Buens tardes, soy de Lima Perú, quiero realizar la compra de creative cloud pero al colocar los datos y el código postal, rechaza ambos, he tratado con distintas tarjetas y distintos códigos postales y no me acepta nada, he usado chrome y edge. Sin embargo el problema persiste.

I started a free trial on Adobe products that turned out to not be compatible with my set-up. I tried to cancel the subscription immediately afterwards, but the website wouldn't let me because "I can only cancel a subscription after the first payment" which is absurd since it was a free trial and none of this was written on the T&C.  They eventually charged me and I asked for a refund, which they approved 6 MONTHS AGO. Anytime I ask costumer service about why the refund has not been issued yet they tell me to keep waiting, that "back-end" is solving the issue, and then stop the conversation.I'm probably never getting the refund and I keep getting told to wait even after 6 months!DONT. BUY. ADOBE. PRODUCTS. IT IS A SCAM. THEY WILL NOT ISSUE REFUNDS. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR REFUND! 

My Behance Account was deactivated without any reason. I dont have any control on my profile all works are private nobody couldn't find my account or view my projects.

El día 8 de abril hago dos años de plan anual de pago mensual y no me deja darme de baja del servicio sin pagar 15 euros de penalización. No se que pasos seguir, como encontrar el contrato firmado o con quien comunicarme para que me ayude. ¿Alguien sabe que puedo hacer? Gracias. 

Hola, he tenido problemas para encontrar donde se cancela la suscripcion, ya que estos meses no necesitaré el programa y no quiero pagar por algo que no estoy ocupando... no me sale opción que muestra el video, no responden a mis mensajes en ayuda, y de verdad que necesito cancelar la suscripcion. Espero me puedan ayudar, solamente me sale la opcion ver plan, pero no cancelar la suscripcion. Gracias

I am getting charges on my Credit Card from ADOBE. Don't know where they're coming from. Is there a way to know (if I provide my CC number) what's the email accotion associated to that payment method?Please help.

Hi, everyone I had this problem tonight and I was wondering if you could help me out  I paid for my annual premium subscription like three weeks ago and now I open the app and it says that might pay for a subscription. WHAT!? I don't know why this happened, do you know anything?

I've saved up enough for a couple plans, but before going ahead with anything, I'd like to ask; Can I purchase two seperate plans?  They'd only be used by me, but it would be significantly less expensive to get the Photography and Premiere Pro plans seperately than to get the Creative Cloud All Apps plan... Is this an option? Thanks

Hello!I've been using Adobe subscription program since always. I had a few years that I stopped because I couldn't afford, but I think since 2019 that I have my currently subscription.I have a very specific need with the Photography Plan since I use the storage that is provided. So, I pay the Photography 1tb Plan + 1tb extra of storage. But, I want to use the Illustrator, and the chat said I should change to the Creative Clould with all apps included, but the storage is too small for me - also it's too expensive, considering the storage space. Again, the chat said I would have access to Adobe Express, which I ALREADY HAVE. They said I didn't have.... That's when I realized that there are a lot of stuff that's showing up on my products that don't exist anymore. How can I add Illustrator with all the plans I already have without loosing my 2tb clould space? Is it possible to update the programs I have? Am I missing anything???

I successfully trialed and automatically paid for a 1-year Lightroom Premium service through Google Play Store. However, after the trial period ended, Lightroom showed that my subscription had expired. I tried using the "Restore Purchase" function, and after Lightroom indicated that the restoration was successful, it still showed that my subscription had expired. I attempted to contact Google, but they refused to issue a refund.

Dear, I have cancelled my plan. I'm sure I cancelled within the 7 days. I didn't use Adobe because I couldn't install it. Still I have to pay 24,99€ for something I didn't use or planning of using at all. How to cancel without fees? Is this legal to make me pay a whole year for something I don't use and don't want to have? Greetings Iris 

Dear community,I've been paying €9.99 per month for years for my Photography Plan (Lightroom + Photoshop). Starting tomorrow, the price will increase to €15.12. Is Adobe allowed to raise its prices by 51% like this?

Hola,Realicé una suscripción a Adobe Acrobat Pro el día 15 de septiembre de 2024 y cancelé el plan el 19 de septiembre de 2024. Incluso recibí el correo de confirmación de cancelación. Según la información proporcionada, mencionaron que podía cancelar SIN COSTO y SIN COBRO dentro de los primeros 14 días.Sin embargo, he notado que me han estado realizando cargos durante tres meses consecutivos. He intentado contactar al soporte técnico, pero no he obtenido respuesta ni se me ha realizado ningún reembolso.Además, al verificar en mi cuenta, aparece que no tengo ninguna suscripción activa. Tampoco recibo correos o notificaciones sobre estos cobros, aunque mi banco confirma que los cargos provienen de Adobe.Cuento con pruebas de todos los movimientos y relacionados. Por favor, solicito su apoyo para resolver este inconveniente y que me reembolsen los cargos indebidos. Tengo problemas con la suscripción de la aplicación según yo ya había cancela dicha suscripción más sim embargo se terminó de generar el cobro y no estoy de acuerdo con eso, Necesito el reembolso de dicha suscripción ya que no me es útil., gracias  

HeyOn my Adobe account page, I see the following message: "You are eligible for a Creative Cloud All Apps 100 GB discounted subscription, please contact support." However, when I click on the “contact support” link, it leads to an error page and I can’t proceed.I’d like to know how I can activate this discounted subscription or get more information about it.Does anyone know a direct contact or solution for this?Thank you! 

Hi, I just got an email with the below text. I opened a browser window and logged into my Adobe account, and I see the same in notifications.  I imagine the phone number is part of the "invitation," so I don't want to call it. 🙂 I can't find an actual Adobe support number to call, though. I'm assuming this a phishing attempt? Can you confirm? (Sorry if this isn't the correct forum. I searched all but didn't find this message, and I didn't see anywhere specific for security questions.) Thanks.
