To start off, I just want to note that Adobe's support policy is the worst I've ever encountered. I've pressed the button that literally says "real help from real humans" and yet I'm just being sent to FAQ's. It's arrogant and repulsive that Adobe seems to outsource their CS to community driven forums - for me, the end-user, the result is that I have to use 5x as much time to fix my tiny little problem. I guess this is the future of corporate cost-saving and I hate it.  Anyway, I just want to add an invoice address, so that I don't have to do the laborious process of first accessing my adobe profile, then finding invoices and send them to my connected account, then in my e-mail client forwarding these to my billing e-mail. Is it possible to automate this?

My yearly plan (paid monthly) is said to renew tomorrow, yet when I try to cancel today, I an threatened with a cancellation penalty for ending my subscription early! So I cannot cancel today, but tomorrow it will renew and then I will be told that I cannot cancel for another year?! Please let me know what to do, this borders on the illegal. 

Hola, me gustaría hacer cancelación de mi plan de Adobe Acrobat Pro, lo utilice por el periodo de prueba, después de esto recibí una notificación de que el pago no se había efectuado el 15 de septiembre y trate de cancelar el plan pero me decía que no podía si no había hecho el pago, hoy 29 de septiembre pasado 14 días de la facturación se me hizo el pago automatico por lo que decidí ir a cancelarlo de inmediato y me pide hacer un pago de 538.784COP por la cancelación y que no se me dara reembolso cuando en sus condiciones de suscripción dice que entre los primeros 14 días no se hará ningún pago adicional y se hará el reembolso completo, aparte de esto, también menciona que la suscripción en si comienza cuando se realice el pago por lo cual hoy debería ser el día 1 y no el 14, exijo mi reembolso sin tener que pagar nada, adjunto pruebas de la fecha, sus politicas y lo que se me quiere cobrar.

For the past 2 years (at least) Adobe has taken a MONTHLY fee for use. In April, 2025 Adobe took TWO payments (April 12th AND April 15th). During all the times I have tried to edit PDF files with my PAID Adobe program, I'm not allowed to! But instead, I'm offered a "Free Trial"! Adobe: check your records and REFUND ALL THE FEES you have stolen to date! THEN and only THEN, will I use your "FREE TRIAL", to which I would be entitled to TRY!

Hallo zusammen, ich habe ein "altes" Foto-Abo (das für 12 EUR im Monat) und habe gestern umgestellt von monatliche auf jährliche Zahlung - ich weiss nicht, ob das eine Rolle spielt - zumindest habe ich den Fehler erst seit der Umstellung. Ich arbeite unter Windows 11 Home mit der Version 24H2. Ich erhalte seit gestern beim Starten von LRC die Nachricht "Wir können den Status Ihres Abos nicht überprüfen. Lightroom Classic: Dies ist der letzte Tag Ihres Abos: Keine Verbindung mit Adobe-Servern möglich." Mein Internet-Zugang funktioniert einwandfrei, Photoshop 2025 startet ohne Fehlermeldung, die Nutzung der im Abo enthaltenen Apps auf dem iPhone funktioniert fehlerfrei, ich habe alle Updates gemacht, ich habe den Rechner neu gestartet, ich habe mich aus der Creative Cloud ab- und wieder angemeldet.  Jetzt fällt mir nichts mehr ein. Bonjour, J'aimerais avoir des informations concernant un abonnement Acrobat pro que j'ai souscris au mois de juin. Je souhaitais juste bénéficier de l'essai gratuit afin de tester les fonctionnalités. Cependant, j'ai dû par inadvertance souscrire un abonnement. J'ai donc voulu fin juin résilier l'abonnement ; on m'a informé de frais supplémentaires, donc je n'ai pas résilié. Mais il était écrit que mon abonnement prendrait fin le 7 juillet, soit 1 mois après la souscription. Je me connecte sur le compte adobe aujourd'hui (8 juillet) après avoir été débité de 23.99€, il m'est dit que des frais de résiliation seront appliqué si le résilie ; mais que mon abonnement prendrai fin le 7 août. Je ne comprends donc pas cette boucle infernale ; comment resiliser l'abonnement sans frais? Je ne vais pas attendre 1 mois de plus pour me rendre compte qu'on me prélève encore. Je n'utilise pas Acrobat et je ne souhaite pas conserver cet abonnement. Je trouve extrêmement malhonnête l'inf

Today I purchased a trial version of Photoshop + Adobe Stock – 10 assets a month.These programs do not suit my needs, and I have decided to cancel these products.After logging into my account, I keep getting an error whenever I click on any of the tabs.I do not want to be charged every month, but due to the error and the fact that I cannot reach customer support, my issue remains unresolved.

I have been using Adobe products for the last twenty years. No longer. Two key reasons 1) Adobe has hidden costs seems to purposely make it impossible to cancel a subscription.I had a recent experience trying to set up a client with an Adobe Express account to try it out, but Adobe made it impossible to cancel a subscription. I "canceled" the licenses in the admin account but there was no button to delete the licenses or know for sure the account trial was canceled. The client was then charged for the Adobe subscription despite canceling the licenses and even removing the payment details from the account! I then had to waste 30 minutes asking for a refund, which takes four days to process. What a ridiculous mess! So incredibly shady and deceitful. Even small SaaS companies have better customer support than this! 2) Deterioration of Adobe Product CapabilitiesI’m sure others who have been using Adobe since the CS3 days can relate, but the constant stupid advertisement

Hello everyone,I tried yesterday for hours to purchase a license from Adobe, but the Paypal link did not open for hours. Also was it not possible to fill in a serious invoice where the VAT-number would be accepted and the VAT deducted. This kind of issues is normal for small startups but not for Adobe.Does someone have a contact info where an Adobe employee, if there are some, would try to fix these issues please?Thank you and best regardsMichael

Hi there, i got a subscription with adpbe acrobat pro for the free trial, however, my account was charged and now when i am trying to cancel it is says i will be able to manage my plan soon, however it has been over a week since i started this supposed free trial, i am trying to redeem the 30 money back guarantee, however it isnt letting me cancel the subsription. Can someone please help, i dont want to risk paying more because i couldnt manage my plan

Hey,I want to change my Photography (PS+LR+LRC 20GB) plan to the Lightroom (LR + LRC + 1TB) plan. Personally I am very happy with the change Adobe did to it's plans to now include LRC to the Lightroom plan.So I've just purchased the LR deal on Amazon Day, since this is what I want / need.The thing is, my Photography plan is still running until oct. I've been buying it via Amazon deals for years now, no issues. So I guess it always added the year to my plans.If I redeem the new LR plan voucher NOW, I guess I would start two plans, which would technically mean I loose a few months on my photography plan. Which I want to avoid.Can I just wait with redeeming the Lightroom plan code until october?Do I have to actively switch my photography plan to a lightroom plan to then add the code / redeem the voucher? Thanks for the help.

I purchased again the suite Adobe by mistaken and I canceled my plan just today and I need a refund. Please help 

Dobrý večer, chtěla bych zrušit plán který platím. A je tam poplatek 120 euro. Našla jsem ale že jeozne částku po zrušení dostat zpět. Má s tím někdo zkušenost? Dekuji  

One of my kids downloaded a free trialof Adobe photoshop for Android with out my knowledge and didn't cancel Google charged me $100.00 . But before that I had Google support remove the app. I never used it and my kids don't have my phone enough where they would use it I think they downloaded the. Free trial and forgot. So I disputed it and one then Google came back and won . You would think they have enough money already so now I've paid 100.00 for something I don't have and something I wouldn't use. I would think they would replace it with something but there's nothing I would use that they have to offer. What do I do, do I have to go out and buy a camera and take up photography and hope the give the app back? What a great greedy company Google is. What can I do about it im m not going to eat that $100.00 they need to give me something for my money if I were to do what they did it would b called stealing. I've been charged with "PR adobe CR" for a while and don't see where to cancel any suscription. I've checked my two emails that I have but there is no active plan.Need help with this or I will report to my bank instead. Thanks!

About a month ago, I suddenly was unable to use Lightroom on my Desktop computer. When I opened the application, it said my subscription had ended and I needed to renew. However, when I would click that error message and confirm my renewal, it gave me an error message saying I already have an active 1TB Lightroom membership.  I immediately reached out to Adobe support, where they confirmed that I had 2 active Adobe subscriptions? They said they would cancel them, renew me, and that would fix the issue. It did not. I got a charge on my account about a week later, which prompted me to reach out to support again, because I was still getting a renewal error message and still unable to use lightroom. They transferred me to 3 different people before the last person said he was going to have a representative call me.   I got that phone call on Saturday and was told that he would have a 'higher up" respond to me to fix the issue, but I never got a return phone call, and Wed

Is it possible to pay for the Illustrator service for 30 days?Let me explain, I pay for the Illustrator service annually for my work PC... but once a year I have to travel for 30 days and all I take is my laptop... but I have to keep working on the trip...So, is it possible to pay for the service for 30 days every year?

 I have cancelled my annual subscription in April 2025. I received an email confirming the cancellation. However, I have been changed for a new year and been charged for 3 months now. I need help in activating my cancellation please.
