I got charged last march 1, 2026, and i applied for refund because i did not want to renew my subscription, however when i tried talking to the chat support the person said my payment is not visible on their end so i contacted my bank and said that they verified that i paid however i need to talk to adobe since they’re the only ones who can process my refund please help me, asap.

Hi all, I already had that Creative Cloud Pro plan (my understanding is that this is the exact same plan you get into if you sign up as a student) at the original price and have been paying that for a few years. Then I just got back to uni for a postgrad programme so I have education status again. I uploaded my paperwork and got my education status verified, but I’m not seeing any discount applied to my plan. What should I do here? Thanks in advance!

My adobe account access authenticator keeps crashing immediately when it opens.I have: deleted and reloaded, hard reboot, reset the phone settings, made sure I have password and biometric access to the phone. Worked with apple support. redone the above multiple times.Help! please

I signed up for a free trial for the Creative Cloud Pro plan (annual, paid monthly). I forgot to cancel my free trial so I just got charged $67.99. Now I want to change my plan into something cheaper but I couldn’t find any option for that, I can only cancel the plan but that will cost >$300. I tried reloading the page but it keeps saying that there is a Billing issue, after I try to ‘Retry the payment method’, they said that ‘Your payment method was updated, and we received the past due amount for your subscription.’ but after that when I reload the page, the ‘Billing issue’ appears again?I don’t understand what is going on. Is it because I don’t have enough $67.99 on my card? If so, I have just paid $67.99 a few minutes ago for the first month so why would I need another $67.99?Please help me out. I really cannot afford this, I need a cheaper plan or change into a cancellable plan. Thank you
I had 2 free trials (annual, paid monthly): Creative Cloud Pro and Adobe Stock – 10 assets a monthI have just successfully cancelled the Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month trial after they have charged me ~$30 on my card.But I can’t cancel the Creative Cloud Pro one, they said that there is a problem with the card, something like “You must resolve your payment issue before making any changes to your plan.If no action is taken, your plan will be suspended.”I have updated the information, but it keeps saying that there is a problem and I must update the information in order to cancel the free trial.Please help me resolve this, I cannot afford to pay >$67 for something I rarely use. Tengo entendido que en México recientemente opera una reforma de ley que establece la prohibición de este tipo de cobros.
When you create a subscription online and then you use the app to try to manage the subscription. You do not have a choice to go online or App Store. The app should offer a choice versus just take you to the App Store subscriptions where you cannot manage your subscription. Has anyone experienced this and know if there’s a fix.
Adobe is in breach by not having a complaints procedure, which is a legal requirement in the UK. I shall be complaining to the FCA. Also, being unable to cancel a product on the promise of a reduced rate for X amount of time is misleading and mis-selling, as a result, I shall be starting legal proceedings under the Consumer Rights Act and Consumer Protection Regulations. It's about time terrible, exploitative companies such as yours are brought to heel. I also expect my account to be deleted and a full refund of £213.57 to the bank account you've been unlawfully draining by the end of the week. Failure to do so will result in legal action for a far bigger sum.

I have been an Adobe customer for over 10 years now - my Creative Cloud plan regularly auto-renews year on year. I am now unable to afford my subscription and tried to cancel it. I was disgusted to find that there is an early termination fee of £332. This cannot be legal. I haven’t just taken this subscription out - I’ve been paying in for years. Please note - I will be terminating my Direct Debit and you will not receive another penny from me. I will be seeking legal advice if you decide to pursue this matter - *Edit - ok, I realise now that this is a recurring card payment. I NEED to CANCEL my Adobe account. Hi, I was under the impression I was on a free subscription until March but I may have misunderstood the terms, my debit card is negative due to a transaction on this account, I have another Creative Cloud account (I can provide the info if needed) where I´m paying around $60 or more monthly. My 14yo son has enrolled to a annual plan with monthly payment. He was interested in one week free trail to check one of Adobe products. Unfortunately I became aware of that, when my son asked me to help cancel his subscription. As it turns out, he has missed his free trial period.
