Acrobat Reader Mobile

I pay for pdf pack. My documents on my surface now only showing as a web page. I can nolonger save documents on my computer and can only share new docs as a link. Im paying for a service I cant use. Its been difficult getting this resolved by Adobe because you cant connect with them.

Hello Adobe Community, I would like to cancel my 7-day free Adobe Acrobat trial (which runs out in 5 days). But I am unable to access the ‘plans’ page under ‘plans and payment’ in the settings. The page just doesn’t load. I tried it with Brave, Microsoft Edge and Firefox, all with cleared history & cache, but nothing works. Here is a screenshot:  Please help me out. I asked the chatbot, but it just sends me a link to the page above, which I can’t load, lol. Can’t afford to be charged right now. Thanks. 

Image Text editing is not working 

I'm in Outlook/Hotmail hell. I need to archive 50gs of emails to an accessible file. My account is frozen. I can't get any knowledgeable assistance from Microsoft or Apple. Anybody?

Hi all, I have an issue on my Acrobat mobile app. 3 days ago I initiated a compression process to a PDF file I have on my iPhone. It took forever and couldn't complete the compression process even after an hour. Meanwhile, I closed the App then and re-opened my App today. The process is still ongoing and I can't seem to do anything to stop or delete the file. is there anything I can do now? I just wanna stop the process and delete the file from my iPhone. Thanks much in advance!! 🙂 ios 

There are 2 pdf files on my Adobe app that have been compressing at the same time for several days now. I can't delete them. Also, files that I had downloaded from the pdf and saved have mysteriously disappeared. i suspect the original pdf, which was shared with me, may have been an avenue for the "sharer" to hack into the folder of saved images from her shared pdf. what can I do to delete the endlessly compressing pdf files?

Hi! I'm facing an issue tying to share a pdf file directly from the Android app Acrobat Reader.This app has been distributed through an EMM (Samsung Knox Manage) to all of our users (more than 2000) but many of them tell us that they are not able to do this simple operationIt appears a message saying "This funcionality has been disabled by your organization. To ask access, contact you IT Administrator." The thing is that I didn't deactivate that funcion, or at least not intentionally!Attached a couple of screenshots showing the issue from the device side, and a screenshot taken from the EMM console showing the managed configuration used on these devicesThanks! File size 36.6MB a standart pdf file. I want to ask questions to AI Claude but Claude says 35MB is the limit. ok I am trying compress file minimum but fails 3 times. OK I tried to save file as docx again fails 4 files. What should I do? Is it a bug or should I buy foxit instead of Acrobat next time.

Hi, I forgot to cancel my free trail and now I have been charged $100 for adobe premium subscription. Its been under 14 days and i have cancelled subscription for next year but I am unsure how to get my refund. Please help me out urgently before the period of 14 days are over. Thankyou

For the past several years I subscribed to Adobe Premium and Adobe iCloud thru the Samsung Galaxy store. This past year I moved over to Apple iPhone and iPad. My current subscription is expiring at the end of the week but I don’t want to lose my files, just renew either directly thru Adobe or thru my Apple account. How can I do this? Thanks!

Help me fix this issue:Whenever I share a pdf document via whatsapp, the file name automatically changes from, for example, Zachary.pdf to DOC-20230323-WA001 on the receiving end. Same case when I receive a named document. The issue appeared recently after app update.
