I need to cancel my subscription 

For the last month or so, the features of "define", "simplify" are not working on my adobe acrobat mobile, while it works fine on Windows version. Every time I ask it to "define" a selected word, it returns unrelated explanation. How to fix that?

How come the money deducted frommy account the same dayI activated my subscription when there was 7days trial. Please refund that into my account as that was written as a trial.

My editing tool is no more working for pdf’ssince I got out of the7 days trial phase, and switch to the 1 year membership.why is it no more working?

Mon abonnement prenium est bien activé, mais il m'est impossible d'utiliser les fonctionnalités, ça me demande de m'abonner...je me suis déconnectée et reconnecté, mais ça ne change rien. 

J'ai un abonnement premium a 69,99€, et je n'arrive pas a utiliser adobe. Ça me demande a chaque fois de me réabonner et sur certain erreur de connexion verifier votre internet

When taking screenshot using adobe I can't get long/continous schreenshot like every where else. What is wrong with adobe? How can I fix it? It open right away "share screenshot and full document link" and I don't want see that.

Hello! Acrobat reader was linked to Google Drive, and in the application I deleted some files (I thought that they would only be deleted from Acrobat Reader) and they were deleted from all devices and from Google Drive. How it can be restored is very important....

I canceled my subscription and it did not go through so I ended up getting charged. I have canceled my subscription again and would like a full refund.

Good evening, but why has money been deducted from my card when I’m using 7.days free trial??

I have OneDrive work account on my phone. If I send a PDF file, stored in OneDrive, over WhatsApp the file does not open at receiver’s end. If I try to open same file on my WhatsApp then also it doesn’t open and screen shows “copy to acrobat”. This also doesn’t work.

I lost access to the Adobe account that's tied to my Google Play and I cannot link any other Adobe account, which is what I'm trying to do. I keep getting the same error stating an Adobe ID is already associated to my Google Play account and I must login to use premium features. I have already tried eliminating third party apps link and won't work. Has anyone ran into this issue. If so, how can I solve this? 

I have taken a premium subscription for Adobe pdf editor but I don't find the complete editor tools like text call-out, shapes, line, arrows etc. Where can I find these tools in this mobile app?

The developer suggested I escalate the issue here in the community.I am experiencing a bug in Acrobat Reader on both my iPhone and iPad (though I mainly use the app on my iPad).When using the Fill & Sign feature, any text I enter completely disappears if it contains Thai characters. This happens whether I type Thai text alone, combine Thai with English, or combine Thai with numbers. On the other hand, it works perfectly fine when typing in English only.I have attached two screen recordings to demonstrate:1 Video 1: Showing the Fill & Sign function, where the Thai text consistently disappears.2 Video 2: Showing a different text insertion tool where the Thai text does not disappear.I am currently using this second method as a temporary workaround, but frankly, it is much less convenient than using Fill & Sign. Device Details:iPad: iPad Pro (11-inch) (3rd generation) running iPadOS 26.5iPhone: iPhon
