Hi everyone, I’m trying to subscribe to Adobe Acrobat Pro, but I keep getting an error saying my payment method failed. I’m also unable to add a new payment method — the option doesn’t seem to work at all. Has anyone faced this issue before or found a workaround? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

I have Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 Design Premium software that I purchased back in my college days (2012). The version is CS5 and, of course, I've had it on a few devices over the years. In the past, I've never had a problem with deactivating it from an old device so I can activate it on a new device. That is until recently. I purchased a new laptop and went through the necessary steps of deactivating my Adobe software on my old laptop (Help > Deactivate). It shows on my old laptop that the software has been deactivated ("deactivate" is now greyed out in the drop down menu), but on my new laptop it continued to warn me that I needed to deactivate it on my other device. Now it will no longer let me access my product, which was working up until that point. I get a pop-up window that says "activation limit reached". It does give me the option to retry my activation if I've already deactivated on my old laptop, which I've tried clicking on that but it just keeps sending me in a circl
On November 29, 2024, I subscribed to Adobe All Apps. And now, in November 2025, I wanted to cancel, and I did. But here's the problem: I've never been an Adobe Stock subscriber. But now I see that I'm listed as an Adobe Stock subscriber. But I never had permission to do so. A Stock subscription I've never used has charged my credit card $29.90 every month. Cannot open my Lightroom Classics because I keep getting the same issue that my subscription status cannot be verified. My billing details and address are right, all the apps and my IOS are up to date. I tried to delete everything related to Adobe on my laptop to reinsall everything and nothing helped. Restarted my device multiple times, the time and date are right and the internet connection is good. I even tried to swithc to my phones hotspot and nothing helped. Firewall is inactive. I am giving up on using Adobe and this is my last hope in finding the answer.
Today I got charged for the next month of my creative plan, but since I no longer need it, I was going to cancel. Then the page offered to switch it to another one, and I change it to the Acrobat one, and it mentioned that I would be refunded, but I only got charged for the new one and didn't receive any refund. How long does it take to get the refund after changing the plan?

Hello! Adobe community. Today I have been charged yet another month of adobe cloud. a service I opeend and tried cancelling a day laters, as I noticed it was not what I was looking for. Did not use it, do not use it. Sent a message, representative closed the conversation and never cancelled. Try cancelling when I see the new charge, they tell me I will be charged $65 dollars for cancelling before X amount of days. They tell me they will give me 2 free months and then I can cancel it. Notice they still charged those 2 "free months", I try cancelling, they make the same offer. I tell them(all of this by chat) that I am not interested, they ask me to send the chats where they offered the 2 months, I do. They say the will cancel and refund my charges, never receive a cancellation email or the chat. (but I copied it and saved it) Today no on answers on chat. There is not an email to contact this company or a phone numer. What should I do? &nb

Just 2 day after (19 January 2026 at 20:30 PM), I immediately canceled the automatic payment. However, 35.99€ was still deducted from my PayPal account. Hi, I've been a long-time Adobe Photoshop subscriber, but now I'm considering canceling my subscription. I have an annual contract with a monthly charge. The annual subscription was made on 31.3 and the contract will be renewed if no cancellation is made. So my question is, do I have to cancel 14 days before 31.3 so that the annual contract is not renewed? Or what is this talk about the 14-day time limit? Also, when I cancel, will the license continue until the end of the month I paid for, e.g. if I cancel on 1.3.2026?

I decided to give adobe another try. I had it in 2023 and cancelling was a nightmare and they kept charging me after I cancelled. I just bought a nice camera, so I decided maybe its better now. NOPE. I signed up for a free trial and I know that if I dont get this fixed, im repeating history here. The adobe website is constantly loading. I have cleared my cache, i have opened in a new browser, i have done all the things they have told people to do in the past and I cant and now i am more certain than ever that I want to cancel and never look back. The free trial didnt result in anything as the software never downloaded because everytime i tried, it would say that adobe cant connect to the server. I got the creative cloud cleaner. shocker! it didnt work. Please, someone at Adobe, Please just cancel my free trial for me. I am furious about this and the fact i keep getting told to do it in the website is even more infuriating because IT DOESNT EWER LOAD. please help thx
It started two months ago when my bank sent me a message that "a certain amount of money" has been paid from my credit card to adobe.com, I was surprised because I didn't subscribe to anything from Adobe. I called my bank to better understand what's happening but the customer service couldn't solve the problem. Two days ago the same amount of money was paid "automatically deducted" from my credit card to adobe.com, I went and signed into my account on adobe and went to "plans" and there were no subscriptions I didn't even have my credit card saved on google play as a payment method. Later I found that this specific amount of money is the same as the monthly subscription for Acrobat, which again I didn't subscribe to. I went to the bank to speak face to face with someone but they couldn't solve the problem from their end all they could tell me is to completely cancel my credit card and create a new one, this option is not acceptable to me right now.
