Moin, mein Abo ist bezahlt, dennoch kann ich die Tools in Acrobat Pro nicht benutzen. Es kommt ständig die Meldung ,,Reaktivierung''. Wieso zahl ich knapp 24,00 Euro im Monat, wenn ich Adobe nicht benutzen kann... 

This is ridiculous. I have an editing desktop and an editing laptop at home - both with Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.  Every time I open a program on either computers, there is a prompt letting me know "someone else is using your account" (my other computer) and that I would need to change my password soon. It allows you to ignore it for a few times. HOWEVER, after a certain number of times this prompt pops up, Adobe FORCES you to change your password.... This is so annoying. Adobe, do better.

Signed up for Adobe to try out the conversion tools before creating a corporate account. It was very disappointing to find out that my card was charged immediately, despite the website explicitly stating a 7-day free trial. Very misleading by the company.

I subscribed to the annual premium version of an application called Lightroom on Friday June 13th with the intention of unsubscribe right before the free trial week ended, unfortunately the subscription doesn't appear in the subscriptions section of my Google account so I can't unsubscribe, I've used the same email of my Google account to subscribe to the app, so I've already checked it's the same account but my subscription doesn't appear in the section so I can't turn it off, what can I do

I have used the Lightroom + Photoshop 20GB Cloud Photographer Plan for years.I haven't changed my payment method and the card is still valid, but the payment failed. I added another payment method and checked multiple times, but it didn't solve the problem. I have already tried the following link belowhttps://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/kb/fix-failed-missed-payment.html I have checked with my bank, and my bank confirmed it didn't block any payment. When I update and check the payment method, the following notices pop up in sequence.

I then cancelled this subscription. Unexpected Charge: Despite cancelling, a charge of €23.79 was debited from my PayPal account on May 22nd. This charge is from Adobe Systems Software Ireland LTD. Probable Cause - Unknown Active Subscription: The customer support agent I spoke with suggested that this charge is likely due to another active subscription under a different email address. However, I'm unable to identify which email this might be linked to. I'm really struggling to track down this

I cannot believe that it is this difficult to cancel a plan on here. Every single post is littered with absolutely stupid comments redirecting to the same menus, this is proper theft. I really hope someone has the time and energy to sue this company. 

Hi, On June the 1st I applied for the Creative Cloud membership. I bought this for my journalism course - as part of the course we have to edit videos. I have tried to cancel my subscription now, to be told I have to pay £89.50 to cancel. I am about to graduate, am unemployed and broke - this is incredibly unfair. Is there any way to get around this and not pay £89.50? I don't have that money.

Hola no se si este es el lugar y si alguien podrá ayudarme, pero hace poco inicie una prueba gratuita de abobe acrobat pro, por el periodo de 7 días, inmediatamente al realizar la prueba gratuita se me descontó de mi cuenta bancaria la cantidad de quince dólares, lo cual me confunde pues según entiendo al finalizar la prueba gratis (de 7 días) debía realizarse en caso no cancelara antes, el respectivo cobró, situación que me tiene inconforme ya que si es prueba gratuita no veo la razón para cobrar iniciando la supuesta prueba gratis, por ese motivo cancele la prueba gratis y no veo que se me haya realizado aún la devolución del dinero que se me cobró.Algo que me preocupa es que en la página de facturación de adobe no figura el cobro que se me hizo, de hecho, según la plataforma no se me hizo ningún cobro, quise comunicarme con soporte técnico, pero de momento ha sido imposible.

Sou assinante do plano "Creative Cloud Todos os Apps, 100 GB" e recentemente precisei utilizar o pacote Substance 3D. Esse pacote não está disponível para meu plano, porém está disponível para estudantes e professores. Na condição de professor solicitei minha assinatura e nesse pedido foi solicitado o email da instituição onde trabalho, achei que esse plano seria vinculado a minha conta original, pois eu estava logado. Mas não, agora tenho 02 contas com 02 logins diferentes, existe alguma forma de vincular minha conta de professor com a minha conta pessoal? 

I just received an email from Adobe that my Photography Plan is going up from €12.29/mo to €18.60, an increase of 51%. I'm guessing that there are no extras added for this increase, other than the evolution of Lightroom/Photoshop. While I probably would have been OK with an increase in line with inflation, 51% is just absurd, so I think this is going to be it for our relationship (which has been going for quite a number of years). Anyone else cancel a subscription, delete their account ... yet Adobe has continued to bill for months afterwards (I can't even access these products I am still paying for) Can't even stop the payments myself (I need to call the bank) ... cause crazy enough I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT TO 'MANAGE SUBSCRIPTIONS' I expected better from a big company

I currently have an Adobe Portfolio plan. If I upgrade to a full Creative Cloud plan (paying a bit more for it), will I be able to cancel my Portfolio-only plan since Portfolio is already included in the full plan? Also, what happens to my current Portfolio layout and files? Will they be lost or will they be preserved?

Hallo Community, mein Studenten Abo ist vor Kurzem abgelaufen (jährlich). Ich möchte es reaktivieren (bin auch noch eingeschrieben und habe den Account mit Studi Email). Aber jedes Mal wenn ich die Zahlung abschließen will - egal mit welcher Zahlungsmethode - geht es nicht weiter, wegen einem Fehler mit der Ust-IdNr. die ich zu dem Profil hinzugefügt hatte. Es ist eine ausländische Id, weil ich im Ausland gelegentlich als Freelancer arbeite und ein Unternehmen hierfür gegründet habe.Ich kann die IdNr nicht ändern, weil das Abo nicht aktiv ist und ich kann das Abo nicht reaktivieren, weil die IdNr nicht stimmt. Außerdem gibt es keinen Kundendienst mehr (bei so einer teuren Software könnte man das wirklich erwarten). Der Chat-Bot dreht sich im Kreis. Danke für eure Hilfe.

I added another payment method and checked multiple times, but it didn't solve the problem.The alternative is a more expensive plan with 1TB of cloud storage, which I don't need.Yes, I can pay for the more expensive plan, but I don't want to pay more than double for the same service, especially when I already received an email from Adobe with the fixed price written in it.

I have a program called Adobe Illustrator that I bought many years ago.Suddenly, I found out that the trial version has expired. Then, when I try to register the license by entering my Adobe ID, I get an email saying:"Delivery has failed to these recipients or groups:Adobe (message@adobe.com)The recipient's mailbox is full and can't accept messages now. Please try resending your message later, or contact the recipient directly.' It's been like this for three days.What's the solution?

Hi please tell me step to step guide on refund, I have not downloaded pdf premium tried it out and unfortunately this program isn't for me. I tried unsubscribed unfortunately the billing still went though. How do request a refund
