I accessed the free plan of Adobe Pro. I forgot to cancel it and was charged the monthly fee. Now I want to close the account, but I'm being asked to pay a high cancellation fee. How can I fix this situation? How can I switch my plan from annual to monthly and close my account without paying the cancellation fee, which was not clearly stated when I created the account? Thank you.

Nie mogę anulować planu. Nie mam odsyłacza na stronie. Czekam 3 dobę W ciągu 7 dni mam prawo zrezygnować a nie dajecie mi możliwości. Nie mogę sie z nikim skontaktować  

Tentei pedir o cancelamento da minha assinatura assim que acabou o período de teste porém não estava disponível a opção de cancelamento no site, estou muito insatisfeita com essa empresa, agora após 30 dias estão me cobrando o valor mensal + uma taxa para cancelamento absurda, em nenhum momento fiz uma assinatua anual, para mim era apenas uma assinatura mensal que eu poderia cancelar  a qualquer momento. Quero cancelar minha assinatura sem taxa e estorno do valor descontado no meu cartão sem autorização!Não consigo falar com nenhum agente para resolver meu problema, solicito um email ou chat para isso.

Assinei hoje o período grátis do InDesign, porém meu notebook não suporta. Agora, não estou conseguindo cancelar o teste, entra na página de cancelamento e aparece a mensagem "não foi possível carregar os dados". Alguém me ajuda por favor 

I was using Adobe premium for creative cloud and recent paid for my subscription, and about 45 mins ago I got mail that someone changed my email.What should I do, will I be able to get back my account even without the premium if possible.I am very panicked rn.When I tried to login to my account I was not able to find one and had create new account with same Id.

Ein Ostergruß in die Community!Vor kurzem wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sich der Preis meines Foto-Abos ändern wird. Gleichzeitig bekam ich das Angebot, von monatlicher Zahlung auf jährliche Prepaid-Zahlung umzustellen und dadurch Geld zu sparen. Wenn ich aber mein Abo auf diese Zahlung verändern will, wird mir immer angezeigt, dass der Vorgang nicht möglich ist und ich es später noch einmal versuchen soll. Aber es klappt nie!Die Hilfeseite von Adobe zu diesem Thema kenne ich und sie hat mich auch nicht weitergebracht, da ich es wie angegeben mache.Es ist ärgerlich, wenn erst die Preiserhöhung kommt, dann ein Angebot, um Geld zu sparen, aber das dann tagelang nicht möglich ist, mit dem Hinweis, es später nochmal zu versuchen, was aber nichts ändert.

Hello all,I am trying to cancel my current plan, but I get an error "unable to load data". I suspect this is because there is no payment method linked to my account, however I may be wrong . This is  my final month of  Substance 3D for Students and Teachers plan and would like to cancel it before it (potentially) auto-renews. Does anybody know what happens in case I am unable to cancel it before the deadline? Will Adobe just cancel my subscription or do they charge me through some other means (e.g. phone number or maybe  they charge the university which afterwards charges me for the amount)?  Thanks in advance 

I recieved the email with the order number.  I go to my account.  It is not there.   Trying various approaches I got to where I could down load the product ........... buy then is asks me to signin to start my "Free Trail". How do I get to my order so I can get the serial number, or what ever esle I need to do to get my real product I paid for?Carl 

I have been approved for the nonprofit rate for Adobe Acrobat Pro through Adobe's website. When I try to apply the discount, it says my subscription is invalid. When I try to get help, the agents say they can't help me. How can I receive the discount? I also need to set this up for multiple employees. 

Greetings, colleagues. I live in Ukraine and use Engllish as the primary language.  Despite this, I keep on receiving emails and Adobe Transaction Invoices each month in a wrong language, that is ruZZian. ruZZia wages war against Ukraine, and it's painful to see the enemy's language (ruZZian) in my emails from Adobe. I applied to the Support team via the chat a number of times. Each time I applied, the Agents have been very friendly and helpful, and assured me I was going to obtain Ukrainian or English versions of my emails and invoices the next time. However, I keep on receiving the emails and invoices in ruZZian over and over again. What can I do about it? Can this problem be solved? Is it possible to get the invoices and emails in Ukrainian or English at all? How many times do I have to apply to the support agents to make sure my request is met?Thank you

I am uncertain why but Adobe Customer support has gotten significantly worst every year. I used to be able to contact them and they would work with me to try and stop me from deleting my account now when I call them it is like they don't even want my money. They have zero interest in rentention and it is super obvious. So then what is the point of even having customer support if they are just rude and unhelpful? 

I was trying out illustrator, photoshop with the 7 day free trial they both feature and did not want to continue with the subscription and pay the monthly fee, however i left my laptop at home when i was away on a work trip 3 days ago and just got back and am being charged. I have not used the software since my free trial and do not intend to. Is there any way i can cancel my subscription and get a refund?Thank you

bonjour je suis vraiment déçu de adobe accrobat j'ai pris un abonnement de un mois sans engagement pour traiter des documents, j'ai eu droit qu'à trois tentative et après il fallait encore payer pour bénéficier des fonctionnalités. et pire encore ils continuent à me débiter alors que j'avais choisis une formule sans engagement. c'est une vrai anarque. et j'arrive pas du tout à me désabonné. très déçu...

Hi everyone, I signed up for an Adobe free trial and forgot to cancel my subscription before the trial ended. As soon as I realized, I immediately canceled it, and I was informed that I was eligible for a refund since I was within the 14-day refund period. They mentioned I would receive my refund within 5-7 business days, but it has now been 8 days, and I haven’t received my money back yet. As a student, I really need this refund, and I’m hoping someone can assist me with this. Has anyone experienced something similar, and how long did it take for you to receive your refund? Hi,I was cleaning up my accounts once I noticed 2 separate Adobe billings, one to each of two separate banks (separate credit cards). OK, the brief history:I opened up an account (account_1) using my student email while in college, followed later by a new separate account (account_2) when I become an instructor. Recently I retired from the college where I was an instructor and created an account (account_3) for personal use. I was able to cancel my account_1, since I no longer used it. I was able to cancel the plan/subscription in my account_3, since I no longer needed the functions it offered, but kept the account. This account was only responsible for one of the billing items. But I cannot find, on any of the 3 accounts I had, explaining the billing for the plan/subscription for the other bank.Basically I’m getting billed for a service I can’t find in my accounts and I can’t cancel. How can I cancel the phantom service I’m being billed for? Thanks in adv

I can't cancel my subscription because I can't log into my account! I insist that you cancel my subscription immediately and refund my money! I haven't opened an Adobe app once because I can't log into my account! When I try to log in, I wait for the email verification code, but it never comes. Is this a scam? I need help! If you don't cancel my subscription immediately, I will contact my lawyer about this scam. I paid for two months and cannot even use the program. Renewed my subscription, after it failed due to payment issues. Lightroom, still saying that subscription needs to be renewed in the app but not in the pop-up, which says subscription is active. Very annoying because I cannot do anything for like 2 weeks now.

I want to cancel my plan which started on 4 jun . It had 7 days free trial period which has ended yesterday , now i cannot cancel it because it is saying " You'll be able to manage this plan shortly "I dont know whats causing this problem please help i want to cancel my plan . Help me as soon as possible .

I haven't agreed to extend my acrobat subscription but they keep charging after one year. so I reach out to customer service to get that sorted but I had chat with them 3 times and when chat reaches to my cancellation request, they leave the chat and don't response. What kind of customer service is that?? so until so far, I keep charging for the service I barely use and if I want to cancel, I need to pay for $156 for cancellation fee!!
