I signed up for a trial version of Adobe and am now getting a new lap top. I want to put adobe on my new computer but not have it on my old laptop. I know that I can have it on 2 devices but might want to put it on a tablet down the road. Should I cancel my subscription and start over (I can still do that within the next week) or can I remove it from my old laptop and use it on a tablet in a few months?

Bei JEDEM Öffnen einer PDF Datei.IMMER. @Jeffrey_A_Wright I am responding with reporting the exact same problem that @Andre_Langer9558 already faced and it´s the same problem in all details Andre already described. Pop-up every month around time of debiting, stating there is a “Billing Issue” while the payment has already been processed by my bank without problems and, checking my Adobe account, has faced no issues whatsoever.This problem is persisting because here I am, 7 months later.Please advise, is there ANY way to resolve this because it really wears ones patience thin.

I have a Photography (20GB) plan and was looking to increase my cloud storage. There were no options to change plans, so I signed up for a free Lightroom (1TB) trial. The new storage (1TB) now reflects in my Lightroom cloud. My question is if I unsubscribe from the Photography (20GB) plan and just keep the Lightroom (1TB) subscription, will it affect any of my cloud files, folders within Lightroom, etc.?
Hello,I accidentally forgot to cancel my Adobe Express free trial. Adobe attempted to charge my card several times, and in one attempt the $9.99 payment went through even though my card had insufficient funds, making my balance negative.I didn’t intend to continue the subscription and haven’t really used the service. Hello. First of all - english is not my natvie language. So if you dont understand me , please let me know. I will try to use AI. Adobe system wanted to charge me for photoshop , before trial ended, I didn’t have money on my credit card, so the payment failed. I want to stop trial plan, and uninstall photoshop, but - I CAN’T, before I make a payment. So Adobe system wants me to pay and doesn’t let me cance trial. How can I cancel trial without making payment? Next thing. I was charged for adobe illustrator before trial period ended. I was able to end trial period, and the system told me that I will be refunded. How long will it take before my money go back to my bank account? All these money chargings before TRIAL end is at least WEIRD. Thank you.

Hello Adobe,I have been charged just today $19.54 for a monthly Adobe subscription that I cancelled in December 2025. After I saw the payment posted on my credit card, I signed in to my Adobe account to check and saw that I had an Adobe account activated that started payment today. So, I cancelled it right away and then the system said that it was going to charge me $19.99 for an early cancellation fee. But I had initially cancelled my monthly subscription in December 2025. Please help. I even had to cancel my credit card permanently because I thought that my credit card number had been stolen for this unauthorized payment on my credit card.
I am kindly asking for your consideration for a refund of my subscription of your Pro version of the app. I forgot to cancel the 7-day free trial before it ends. Hello Support,I am writing to request a refund for unexpected charges on this adobe account.On November 12, 2025, SHINSEGAE I&C INC granted me access through corporate subscription plan, and I cancelled my personal subscription at that time. However, I was subsequently charged on: November 29, 2025 December 30, 2025 January 30, 2026 February 27, 2026 March 10, 2026 I did not use my personal adobe account during this period, as I was covered under the corporate plan. I now double checked that I have now cancelled all services for sure. I request a full refund for these charges above, as they appear to have been billed in error. I had an option to get Adobe Illustrator for free. It said I would pay nothing for the first 7 days, but immediately after activation of the free trial i was billed the full amount. Currently, the only visible student offer is the promotional R$27.50/month plan, which is explicitly for first-time subscribers. Is there any student plan available for returning subscribers? I am really trying to find someone that can take my subscription from one of my email accounts and put it onto the correct email account. Due to Microsoft account the thing went and used the wrong email and for two months I couldn't work out why I was unable to use photoshop when I was paying. But I have other products on my freelance email address. Adobe photo plan was loaded onto the incorrect and inactive email address and I am really inhappy that now I have to sign in and out all the time to get different products. I don't want to pay cancelation fee of over 100 dollars and rebuy it on the proper email. Both emails are under my name. What can I do? I need one account with all the products, not 2 accounts which heavens knows what product is where, but I am paying.
When making the payment for the Creative Cloud Pro annual subscription, we need to know how we can obtain a tax invoice for Mexico. On the Adobe invoice, we are charged 16% tax, but it is not a fiscal invoice. Can Adobe issue a tax invoice for customers in Mexico?
I had a 7-day free trial that I want to cancel today to avoid being billed. Coincedentally, the website is somehow unable to show me my plans (????????) but works just fine for once I log out of my account on the website. It is like Adobe is artifically throttling everything once I log in. Even the trash AI chat doesn't function. Tried doing it in another browser, in incognito mode, from another device, disabled all extensions etc. etc. etc. Very frustrating and concerning how bad this service is. I hope an Adobe customer service employee can respond and help me out.
My account billing history only goes as far back at April 2023, and I am looking for my billing history prior to that. There is a fine print that says to contact Customer Support, but I have had no luck in even finding that.

My GCash account was deducted 1891.68 PHP after tax for supposedly subscribing to Adobe—which I do not remember subscribing to. The last time I used the service was months ago, and I do not remember that I subscribed to any service, aside from free trials, which I unsubscribed from. Looking at my transaction history, I am supposed to be billed on March 24 for the continuation of the free trial, yet I am charged on March 10….
I purchased Photoshop a while ago for thumbnails. I recently bought a new pc and got rid of my old pc. I logged into my account on Adobe CC and it says I have no active subscriptions and wants me to buy photoshop again. I know that I am paying for it because I just checked my card and was charged recently. I do not even get emails each month about my receipt or photoshop payment which is ridiculous. Because “I don’t have any active plans” I can’t even contact support. Can you believe that? So I am just sitting here getting money stolen from me. I just want to be able to use the photoshop that I am paying for. You would think Adobe would be better.
