe Account 'Plans and Payment' section errors which prevents me to do so. I can't even find details. When I escalate the issue to the agents, they simply leave the conversation and telling me that this error is due 'unpaid invoices'. I have no authority nobody to resolve with, this is getting out of hand. I need someone with proper permission from Adobe to resolve the issue. Regards,-Atahan

My Behance account (behance.net/fedormakatera) was disabled due to receiving engagement from third-party services. I fully acknowledge the violation and have taken complete responsibility — I've already disconnected and removed all such services permanently. I've been in contact with Behance support through ticket #1172782. Alex from Behance Help Center explained the reason for disabling (Feb 25 and Mar 16), and I sent a detailed, honest appeal on March 18 admitting fault, explaining the context, and asking for a second chance — even on probationary terms. Ik had een proefabonnement Acrobat Pro afgesloten en dat werd (zonder vooraankondiging) omgezet in een gewoon abonnement. Wel veel duurder dan op de website staat. € 36,29 in plaats van € 24,19.Toen ik daar achterkwam (beetje laat gezien op mijn creditcard afschrift) heb ik via de chat contact opgenomen. Die persoon zou me een transcript van de chat sturen maar dat is niet gebeurd. Niets ontvangen, ook niet in de spam. Abonnement zou omgezet worden, nieuwe prijs € 23,99. Maar wat niet verteld werd en waar ik later achter kwam is dat hier nog btw bij komt. Bovendien heeft die persoon er een bedrijfsaccount van gemaakt. Wist ik niet en wil ik niet. En er zou een restitutie komen voor de periode december-maart van globaal € 25 als ik het me goed herinner. Dat is te weinig. Zou minstens € 36 moeten zijn. Maar allà daar kan ik mee leven. Alleen is die restitutie nooit betaald aan mij. En nou heb ik vandaag weer contact gehad hierover maar ik ben bang dat het weer niet goed gaat als ik zo na

So I was looking at photoshop but I forgot I already used my free trial so I exited out but about a week later I was charged for photoshop and “adobe stock” which I never even looked at but when I checked my adobe account it said I had no active plans and neither show up in my billing history and when I checked my photoshop it said I didnt even have an active subscription and I cant find the section to refund anywhere even when it clearly say I can refund if its within 14 days
